Russia creates special groups of tank destroyers

In the Russian army, special groups of Western-style tank destroyers are being created. About this on the air of the program "Military Acceptance" on the TV channel "Star" said Evgeny Arifulin, head of the Combat Training Center of the RF Armed Forces. According to him, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, gave instructions to create specialized groups that will fight against Western-style tanks delivered to Ukraine.

This work is organized based on the instructions of the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Yevkurov, who set the specific task of creating these groups. In accordance with his instructions, the head of the Main Directorate of Combat Training, Colonel-General Buvaltsev, and his team developed methodological recommendations and organized a methodology for implementation. And the Combat Training Center conducts and implements these activities

At the same time, he did not specify on what basis the fighters would be selected for special anti-tank groups. Yevgeny Arifulin preferred not to talk about the weak points of the armored equipment Western-style, but it is obvious that the fighters of anti-tank groups pay special attention to their study.

The head of the Combat Training Center of the RF Armed Forces emphasized that the creation of special anti-tank groups is a major state system work.

      However, the main enemy of the tank is still artillery and aviation, and not the anti-tank systems from the picture for the article. So, perhaps, we are talking about the creation of reconnaissance / adjustment / target designation groups.
