Armed Forces of Ukraine form shock reserves in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions
The Ukrainian military is forming reserve strike groups in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions. According to intelligence data cited on his Telegram channel by LPR People's Militia officer Andrey Marochko, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are creating new warehouses for weapons, armored vehicles, and also forming stocks of material and technical equipment and provisions.
First of all, new places of concentration of weapons and military equipmentstockpiles of material and technical means and provisions are accumulated. Also, from those directions that, in the opinion of the Ukrainian command, are considered less dangerous, personnel are transferred with subsequent quartering near the parking lots of equipment

In addition, Ukrainian servicemen are moving personnel from directions that, according to the Kyiv command, are considered less dangerous. According to Marochko, this is done at night with "maximum blackout."
On the eve of the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the elimination of more than 40 Ukrainian soldiers in the Krasnolimansky direction. Four armored vehicles and two pickup trucks were also destroyed. Artillery fire inflicted a defeat on units of the 11th brigade of the defense of Ukraine near the village of Torskoye in the DPR.
The fighting in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions has been going on for more than a month. In particular, military experts note the importance of the Krasnoliman direction for both the Russian and Ukrainian sides. The RF Armed Forces here can reach Seversk and Slavyansk, while the enemy is trying to get behind the Russian positions in Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, trying to open a direct road to Lugansk.
Earlier it was reported that, according to sources, since December 15, the Ukrainian armed forces lost near Bakhmut (Artemovsk) about 1,2 thousand soldiers were wounded and killed. The greatest losses were suffered by the formations sent to hold the city from the south. The reconnaissance company of the 24th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 34th and 17th motorized infantry battalions of the 57th infantry brigade, the 9th, 10th and 11th battalions of the territorial defense of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade suffered the most from the actions of the RF Armed Forces.
