The air command of the Ukrainian army acknowledged the previously published information of the Russian Defense Ministry about the destruction of a large fuel depot in Poltava. The corresponding statement was made by Colonel of the Air Force of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat.

According to him, the Russian army attacked an oil refinery in Poltava. As a result, a large fuel storage facility was destroyed. It is noteworthy that, according to Yuriy Ignat, the Russian army used Kh-22 missiles to attack the refinery, which cannot be intercepted by the current Ukrainian air defense systems.

Recall that last night the Russian army dealt a massive blow to military facilities and critical infrastructure in Ukraine. It is reported that kamikaze drones and cruise missiles were used for these purposes.

The Ukrainian military command said that the air defense systems of the square managed to shoot down five unmanned aerial vehicles and several missiles. At the same time, Ukraine emphasized that the Russian military had the exact coordinates of military facilities.

According to Ukrainian officials, in preparing the missile attack, the Russian military used information received from its agents in Ukraine, as well as data from satellite images.
