PMC "Wagner" crushes Ukrainian militants in the area of mine number 7 in Soledar
The "Wagnerites" continue to clean up Soledar, taking control of the depot of the Soledar railway station. Also, the fighters of the Russian military company occupied the territory near the Artyomsol sports complex. In the area of Mine No. 7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are still resisting, and there has not yet been any information about the release of this object.
In addition, near Soledar there are formations of the border service of the Ukrainian armed forces, but they are not enough to effectively confront the Russian units.
Earlier, one of the Wagner PMC fighters spoke out that Ukrainian soldiers leaving Soledar were mining houses, and Russian servicemen had to overcome stretch marks and all sorts of "surprises" of the militants. Along with this, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to shell the city from artillery installations, despite the fact that civilians remain in Soledar.
On January 10, Ukrainian soldiers tried to break out of the city, but lost about two hundred people. The next day, the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced in his Telegram channel that the settlement had been taken under control.
Meanwhile, after the liberation of the village of Podgorodnoye, southwest of Soledar, the RF Armed Forces are developing offensive operations in the area of Paraskovievka and Krasnaya Gora. Also, Russian units are successfully advancing in the area of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), taking it into the operational environment.
