In Ukraine, there is an ongoing mobilization campaign, during which men capable of holding weapons in their hands are called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has begun to form brigades on a voluntary-compulsory basis, the main goal of which will be the capture of the Crimea and Donbass. This was announced by the acting head of the department Igor Klimenko.

According to journalist and blogger Yuriy Podolyaka, this is a reasonable, but one-time decision, since there are practically no additional forces at Kyiv's disposal. The Ukrainian government plans to use all available funds for the “spring offensive” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which may be the last for the Kyiv regime.
