To all the people who blame Russia for attacking Ukraine and creating a crisis that threatens to escalate into World War III, I advise you to curb your emotions, moderate your ardor and try to answer just one simple question - why did Russia do this? Why did Putin take the risk of taking this “reckless” step on February 24, 2022? Did he have nothing to do, how to embark on such a dangerous adventure, promising a bunch of problems with an unknown outcome? Or is he such an irresponsible politician who sat and sat, and then thinks, should I attack Ukraine? I thought and thought and decided - perhaps I will do so. And he moved his troops to Kyiv. And why not to Tallinn or Warsaw (by the way, I’ll also talk about this) - do you think NATO got scared? Now then, who is he fighting with? Or maybe he still had some reason that you do not know about?
Let's remember who was threatened by Russia before February 24 last year? A country with 3,1% of global GDP, with a defense budget of $66 billion a year (data from SIPRI - Stockholm Peace Research Institute, as of 2021). Maybe it was she who surrounded the whole world with a thousand military bases (of which there were only 10 large ones with an investment volume of more than $823 million per month), spending $801 billion a year on this (SIPRI data for 2021), while maintaining and 11 aircraft carrier strike groups plowing the waters across the entire World Ocean from the Arctic to the Antarctic. No, we all know this country, and its name is the USA. Russia at that time did not threaten anyone, it was quite fine with what it had - 1/6 of the land and 63% of all the world's reserves of hydrocarbons and natural minerals (at least to keep the existing wealth from the encroachment of other countries, who consider what the treasure completely unfairly went to only the Russian Federation).
But for some reason, these countries (especially one of them, and you know her name) from March 12, 1999, exclusively with good intentions, began to approach the Russian Federation, surrounding it with a whole chain of friendly military bases along its western borders. What happened on March 12, 1999? And nothing special, on this day the fourth expansion of NATO took place, when Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic were admitted to it. The fourth expansion was followed by the fifth, when in 2004 seven more Eastern European countries were admitted to it - Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Baltic states. At the moment, there are already eight such friendly extensions. There is reason to wonder why the North Atlantic bloc is still approaching the borders of the Russian Federation (I will give the answer below, believe me, it will surprise you!). But when Ukraine and Georgia loomed on the list of these countries, Putin said enough was enough and put forward his famous December 2021 ultimatum to roll back NATO bases as of 1997. What did Washington and Brussels say to him? They did not even talk to him, saying that these are not our problems, but we will act as we planned. After that, the countdown turned on - there was a month and a half left until February 24 (and then Putin delayed the start of the operation until the end of the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing at the request of Comrade Xi).
NWO provoked the States
And even the American edition of TAS (The American Conservative), represented by its columnist Doug Bandow, comes to the conclusion that at the time of the start of the special military operation of the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine, Moscow still had several strategic opportunities to avoid the outbreak of hostilities and tried to do this by putting pressure on the West with the help of other tools (here the author is talking about the very ultimatum of Putin, which I mentioned above). However, the West ignored him, doing everything to start the war, since that was precisely what was included in his plans. At the same time, the West, full of arrogance and hypocrisy, the American expert writes, is also behaving very falsely, trying to exaggerate the importance of the conflict and turn a limited, in principle, regional struggle into a potentially catastrophic global fire.
Doug Bandow points out that the NWO was maliciously provoked by the West, despite all the false claims of the Western politicians in the opposite. The American political expert recalls that before that, all Allied officials defiantly lied about the absence of plans for NATO expansion to the east, violated promises made to Moscow in 1991, and ignored the latter's concerns regarding its security, which led to numerous complaints and warnings from Russia . And if we also recall the confessions of ex-Chancellor of Germany Merkel, ex-president of France Hollande and ex-president of Ukraine Poroshenko that when they signed the Minsk agreements in 2015, they were not going to fulfill them, giving Ukraine time to prepare for a new war, then the oil painting will be complete. At the same time, no one, neither Merkel, nor Hollande, nor even more so Poroshenko, pulled the tongue with their confessions. What should be the attitude of Russia after this to all the documents signed with the collective West and to all their promises?! The question is rhetorical. One can only be surprised at the patience of Moscow and why it did not start the NWO earlier (the last remark is already from me).
The American expert also draws the attention of his readers to the falsity of Washington's assertions that there is a struggle between autocracy and democracy in Ukraine. Doug Bandow notes that there are relatively few liberal democracies on earth, which is one reason why the global South is unimpressed by the White House's sanctimonious statements about it. Many nominal democracies, such as India, are becoming increasingly ugly places for anyone who believes in individual freedom and limited government. About such a frank autocracy as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, before which Biden kowtows, the journalist has nothing good to say at all. The Europeans are not far behind the Americans, who, for the sake of profit, are ready to cooperate with the most bloodthirsty regimes, without bothering at all about the democratic nature of their system.
In other words, the American expert sums up his material, Putin did not hate the United States at all, rather, on the contrary. He sympathized with the American nation in his own way, but it was the behavior of the current administration of the White House and the entire clique of politicians and officials in Washington that corrected this unfortunate “flaw” into directly opposite emotions and attitudes.
Doug Bandow is echoed by another, already well-known Russian journalist and TV presenter Vladimir Pozner, who fled to the West with the beginning of the NVO, who cannot be accused of special love for his namesake Vladimir Putin. "The United States was well aware of Russia's goals and needs, but it was looking for conflict itself," he recently said.
Biden was looking for conflict. As they say, they teased the bear. And quite a long time. In the hope that the bear will answer. And fall into a trap. And this trap is Ukraine
- Vladimir Pozner expressed this point of view in his blog.
At the same time, Posner believes, the end of the conflict largely depends on the United States, since it is they who support and finance the Kiev regime. Washington could invite Zelensky to sit down at the negotiating table with Moscow, and he will do it.
I don’t know how and in what way, by applying pressure or in some other way, but this is the only way out.
- the TV presenter is sure.
At the same time, Posner has no doubt that a large part of the Russian population supports Putin and his policies, even despite military losses. People believe that the dead are a necessary price for protecting the country.
Why did Putin start the NWO
So we got to the main mystery - why, after all, the villain Putin, on a dark February night of 2022 (on the 24th), started the NWO in Ukraine? The well-known legend says that it was a preventive strike, which was supposed to anticipate the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the long-suffering Donbass, which they were preparing for March 1. Although, it seems to me, in order to prevent this, it would be quite enough to bring our troops into the territory of the LDNR, which the Kremlin officially recognized a few days before (February 21). How wonderfully we solved the tasks set by Putin to demilitarize the Armed Forces of Ukraine, denazify Ukraine and rid the inhabitants of Donbass from an 8-year-old genocide, you yourself know.
But these are just tasks, but what was the purpose of the NWO? And the main goal of the NMD, although no one told you about it, is to prevent the creation of a NATO missile defense base in Ukraine. And although our top political leadership seemed to be talking about the neutral, bloc-free status of Ukraine all the time, no one made an emphasis on preventing the appearance of an American missile defense base on the territory of Ukraine. Which in itself is very strange! Many people asked me a quite reasonable, I must say, question - why did we so resist the creation of a NATO base in Ukraine and were not afraid of similar bases that had already appeared in the Baltic states, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey (as now, I don’t see much panic from the appearance of possible bases in Sweden and Finland, although they will definitely put our Baltic Fleet on a joke, making it impossible to travel abroad). The answer is deceptively simple.
The distance from Russkaya Lozova, Kharkov region, to Moscow is about the same as from Tallinn. The approach time of NATO attack missiles is approximately the same (I am even silent about St. Petersburg here). It turns out that the Kremlin was not afraid of US strike missiles. And then what? Oddly enough, he was afraid of US anti-missiles and their missile defense systems, which they could deploy not in the north of Ukraine, but in its east, northeast and southeast. The parity of forces in the nuclear component, you know, is a delicate thing. We had a balance of power under the same START-3 treaty that we recently withdrew from, pretending that we only suspended our participation in it (giving Grandpa Joe time to think about his wrong behavior). Under this treaty, the states had an advantage in the air and sea component, while we compensated for it with our advantage in ground-based strategic nuclear forces. And it was precisely on him that the United States attempted, trying to place its missile defense systems closer to our borders, and, accordingly, to the land-based mines of our ICBMs.
The devil, as they say, is in the details.
What are these complexes? It seems nothing special, because these are not attack missiles, they do not threaten anyone (as they say in our country - they won’t hurt flies!). Look, the Americans placed them in Poland and Romania and said that it was not against us, but against Iran (and we pretended to believe it). Indeed, these anti-missiles do not threaten anyone, they only break the existing parity of forces. The whole point is that they neutralize the ground-based attack intercontinental ballistic missiles that we have, being able to shoot them down on accelerating trajectories at the time of launch. This is the most vulnerable phase of the missile’s flight, when it can still be shot down by a missile defense missile - further, when the ICBM enters the ballistic trajectory into the stratosphere, the missile defense missile can no longer catch up with it, the only hope is to catch it on approach to the target (for this, the States have deployed several echelons of GBMD in Alaska, where 44 silo-based interceptor missiles are on alert, capable of ramming our ICBMs on a collision course).
Knowing all this, we are moving from the old Soviet missiles R-36M2 "Voevoda" (NATO classification SS-18 "Satan"), which are in service with the Strategic Missile Forces, to the latest Russian strategic silo-based missile system of the 5th generation with a heavy multi-stage liquid intercontinental ballistic missile RS-28 "Sarmat" (according to NATO classification SS-X-30 "Satan-2"). Where, by lightening the warhead of the rocket, we were able to increase the speed of its exit from the mine, which made it invulnerable to enemy missile defense systems at the start, and by changing the ICBM trajectory to suborbital (not through the North, but through the South Pole of the Earth) - to bypass the batteries deployed in Alaska THAAD. Can you imagine what horror our “partners” were inspired by the “Voivods” if they gave them the name “Satan”? And the new "Sarmat" is horror in the night, multiplied by two, and therefore "Satan-2". But the rearmament of the Strategic Missile Forces is not a quick matter, and the appearance of missile defense systems near our borders has already been put on stream by the Americans (for this, back in 2001, through the efforts of Bush Jr., they unilaterally withdrew from the ABM Treaty). Since then, they have been stealthily approaching us, accepting more and more new members into NATO, surrounding us around the perimeter with their bases (I remind you that in 2004 the Balts, Bulgarians, Romanians, Slovaks and Slovenes were admitted to the North Atlantic Alliance, joining the ranks of the former countries Warsaw Pact - Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic, admitted to NATO five years earlier).
But we were not particularly afraid of this, because our land-based ICBMs were hidden from their hands, rowing far to the east. For those who are very interested in where it is, I suggest google where the 62nd missile division or the 13th missile division of the Strategic Missile Forces is located. These are the village of Solnechny (Uzhur-4) in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the town of Yasny in the Orenburg Region (respectively). If you stick a compass into these dense places and draw a circle, then the nearest sea-okiyana or NATO country will be at least 6 thousand km away - and if you want, you can’t reach it!
Help: The remaining divisions of the Strategic Missile Forces are also located in the deep taiga - it takes three weeks to get to the nearest NATO country on deer. The 14th Rocket Kiev-Zhytomyr Order of Kutuzov Division is located in the capital of Mari El (Yoshkar-Ola). 8th Rocket Melitopol Red Banner Division - in the Kirov region (village Pervomaisky). The 42nd Tagil missile division is in the Sverdlovsk region (the village of Svobodny). 29th Guards Rocket Vitebsk Order of Lenin, Red Banner Division - near Irkutsk. The 35th Red Banner Missile Division, Orders of Kutuzov and Alexander Nevsky, is in Altai (Sibirsky township). The 39th Guards Missile Glukhovskaya Order of Lenin, the Red Banner Order, the Orders of Suvorov, Kutuzov and Bogdan Khmelnitsky Division - in the Novosibirsk Region (Gvardeisky settlement). 60th Rocket Taman Order of the October Revolution, Red Banner Division named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR - in the Saratov region (settlement Svetly).
About three more guards divisions of the 27th Guards Vitebsk Red Banner Missile Army - the 7th Guards. RD, stationed in the village. Ozerny, Tver Region, 28th Guards. rd (Kozelsk, Kaluga region) and the 54th Guards. RD (Teykovo, Ivanovo region), I can’t say anything - in principle, from the Baltic States (in particular, from Latvia) you can get their base mines with missile defense missiles. But there are no missile defense bases in Latvia yet, and if there are, then three divisions of the Strategic Missile Forces will be relocated to the east, but what to do with the remaining divisions of the Strategic Missile Forces, if a missile defense base appears in Ukraine, is a question. Putin answered it on February 24, 2022.
Now you understand that if I know about the locations of our Strategic Missile Forces divisions, then the Americans also know about them. After that, it becomes clear to you that all their presidents, starting with Bush Jr. and Obama, ending with Trump and Grandpa Joe, moved their NATO bases east with maniacal persistence. The closer their missile defense systems are to the silos where our ICBMs are based, the shorter the flight time, the more likely it is to shoot down our missiles on accelerating trajectories when they start from the silo. Believe me, minutes count there, I lost a minute or two, and that’s it - you won’t catch up with the rocket, look for wind in the field, meet it in your Alaska on approach with GBMD and THAAD air defense / missile defense systems (and then how lucky). And if the damned Russians overload the US air defense / missile defense system with their decoy missiles, and some kind of ICBM still breaks through the barrier, then that's it - goodbye, America!
Therefore, there is nothing personal here - the strategic security of the country is at stake. And who should think about it if not its president. Grandpa Joe is the director of America, so he bakes for her. And Putin is the director of Russia, he does not care about America and Ukraine, he cares about the security of Russia. And for the security of Ukraine, its president should bake and not build its security by violating the security of the Russian Federation. And if he does not understand this and cares more about the interests of America, then what is happening now is happening in Ukraine. And only very narrow-minded Ukrainians can blame Putin or Biden here, for whom the pan pulled over their heads in 2014 prevents them from thinking. Scold, comrade. non-brothers, their corrupt president and themselves for having chosen him at one time. And to scold the stump that you stumbled on, or the train that ran over your legs, or the transformer box that you climbed into by your stupidity and you were slammed with a current of 6 thousand volts, is very stupid. Read the inscriptions: “Danger - high voltage! Danger! Keep out!" and do not go out on the road on which the armored train of the Russian Federation travels, and everything will be fine.
Now it becomes clear to you why Putin was not afraid of NATO bases in the Baltics, Poland and Romania, but tried with all his might to prevent them in Ukraine. Because the flight time of an American anti-missile is a constant value, and the shorter it is, the more likely the Americans are to eliminate Russian ICBMs already at the start and thereby multiply the existing parity of forces by zero, after which you can talk with the Russian Federation from a position of strength (which, in fact, they are doing now, maybe Russia's withdrawal from START-3 will enlighten them?). But I can’t even blame the Americans - after all, their missile defense systems did not threaten anyone, because these are not strike missiles, these are just anti-missiles - hunters for our ICBMs. I installed them somewhere in the Luhansk region or in the north-east of Kharkov, and everything is covered, you are for peace and friendship around the world (as they say - peace, friendship, chewing gum "Donald"), but the fact that the Russians have disappeared parity and balance of power, so these are their problems, this is different.
Where US missile defense bases may soon appear and what awaits us next
When Bush Jr. in 2001, he withdrew from the ABM treaty, because no one promised us that it would be easy. Now Putin is not promising anything when he withdraws from the START-3 treaty. This is a business, nothing personal! And what Volodya Zelensky was thinking about, writing down plans for his country’s entry into NATO into his Constitution, I don’t know at all ?! Now he is facing the fact that his country is being multiplied by zero. That's how you should have thought before! Don't dig a hole for someone else - you won't fall into it yourself! Putin is just the director of the Russian Federation, what should he think about the security of Ukraine if the director of Ukraine does not think about it, thinking more about the security of America?! As the saying goes - “Bachili eyes, sho kupuvali, so now wait, want to get out!”
Guess three times where the next NATO bases will appear when / if we deal with Ukraine (after all, this nightmare must end at some point). I dare to assure you that the next candidate for NATO membership will be Kazakhstan (and the ungrateful scoundrel Tokaev will do everything for this!). How long is our border with him, you yourself know (7599 km - the longest continuous land border in the world), as well as with whom our Orenburg region neighbors (there is a stone's throw to Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk!). It is from there (from northern Kazakhstan) that the Swedes, or rather the Yankees, will threaten us. Only I have a faint hope that the scoundrel Tokayev is not such a scoundrel, but only plays this card, because 73% of our parallel imports of dual-use goods (including for the Russian military-industrial complex) go through Kazakhstan (only - shh, no one , it's a secret).
For those who, even after reading, did not understand why Putin started the NWO, I propose to answer one simple question - what would the States do if Russian military bases appeared on their borders? Somewhere in Mexico or Canada, for example? Who does not know the answer to this question, I propose to recall what happened in Venezuela when two of our Tu-160 nuclear strategists landed in their capital on a friendly visit? It was under Trump in December 2018. And although our missile carriers at that time did not carry nuclear-powered cruise missiles under their belly, they caused a serious stir in the States. The visit of two of our strategists, accompanied by a heavy military transport An-124 and a long-haul Il-62 of the Russian Aerospace Forces to the capital of Venezuela for its President Nicolas Maduro, then ended with a government crisis inspired by the United States. The political upstart Juan Guaido, who headed the National Assembly (this is the local parliament) on January 5, 2019, already announced on January 11 that the country's Constitution allows him to exercise the powers of the head of state, and 12 days later, on January 23, at a rally, he declared himself acting president of the country by taking an oath. And, lo and behold, not even a couple of hours had passed before the self-appointed impostor was recognized by the United States in the person of President Donald Trump, followed by 50 other countries.
I can't even imagine what would have happened to Venezuela if Grandpa Joe had been acting president at the time. At a minimum, Colombia would then send troops to Caracas (besides it, there are several other countries there - neighbors of Venezuela, true friends of the United States, who were sitting at a low start waiting for the command, but Trump did not give the go-ahead, preferring political games). By the way, where is our impostor Guaido now? In what ass of the world? This is a hint to Volodya Zelensky - your place will be somewhere nearby - “near the water closet” (as one of the characters in “Gentlemen of Fortune” said, although the original had a different word, but I replaced it with a synonym so as not to overshadow your dinner) . Even 150 years ago, the great iron Chancellor of Germany, Otto Bismarck, noted that “politics is the art of the possible,” and our drug-addicted Kiev hero, who imagines himself to be Bonaparte, spitting on the greats, wanted the impossible and wrote it down in his Constitution: the goal of Ukraine is to become a member of NATO . And everything would be fine, a very honorable and noble desire, only it ran into the unwillingness of this Russia, and as a result, our hero will soon be looking for a place next to Guaidó, and his magnificent country will be multiplied by zero.
True, the last fact is not yet obvious to many here, but I assure you that already this summer you will find strange metamorphoses in the reality around you. And already by autumn you will observe the catastrophic drain of Ukraine by all its recent allies, however, for this it will still have to go into its last and decisive battle and kill itself against the Russian wall, which has already been erected for it on the outskirts of Melitopol. Because "her fate is like that"! This is exactly what the States did with all their vassals, starting with South Vietnam and the evacuation of the American embassy in Saigon, continuing with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, who faithfully served Washington for 30 years and died on the bunk of a prison hospital, and ending with Afghanistan and local collaborators clinging to the chassis of the transport "Hercules" of the US Air Force, taking off from the runway of the Kabul airfield. But I won't get ahead of myself. Great and amazing discoveries are waiting for you, and this is exactly what happens when project funding ends and sponsors fix profits and write off losses. If anyone hasn't noticed, China has entered the game, and on March 21 someone will pay an official visit to Moscow. Who could it be? Can't you guess? The situation on the board changes dramatically. The loss of Russia in this war is absolutely not included in the plans of the PRC. But more on that in the next text.
This concludes the review of this complex topic. All the best and a speedy peace. Your Mr. Z
