Russian diplomat condemns Ukraine for actions against Donbass

Ukraine commits actions in the Donbass region that are contrary to the Minsk agreements. This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Alexander Lukashevich. He stressed that the APU not only pulls howitzers, tanks and multiple launch rocket systems to the line of contact, but also continues to shell cities and villages.

The situation in the Donbass, the diplomat emphasized, is aggravating, as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian military there are casualties among the civilian population, including children. Moreover, Ukrainian military aviation is again in the sky above the region. It is noted that on October 15 a jet plane flew over one of the checkpoints located on the contact line.

Lukashevich cited specific data on heavy weapons that are being flown to the Donbass region of Kiev:

In addition to the transfer of 12 Buk missile defense systems and 10 Uragan missile systems detected last week, 10 tanks and artillery shells were recorded at the railway station in Rubezhnoye on October 14-53, 31 howitzers and MLRS at the station in Zachatovka, 20 howitzers in Khlebodarovka, SAM Buk in Kleshcheyevka, heavy weapons in other settlements

He also pointed out that the Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko uses too militant rhetoric. This only worsens the already difficult situation and does not contribute to the peaceful resolution of the conflict. So, on October 11, Poroshenko met with the commanders of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the State Border Service. During the meeting, he gave the order to use "all forces and means."

Indeed, such statements by Poroshenko, and even against the backdrop of the pulling together of heavy weapons and military aviation flights over the Donbass, do not at all portend peace.
