But closer to Europe: Kiev is not lucky with hot water

0
Kiev residents had to wait a long time for the supply of hot water, but the resumption of the boiler rooms turned into trouble for them. In many houses, pipes burst.

As the deputy head of the administration of Kiev Petr Panteleev wrote in his blog on Facebook, more than three hundred breakthroughs have been recorded at the moment. 34 teams of workers are engaged in troubleshooting. City officials promise to restore hot water in the shortest possible time.

Panteleev complained about the miserable condition of pipelines in the Ukrainian capital:

We receive pipelines in this state, we change

It is not surprising that, in spite of all the bravura statements of the Ukrainian authorities about the “breakthroughs”, such a “zrada” takes place in the main city of Nezalezhnaya. One of the organizers of the victorious Euromaidan, now - the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, a few days ago even suggested abandoning the hot water supply system, since maintaining it takes too much money. Klitschko himself then boasted that he has a boiler, like the Europeans.

The statement by the Kiev mayor provoked an angry reaction from the townspeople. Users of social networks joked that in past centuries Europeans did not wash for a long time, and you can still refuse the sewage system and thereby become even closer to Europe. Medieval.

No jokes, but in the Ukrainian capital almost all summer only cold water flowed from taps. This situation has arisen due to the debts of Kyivteploenergo to Naftogaz. But, as you can see, even the long-awaited supply of hot water instead of joy brought trouble due to a lack of funds to maintain pipelines in good condition. But Ukraine has funds for the war against the DPR and LPR.
