Why did Kadyrov speak Chinese and what does Putin's words "Better today than tomorrow" mean?

There have been a number of events this week and last that deserve to be brought to your attention. This is Zelensky’s visit to America, unexpected for many, and the same unexpected asymmetrical visit of Dmitry Medvedev to China, the canceled annual big press conference of Vladimir Putin and his and Sergei Shoigu’s speech at the expanded board of the Russian Defense Ministry, an emergency meeting of the Russian Security Council, where he made a report Minister of Foreign Affairs Lavrov with the concept of foreign policy Russian Federation, and Putin's press approach for a pool of Kremlin journalists, which he conducted after a meeting of the State Council on youth policy, where he made a number of important statements.

Galloping across Europe and the Americas

Let's start, perhaps, with the unexpected blitz visit of the Ukrainian Supreme Commander to Washington, where he addressed the US Congress, and before that he had a touching meeting with his American boss. Touching in the truest sense of the word, the boss touched Ze’s various organs, including loins, and it was clear even on TV that he didn’t really like it (he’s still not Macron, although Ukraine was lucky in this). This visit was unexpected, apparently, only for us, because for the owner of the Kremlin it was not like that. No, he did not shoot down an American Air Force plane over the Atlantic, which was sent for the Ukrainian Pinochet by his caring overseas master, he reacted in a different, but also very effective way. In the opposite direction to Zelensky, Putin’s deputy for the Security Council of the Russian Federation was immediately sent with a personal letter from VVP to comrade Xi.



This move was as unexpected for our enemies as for you the visit of the Ukrainian Pinochet to Bakhmut (sorry, Artemovsk), and then to the capital of America. Putin responded in his favorite way, as always, unexpectedly and asymmetrically. And don't be put off by the fact that Medvedev's meeting with President Xi seemed to be out of rank for a modest official of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Firstly, in terms of rank - the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee met with the chairman of United Russia (still the ruling party in the Russian Federation), and secondly, Medvedev is still the former president of the Russian Federation (and former presidents, as you know, there are no former intelligence officers happens), and thirdly, it is not the meeting between Dmitry Anatolyevich and Chairman Xi that is important, but what was written in Vladimir Vladimirovich’s letter, which he carried to the head of China and which could not be transmitted through other communication channels. And this is a great mystery, over which the best minds of America and Foggy Albion are now racking their brains.

And while they are suffering over this, I would like to draw your attention to a much more important detail that has remained behind the scenes of the big media. Five days earlier, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, published a post in Chinese on his Telegram channel, in which he called on the Islamic world to fight the North Atlantic alliance. Over the past hundred years, he said, the US and Europe have "organized dozens of wars, military coups and invasions around the world" that have killed "millions of civilians." The head of Chechnya said that Western countries "want to turn us into animals that are easy to manipulate" and called on all sane people to prevent this.


- Kadyrov wrote in his "cart", emphasizing that "the North Atlantic Alliance threatens the existence of the whole world."

The most important thing here is the language in which the message is sent. Agree that the PRC is not the Mecca of the Islamic world, but it has a lot of problems with its Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, where more than 25 million Chinese Muslims live, distant relatives of our Tatars (Uighurs are the Tatars of East Turkestan, the Turkic indigenous people of East Turkestan, locally Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the PRC on the border of Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, India and the Indian Union Territory of Ladakh controlled by Pakistan). The Uighurs and the entire XUAR, which makes up 1/6 of the territory of the PRC, stubbornly “shake” the United States, provoking protests there against the regime existing in the PRC, and who, if not the representative of Russian Muslims Ramzan Kadyrov, should throw a helping hand to comrade. Xi in resolving this issue, considering how this difficult issue was resolved in the Russian Federation, where for more than 20 years not only the Muslims of Tatarstan, Bashkiria, Chechnya, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia and Ingushetia have been peacefully coexisting under one roof, but all peoples of multinational Russia. Starting on his New Year's Eve across the Americas and Europe, the leader of the organized criminal group "95th Quarter" planned to shoot at American and European sponsors (on the way back, Comandante Ze also stopped by Poland, where he talked with his Polish colleague Andrzej Duda) a little more money to maintain the pants of the criminal regime headed by him and shells-cartridges for the Armed Forces of Ukraine entrusted to him, who for 10 months voluntarily-compulsorily lay their heads for no reason (by this time more than 438 thousand people had already gone to another world - these are the total irretrievable losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, of which at least 90 thousand were killed, 348 thousand were missing, how many wounded you can calculate for yourself by multiplying 90 thousand by three-four-five, of your choice).

The result of Zelensky's trip abroad is near zero - they did not give money. Grandpa Joe resolved his issues and summoned his sponsor to Washington solely so that the US Congress, which changes its composition on January 3, could give him (and not the former clown!) Money before the appointed time to fight the "bloody Kremlin dictator." And Congress has allocated money - not even 38, but 44 billion dollars, of which Ze has so far received only 2 yards, and the rest will go to the needs of the American military-industrial complex, which, through the efforts of a weak-minded, as some here believe, an Alzheimer patient, will be loaded with orders to the eyeballs for the period up to 2025 inclusive. As a result, junk from European and American military warehouses is sent to the bloody Ukrainian Pinochet, and a flywheel of multibillion-dollar military orders is launched to replace him. The American military lobby is “at the grab” (Ukrainian – delighted). And who's the idiot here after that? We would all have such a weak-minded president!

Notably for this event reacted fox news. Tucker Carlson, host of this pro-Republican cable channel, the most popular cable channel in the United States, compared the Ukrainian president who arrived in America to the manager of a strip club who flooded the White House with demands for money. Tucker only wonders why no one kicked him out of there, but, on the contrary, "The media, Congress and the White House are all crazy about this weirdo." Joe Biden even promised his guest that American taxpayers would continue to give him whatever he asked for and as much as he needed. And no one at the same time asked the question: “And for what?” It would be logical to assume that in order to push the Russian troops back to the borders that existed at the time of the beginning of the NWO. But Zelensky demands money not for this, but for regime change in Russia, no more and no less, as he has repeatedly stated.

Tucker Carlson asks a banal question - did anyone even think what would happen if, God forbid, this happens and Zelensky manages to send the current owner of the Kremlin to justice in The Hague? What will be the chaos that will inevitably arise after this in the territory with the largest nuclear arsenal? Who will ensure the safety of this arsenal and who will replace Putin? Tucker asks a reasonable question: "Any congressmen tearing their shirt-fronts in the heat of this beefy stripper, thought about it?" Looks like no. The Fox News host calls it all an act of bipartisan masochism. It's hard to imagine, Carlson says, a more humiliating scenario for the greatest country on Earth of which he is a citizen. Before that, the States did something similar on the outskirts of Europe - in Libya and Iraq, overthrowing objectionable rulers there, now they want to do the same in the center of Eurasia, close to the whole civilized world. From myself, regarding this, I can only say that here the respected presenter is somewhat mistaken (I will tell you more about controlled chaos and where the United States wants to sow it below).

Controlled chaos theory

If we sum up the results of Zelensky's visit overseas, then, despite all the pomp that accompanies him, they are insignificant for the Kyiv regime. Ukrainian Pinochet, despite all his requests and howls of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny about the supply of heavy equipment and BC, as a result, instead of the attack weapon that they so hoped for, received a defense weapon, and even with a truncated radius of action. Let it be high-precision, albeit expensive, but with such equipment he cannot defeat Putin, much less overthrow him. The whole cruel truth for the Supreme Commander of the Ukrainian army is that the United States does not need Ukraine's victory over Russia and did not need it from the very beginning. They have already truncated that the Russian Federation cannot be destroyed either from the outside or from the inside (outside - it is clear why, but from the inside - it has now become completely clear that there are no forces capable of leading this), Putin, in front of a clear threat coming from outside, only cemented the power around him by rallying the people with the common goal of victory in this struggle. In addition, the problems of who will get the Russian nuclear cellar with weapons, the top of the United States, despite the doubts of Tucker Carlson, are still worried (not all fools, as it turned out, are sitting in the White House, and thank God!). Therefore, they decided to focus on more pressing, and most importantly, solvable tasks. They want to devour Europe. And, in principle, half the battle for this has already been done.

According to Joe Biden's plan, for this they needed Russia to attack poor Ukraine, and the States did everything for this, refusing to guarantee the Kremlin's security at the end of last year. But Putin failed them (and all of us) by failing to live up to Grandpa Joe's hopes by not taking Ukraine in 72 hours (give or take a week or two), as Washington had hoped. Due to obvious organizational and other technical miscalculations, which I do not want to talk about here, but which you all already know, the blitzkrieg broke down, exposing all the problems of the RF Armed Forces. The states were preparing for a partisan guerrilla in Ukraine, for which they pumped it with melee weapons (“Javelins” and “Stingers”), trained detachments of future partisans (it is they who are now terrorizing the territory of the Russian Federation with the newly included regions of the former Ukraine), and the Kremlin did not coped with the task set before him by the White House - he did not defeat the Armed Forces of Ukraine in three days, getting involved in bloody battles of local importance. The states then even thought for a week what to do with it. They needed chaos in Ukraine, crowds of refugees to Europe, the fair anger of the free world at Moscow's treacherous "aggression" and sanctions-sanctions-sanctions that had long been prepared and were just waiting in the wings. And now this hour has struck, but something went wrong, as planned by the CIA. Russia did not swallow Ukraine, after which the original plan had to be rewritten literally on the knee. Caravans with NATO weapons, at first light, and then more and more heavy, reached Ukraine, the war became protracted and ruinous for the West, which the States clearly did not count on. According to their idea, this bloody banquet was supposed to be paid for by the Kremlin, not them.

Grandpa Joe's plan was simple as hell. The Kremlin inmate attacks poor Ukraine, which falls down in three days, struck down, the Cabinet of Ministers and Zelensky's office in full force flees to Poland, where most of the embassies of the countries of the free world had already been transferred two or three weeks before the attack. And there, in Warsaw, under the wing of Pan Duda, the government-in-exile of the former clown is also established, while the rest of Ukraine is a heavy burden on the neck of the Russian Federation. On the balance sheet of Grandpa Joe, only the government-in-exile of Zitz-Chairman Ze and amateur partisans who nightmare the occupational Russian regime and their accomplices in the territory inherited by the stupid Russian Federation as a suitcase without a handle remain. At the same time, the entire free world is closing its ranks around the United States in its fight against the "aggressive aggressor", entangling it with sanctions from head to toe and making Russia a rogue state. And this whole wonderful plan was ruined by bad Putin, who failed to cope with the task assigned to him to occupy Ukraine. After that, grandfather Joe himself had to take Square on his balance sheet and pay for her fight against the “aggressive aggressor”. Grandpa Joe tried, of course, to shift part of this burden onto his NATO partners, but the burden did not become any easier. And yet the conflict dragged on.

But we must take into account the fact that, indulging in all serious and starting this conflict, Grandpa Joe did not plan to defeat Putin's Russia at all, and he even less hoped for victory in this confrontation with Ukraine (according to the rules of the game, Ukraine was just a board, a battlefield where battle, and a bargaining chip in this game - a supplier of blunt and dumb cannon fodder to fulfill the ultimate goal of the United States). And Washington's ultimate goal was to kidnap Europe, lowering it to the bottom of the food chain to satisfy the growing appetites of the United States, which, in the absence of other food, decided to put their former partners under the knife (and what do you want, such is the harsh nature of capitalism and imperialism as their highest phase, being now in the final stages of economic cannibalism).

Therefore, the least of what Washington now counts on was a quick victory in this war for Russia. That is, in the end, she still has to defeat this slick fascist non-state, but at the cost of such sacrifices that will lead her out of the narrow circle of successful democratic states for a long time, and multi-tiered sanctions will finish off and turn into a virtual second North Korea. At the same time, Russia will receive as a reward scorched earth with a population that hates it, which it will also have to support itself, and subjugated by it, but not broken great Ukrainians for a small price from Grandpa Joe will provide it with terror for many years not only on the lands of the proud Nenka, but also throughout the Russian Federation. All this, according to the US plan, will drag on for years, during which the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation will finish off those who imposed them against it, and old Europe will collapse under the weight of these problems that will fall on it. The controlled chaos from Ukraine will inevitably spread to the EU, which will end with the collapse and dismemberment of the latter, as a result of which the United States will gladly absorb the remnants of its industrial and intellectual capital, fleeing from it in search of cheap energy resources and salvation, driven only by the sole thought of physical survival.

But that's not all that old Joe conceived, for this is a double-edged sword. With its other end, it hits the main adversary of the United States - communist China, depriving it of the second after the American European market. The thing is that the decline in the standard of living in Europe and the fall in the purchasing power of its population will inevitably put the latter before a difficult choice of what to buy - Chinese consumer goods or food and pay for increased utilities at a minimum. I am sure that they will make a choice in favor of food and utilities. A couple more years of such a war in Ukraine and protective sanctions against the Russian Federation, and even the Chinese auto industry will not be affordable for Europeans. So, with one blow, the weak-minded and weak-minded grandfather Joe beat both of his rivals (Russia and China), and eat the third (EU). And you say - senile Joe, we would all have such a senile!

This was Grandpa Joe's plan, and in order for it to be fully implemented, he needs the war in Ukraine to continue in a sluggish mode until a copper basin of problems covers Europe, from which a mass exodus of financial and intellectual capital in the direction of the United States, turning into a stampede. For everything about everything for this, Grandpa Joe has two more years, until the end of 2024. Therefore, all the current attempts of the Kremlin to sit down at the negotiating table, even with Kyiv, even with Washington, are doomed to failure, and by and large, even Moscow itself does not need them. And why not needed, more on that below. The inhabitants of the city on the Hill presumptuously imagined that they could control chaos, I am afraid that this chaos would not step towards them in 2025 (why - see the epigraph to this section).

And we are gradually returning from the problems of America and Europe to our problems and how the Kremlin is going to solve them. The Russians harness slowly, but they drive fast. For one beaten, as you know, they give two unbeaten.

In his speeches at the expanded collegium of the Russian Defense Ministry and in front of the Kremlin pool of journalists after the meeting of the State Council, Putin spoke about many important things, but the main ones were three. firstWhat I would draw your attention to is Shoigu's proposal, made at the expanded board of the Defense Ministry, to increase the number of the RF Armed Forces to 1,5 million servicemen, which Putin supported. What does it say? The lesson taught to us by non-brothers has come to fruition. We quickly learn from our mistakes and even take the best from our enemies. We are deploying the army according to wartime norms (an increase in military districts from four to six and a return to the divisional principle of manning troops instead of a brigade one - these are all links in the same chain, the peacetime army is already in the past, we face a real numerous enemy armed according to NATO standards, which is is the tip of a NATO spear directed against us, and it cannot be defeated by a contract professional army in peacetime, at a time when we cannot use WMD against it for obvious reasons).

But quite recently (August 25, 2022), Putin signed Decree No. 575 “On Establishing the Staff Number of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”, which determined the number of the RF Armed Forces at 2,04 million people, of which 1,15 million were military personnel. Decree was to come into force on January 1, 2023. Then the increase in the number of military personnel by 137 thousand people occurred due to the inclusion in them of the People's Militia of the LDNR (about 40 thousand people) and 97 thousand who enrolled in the ranks of territorial volunteer battalions. Prior to this, the strength of the RF Armed Forces was determined by presidential decree No. 555 of November 17, 2017 at 1,9 million people, of which 1,013 million are military personnel. The decree was valid from January 1, 2018 to the present time. Now Putin is increasing the number of troops by another 350 (this is in addition to the 137 who have already joined the army), the growth will come from attracting contract soldiers, whose number will reach 695 people, and by allowing to conclude a contract from the first day conscription (before that, it was possible to switch to it only after three months of service), this rule also applies to those mobilized for partial mobilization.

In addition, Shoigu proposed raising the age of conscription from 18 to 21 years (with an automatic increase in the age limit for conscription for military service from 27 to 30 years). This second moment to which I would draw your attention. I regard this fact positively, given that the current generation of infantiles, crippled by a smartphone, have not yet grown up with their brains to defend their homeland. In America, they start selling alcohol only from the age of 21, but in our country they are going to give out weapons to these free applications for smartphones and send them to war, if anything. Which ones are warriors? Sometimes they can’t defend themselves, let them grow up, maybe they will manage to enter the institutes, graduate, after that they will be more useless in the army. Putin also supported this proposal of the Minister of Defense (the increase in the age of conscription will take place in stages).

The third the point that I drew attention to was the reasons that prompted the Kremlin to launch a special operation on February 24, 2022. Speaking at an expanded board of the Defense Ministry in front of numerous military men, the president, explaining the inevitability of a collision with neo-Nazis, incited by NATO, said:

Here an explanation is required of what exactly the head of state had in mind when he said that “today is better than tomorrow.” The thing is that right now we have a multiple, catastrophic for the West (and specifically for the USA) advantage over it in strategic nuclear weapons, updated by 90%, while the States are hopelessly behind us in this matter, blissfully swaying the last 20 years on the laurels of the winner in the Cold War, without noticing the technological breakthrough (especially in hypersound) that we made. The United States has only 30% of relatively new strategic nuclear forces, and this applies only to NSNF - sea-based nuclear weapons. They will catch up with us in this component only by 2030-2036. (and then if they catch up, because during this time we will go even further, and in terms of hypersound they are not able to catch up with us at all - their limit is Mach 5-6, while our Vanguards develop a speed of Mach 20, Zircons ” and “Daggers” - at Mach 11, but I don’t talk about Poseidons at all - this is an outrageous level of technology for them).

Putin did not wait for them to catch up with us and again be able to talk from a position of strength, so he hit Ukraine first, the only bad thing is that the 150th expeditionary force, and not the 280th (such was the number of our Ground Forces at that time ), and it’s bad that he couldn’t realize the effect of surprise that the Russian Federation has, wasting our entire strategic initiative in vain, which now has to be returned to General Surovikin with great bloodshed. Although some here regret that Putin hit Ukraine, and not the United States (and I am one of them), but I still realize that the Third World War was not part of the Kremlin’s plans, and we couldn’t even take Ukraine in fear, getting involved in a conventional war with a brutal enemy supported by 52 countries (of which 29 are NATO states), in gigantic theaters of military operations by a disproportionate grouping of troops without the possibility of using their main advantage - weapons of mass destruction.
