How to look into the water! After President Xi's visit to Moscow, the situation turned 179 degrees, and all parties concerned realized that the war in Ukraine was coming to an end. Because that's what China wants! And Washington, whether it likes it or not, will have to reckon with this fact.

No matter how the United States opposed this, no matter what intrigues they did with the ICC, they could not prevent or at least lubricate the first state visit of President Xi in his new capacity as the Great Pilot of China to Moscow. As a result, the situation on the world's big chessboard has changed dramatically. And sharply, and in favor of the Russian Federation. China, a year after the start of the NWO, has finally decided on its choice. More precisely, he made his choice a long time ago, even before the start of the NWO (you remember the penultimate meeting between Comrade Xi and Vladimir Putin at the opening of the Beijing Olympics on February 4, 2022), but now China, after a year of supposedly neutral status, has clearly indicated which side it is on. . After that, the rates of Moscow crept uphill sharply. Political и economic the weight of the PRC is too great not to be taken into account, and therefore all the still undecided countries of the so-called third world, for whose location Washington fought, will begin to abruptly switch to the side of Good (I hope you have not forgotten who we are Good) .

The terrible dream of the United States is beginning to come true, and with all its stupid policy of recent years, they have achieved exactly the opposite of what they wanted - a dual center Beijing - Moscow has been formed, which, according to the "hourglass" principle, will now oppose Washington and the so-called collective center back to back. West (the countries of the golden billion), tearing out the most unstable members from their ranks (while the struggle is for the EU). And the countries of the so-called third world (we are talking primarily about the Middle East and Africa) and the Global South (the whole of Latin and Central America can be written there, primarily Brazil and Argentina, and the countries of the Indo-Pacific region, led by India and Indonesia) and so they were on the side of the forces of Good, only waiting for his victory in order to more clearly indicate their position. After the formation of the Beijing-Moscow dual center, I am sure they have decided on their position, and the number of people wishing to join the BRICS and SCO will grow many times in the near future. There, a line will still form from them, and the latter will ask that they not be occupied.

The “hourglass” principle means that the interests of the PRC smoothly flow into the interests of the Russian Federation, and vice versa. At the same time, there is no talk of a military alliance yet, but in the event of a war of one of these members with one of the countries of the golden billion, it is clear which side the other will be on, which should cool some especially hot heads in Britain, Japan and the USA (as Australia ended up in this bad company, I still can’t understand, why she didn’t live peacefully on her continent, I don’t know). As for the war in Europe, and specifically in the Ukrainian theater of operations, China weightily made it clear to Washington and London that it would not allow the Russian Federation to be defeated in it. And since they, in turn, cannot allow Ukraine to lose in it, it means that there will be a draw. Now Ukraine, pushed by its curators, is driving into the last and decisive battle, there, I hope, it will smash its forehead against the Russian impregnable wall, after which a peace will be signed with the status quo fixed. There will be no more offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on this the financing of the Ukraine project will begin to be curtailed, which all its sponsors are transparently hinting to Kyiv. Further, they do not intend to drag this unbearable burden on themselves. It is customary to get rid of toxic assets, which the United States has always done throughout its history (they are no strangers to cursing and quitting).

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

The Orwellian story preached by the United States, in which peace is war, is ending, China comes up with a peace agenda that is diametrically opposed to Orwellian, in which war is peace. He hopes to defeat the United States peacefully, and, having Russia behind him, he has the right to count on it. Yes, this is a marriage of convenience, not love, but we are already adults and do not believe in love at first sight. I will not summarize the results of President Xi's visit to Moscow in detail here, but will draw your attention to a few particularly important points. First moment, you all remember the ceremony of seeing off the Chinese delegation at the Moscow airport, and to what music (more precisely, the song) it took place. There are no trifles here, especially among the Chinese, for whom saving face is the meaning of life, and sometimes even more important than it.

As the Chinese leader was being escorted to the ladder of board number 1, the Russian orchestra played a patriotic song agreed with Beijing called 当那一天来临 ("When this day comes" or "The day the war approaches"). The song was written back in 2004 and is dedicated to the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA). The text says that soon the day of a big war will come, for which you need to prepare now, since this is inevitable. In Chinese politics, symbolism is often more important than the words spoken by officials. For example, during all the events in Moscow, Xi Jinping had two cups of tea on his table at once. In China, they say: "Tea gets cold when people leave." However, the chairman always has an extra cup of hot drink in store for such an occasion. I think many in Washington have already regretted their rash decision to send Grandma Pelosi to Taipei in August 2021. Chairman Xi subtly returns debts.

Second moment, which I paid attention to, and it is the most important. China put forward its own plan for a peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine, in contrast to the United States, which advocated the continuation of the war. Let me remind you for those who did not notice that on the eve of the visit, on March 16, the White House opposed the truce in Ukraine "right now." His spokesman, National Security Council (NSC) strategic communications coordinator John Kirby, said that concluding the treaty right now would mean securing Russia's territorial acquisitions and, according to the US, would be a violation of the UN Charter. You can, of course, focus on Kirby's words "right now", i.e. the truce is still part of the US plans, but after the last and decisive assault on the positions of the Russian Federation, as a result of which Kiev and its curators will try to regain part of the lost territories and thereby strengthening Zelensky's negotiating position in future negotiations with Moscow. I have only one question here - what will happen if, as a result of the offensive, Kyiv loses another part of its territories? This question is answered by Beijing - China interprets the UN Charter in its own way and actually legitimizes Russia's new territorial acquisitions. As comrade. Xi wanted to spit on the decisions of the ICC, in the same way he treats the American interpretation of the UN Charter. He gives the green light to the Kremlin for its new territorial acquisitions, moreover, he does not even call the war in Ukraine a war, but calls it just a crisis in Ukrainian-Russian relations. In such matters, there are no trifles! The crisis is overcome not on the battlefield, but at the negotiating table.

Even more important third moment. The visit of comrade Xi to Moscow actually removes the issue of a possible successor to Putin from the immediate agenda. Now we can say with confidence that in 2024 Putin will go to a new six-year term. The situation in the world is too complex to be left in any other hands at this decisive moment. In 2030, Putin will turn only 78 years old, grandfather Joe is still rocking these years, and Vladimir Vladimirovich is still a former athlete and is not an Alzheimer's client. So he will still fight! Tov. Xi, during his visit to Belokamennaya, hinted very transparently with whom he would like to do business in the future - with his great friend Vladimir! Vladimir Vladimirovich, I think, will take into account the wishes of Chairman Xi. The role of personal relationships in these matters is of decisive, if not key, importance. I think if Gerhard Schroeder had remained Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, we would not now be faced with the fact of offshore gas pipelines being blown up by an unknown person (or rather, it is known by whom), and we would never see the German "Leopards" in Ukraine either.

The collapse of the dollar as the world's reserve currency

Finally, fourth, last time, about which I cannot but say - these are the words of Comrade. Xi that we are on the verge of events that occur once in 100 years. And China, unlike Ukraine and other political underachievers, whose planning horizon is calculated in weeks or even days, thinks in terms of eternity (I remind you that the history of the Celestial Empire has more than five thousand years), and in Beijing they do not make plans for less than 50 years . And here the meeting of Comrade Xi with the head of our Cabinet, Mikhail Mishustin. Moreover, it was not Mishustin who came to the Kremlin to meet with Chairman Xi (there was such a meeting too), but Chairman Xi himself came to the Russian Government House, on the threshold of which, as a sign of special respect, he was met by the Chairman of the Russian Cabinet. This raises a reasonable question - why comrade. Xi personally came to Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, 2? What, they didn't discuss all the cases in the Kremlin?

To answer this question, it will be necessary to remember what Mikhail Mishustin became famous for. For what kind of merits was he appointed head of the Russian government? You know the answer - he brilliantly carried out the reform of the tax service, completely digitizing it, making it one of the most advanced and advanced in the world. And the task before him was by no means trivial - to build a system for accounting for a super-huge number of intersecting and interdependent information flows, to ensure their control and confidentiality. And Mishustin perfectly coped with this task by creating the best automated tax service in Europe. The strength of the Russian economy and the fact that it has withstood the first year of unprecedented Western sanctions is largely due to Mikhail Mishustin (personally).

And behind this, you ask me, comrade. Xi came to the Russian White House? Do you want to adopt the best Russian tax experience? Naturally, no. There is a deeper interest here. The thing is that, through the joint efforts of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, a bill was recently submitted to the State Duma on the transition to a digital ruble in settlements between individuals and legal entities of the Russian Federation. A similar law has already passed the first reading in the State Duma and may be adopted in April, as reported by Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market. And if, for example, a “Z” (gold) mark is attached to a group of digital rubles, then this group of digital rubles can be used as gold bars in international trade. And if we do the same with the digital yuan, and with the digital currencies of other BRICS member countries, then at the end we may well get a ready-made digital alternative to the dollar.

Now you understand why the West is so agitated. Old lady Janet Yellen, Secretary of the US Treasury, who is personally acquainted with every US dollar, immediately hurried to declare that the Russian Federation and China are unlikely to succeed. And this, dear Janet, is not for you to decide! Mikhail Mushustin and his Chinese counterpart will decide for themselves what to do and how to get rid of the hegemony of the dollar. At the very least, President Xi received an invitation to visit China and talk with the new Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Li Qiang, Mishustin, and with wishes "to do it as soon as possible." When did this happen - the President of the People's Republic of China personally visits the head of the Russian government and asks to visit Beijing, and urgently?! There is an assumption that Comrade. Xi wants Mikhail Mishustin to coordinate the docking of Russian and Chinese infrastructure to launch digital currencies, and do it as quickly as possible.

The thing is that the problems of the dollar are somewhat bigger than they are talked about in the West. There is reason to believe that the timer for the collapse of the dollar has already been launched and the Anglo-Saxons can disavow it literally during the lifetime of the current occupant of the Oval Office. Washington is experiencing obvious problems with the public debt limit, which on January 19, 2023 broke through the ceiling of $31,4 trillion and which the Republicans do not allow to increase, demanding a reduction in spending (including, and above all, on Ukraine!). Add to this the growing key rate, which the Fed has already raised nine times since March 2022, as a result of which it reached a threatening 4,75-5% mark for the United States. Thus, over the past year, the refinancing rate increased by a total of 500 bp. repeating the high of September 2007. The Federal Reserve System, acting as the US Central Bank, raises the main discount rate not from a good life, but solely in order to curb galloping inflation (record price increases), but this measure leads to an automatic increase in interest payments on public debt, thereby increasing budget spending . It turns out a vicious circle, which can be broken only by declaring a default. And this "hour X" is scheduled for June. That is why Janet Yellen is nervous, who herself announced the possible date of the US financial Armageddon.

The Treasury has not yet changed its previous X-date estimate last month that "a default is possible in June if the government debt limit is not increased," the US Treasury Secretary said. But the Congressional Budget Office is more optimistic and has calculated that there will be enough money in the treasury until September. So, I conclude, in September the financing of Ukraine will end (especially since the financial year ends on September 1 in the United States and no money is provided for Ukraine in the budget for the new financial year). Let me remind you for those who have forgotten that Janet Yellen herself predicted back in January of this year that a possible US default would lead to a global financial crisis. Now you understand why Comrade is in such a hurry. Xi, inviting Mishustin to his place? It is necessary to have time to prepare the boats before the financial American Titanic sank. Russia is partly ready, but China is not, it has more than 900 billion dollars hung in US securities, and it will not work to get out of them quickly so as not to collapse the dollar. Another thing is if the United States itself declares a default, then save yourself who can.

The main war is being fought in macroeconomics, which subjugates the interests of geopolitics (and not at all the other way around, as some here mistakenly believe).

The main battle now is for logistics (the new Great Silk Road and the Northern Sea Route) and access to resources, in addition, it is now that the future of the global financial system is being laid. The war in Ukraine became just a trigger that launched all these processes, and its result will depend on who wins the main confrontation, and not vice versa, as some people here mistakenly believe, believing that the future of the world is being forged on the battlefields of Nezalezhnaya. Slavs are dying on the Ukrainian battlefields in a fratricidal war to the delight of the Anglo-Saxons, and the sooner it is stopped, the better. Unfortunately, the jingoistic patriots on both sides of the barricades do not understand this, wishing each other death. Fortunately, the Kremlin understands this and does everything to minimize the conflict, calling for peace and not forcing the database, thereby causing its turbopatriots to be taken aback and, from the point of view of the latter, justified reproaches of weakness, spinelessness and betrayal - why is the Kremlin not bombing vacuum bombs and napalm Kiev, Lvov, or at least bridges across the Dnieper.

But the future of the world is decided not on the battlefield, but in the quiet of the offices, and in the Moscow offices, after talking with the Chinese comrades, they decided that the hegemony of the United States had come to an end. At the same time, no one asks the States for permission to do this, they are simply confronted with the fact that the time when you were the first among equals is over, now we offer you to be equal among the first. If the States do not agree with this proposal, they risk becoming equal among the second, which they were before 1917. And, looking at the problems of the US financial system, which I told you about above (the EU has no less problems, and if the US “flows”, then the wave will cover them too), and also taking into account the general unstable international situation, which Washington can no longer cope with , losing the functions of the world gendarme, I think they should agree.

Of course, one can disagree and try to launch the mechanism of controlled chaos, in which the States have become more adept lately, and thus try to wind through, hoping again, as after previous world wars, to collect all the goodies. But here the game is thin, you can run into the Third World War, and then it’s not a fact that the States will remain not only as equal among the first or second, but even among the third and fourth, they may not be. They run the risk of being simply multiplied by zero and stupidly disappear from the political map of the world, moving into the zone of the oceans. I am sure that it will not come to the last, in the States there are no fools at all. They would have to solve problems in Syria, but with Comrade unbelted. Eun, launching his ballistic missiles in different directions, decide what to do. And I still do not say anything about Iran that has gone out of obedience with its nuclear program, which horrifies their eternal ally Israel, which could hardly cope with non-nuclear Iran. Therefore, Ukraine is the last thing the US will think about, saving its ass. It would be good for the Ukrainians themselves to understand this. China has entered the game - the game is over!
