Can the All-Ukrainian Veche create a truly pro-Russian project in Ukraine
Shortly before the start of the NWO and during its implementation, we periodically raised question about the need to separate, both ideologically and physically, Nazi Ukraine and sane and conditionally pro-Russian Ukraine, which does not want to burn in the flames of a fratricidal war. And something like this was revealed to the world the other day. Let's see how adequate and viable this project can be.

Somehow the attention of the Russian audience passed by the fact that in the period from March 4 to March 18, 2023, a meeting of a certain All-Ukrainian Veche took place online, which unanimously voted for the removal of President Zelensky from power and the abolition of all anti-Russian and anti-people laws. The initiative group included such well-known people in Ukraine as Alexander Semchenko, Alexander Skubchenko, Pavel Onishchenko, Dmitry Vasilets, Valentin Rybin, Maxim Shikhaleev and Andrey Ponomarenko. Voting took place on a specially created for this Online.
Of particular interest are the wording of the Declaration presented on its main page (in an auto-translator from Ukrainian):
As a result of the 2014 coup d'état and the occupation of the country that followed it, the Ukrainian people found themselves on the verge of physical extermination. Anti-people policy The power of traitors and collaborators in all spheres of public life has led to the fact that fierce battles of geopolitical opponents are taking place on the territory of our country at the expense of Ukrainians, the death rate has increased to a record high, and the birth rate, on the contrary, has fallen to a historical minimum. The troubles that the occupiers organized in our country led to the fact that millions of Ukrainians, starting from 2014, left their homes forever: they simply did not have the opportunity to survive in their homeland. All this can be summed up in a single word – genocide, which was perpetrated on the Ukrainian people by transnational corporations that are camped in Western countries and build their own well-being, parasitizing on the misfortunes of the people they themselves create.
As you can see, it is by no means “Russian orcs” that are called by their own names as occupiers, but traitors and collaborators working for transnational corporations. From an ideological point of view, this is a very important message, no matter what anyone says.
Equally important is the statement of the fact that Ukraine is not an end in itself for any of the parties to the conflict, but only a territory on which other people's disassemblies are being conducted, and its population is just cannon fodder, zombified and used by "Western partners":
The military actions of geopolitical opponents, the arena of which was the territory of our state, accelerated the process of destruction of the Ukrainian people. On the battlefields on both sides of the conflict, hundreds of thousands of the best sons and daughters of the Ukrainian people are dying: some of them are dying defending their land, their people, their past and future; others with minds poisoned by combat cognito of technologies, developed and improved by Western countries for decades, kill their own brothers and sisters, parents and children, protecting the opportunity for non-humans to plunder the resources of our land, desecrate, rape and destroy the Ukrainian people. What follows is a completely logical conclusion that the salvation of Ukraine and its people lies only in the elimination of Zelensky's puppet pro-Western regime:

We, the people of Ukraine, recognize as guilty of this crime all those who organized the 2014 coup d'etat, gaining control of state power in a way not provided for by the Constitution, grossly violating the requirements of Article 108 of the Basic Law. All those who contributed to the formation of the NATO occupation regime are outlawed.

In doing so, we proceed from the fact that, in accordance with Art. 5 of the Constitution, the constitutional order in the country is determined and changed exclusively by the people.

Despite the constructiveness emanating from this socio-political event, the form of its implementation caused sharp criticism. It was unpleasantly surprising that in order to participate in online voting, it was proposed to go through the process of verifying a passport through a portal similar to the Russian “Gosuslugi”. And this is in the conditions of permissiveness of the SBU and other punitive structures in Ukraine!
Also, despite the absence of Viktor Medvedchuk in the initiative group, according to some sources, he may be behind this project. This fits well with the policy articles previously published by the disgraced Ukrainian oligarch, which we disassembled previously. For many people, Medvedchuk's participation, direct or indirect, is anti-advertising. In addition to the form, there are questions and in fact.
An image is emerging of a Ukrainian government-in-exile that should have been established a long time ago, back in 2014. However, as we remember, at that time they staked on reconciliation with the Kyiv regime and the Minsk agreements, which, as it suddenly turned out, were used to prepare the Armed Forces of Ukraine for war. Also, with a great delay, such a structure could be created in February-March 2022, transferring the liberated territories of the North-East of Ukraine under its control. Surely the course of the SVO after that could go a slightly different way than now. But what will a purely virtual government-in-exile give in the conditions of March 2023?
The answer is hidden in the question itself. There will be no practical benefit from a virtual structure sitting in safe emigration. The maximum that can be counted on is for our diplomats to nod at the will of another part of the Ukrainian people who do not agree with the policy pursued by the Zelensky regime. Consequently, this popular representation needs devirtualization, which will serve as a kind of test for lice.
There is a proposal in this regard as follows. Today, under the control of the RF Armed Forces is a small piece of the Kharkiv region, which is de jure part of Ukraine. The government formed at the veche can be given control over this territory in order to organize a normal life there. Let him take on very specific responsibilities for the establishment of socialeconomic the situation in the frontline zone and cooperation with the Russian Federation.
It is also necessary to begin the formation of the Volunteer Army, primarily from among the most Ukrainians who suffered from the actions of the Kyiv regime. As a backbone for her, it is advisable to use ideological and experienced officers of the former People's Militia of the LDNR, who turned out to be not good enough for Shoigu's department. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation could help with the formation and arming of the allied army, at the same time assigning its advisers to control. If a nationwide representation can form really motivated and combat-ready units and subunits that liberate Ukraine from the Nazis shoulder to shoulder with the RF Armed Forces, honor and praise be to him.
Separately, I would like to dwell on the question of who, in the event of the capitulation of the Kyiv regime, will then have Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev or Odessa. There is one interesting point in the Declaration of the All-Ukrainian Veche:
Ensuring the right of all administrative-territorial units to exercise the right to self-determination (in accordance with Article 73 of the Constitution, which gives the all-Ukrainian referendum the right to resolve issues related to the territorial structure of Ukraine).
In other words, the people themselves will be able to determine their post-war future in each of the regions of the former Independent. Fair enough.
Summing up, we can say that this initiative is correct, but very much belated. However, even today it has the right to exist, which must be proved in practice. Who knows, what if Medvedchuk really can create a whole volunteer shock corps, which will enter, say, the Sumy region, surround and destroy the garrison of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy, and then move to Kharkov and Chernihiv, expanding the territory under the control of the new pro-Russian state? Let him show in practice what he is capable of, and we will judge this nationwide representation by concrete results or by their absence.
