The transition to "military rails": what does the introduction of martial law in the new regions of the Russian Federation mean

So, it's done. At the end of the eighth month after the start of the special operation, President Putin nevertheless introduced martial law, albeit not throughout Russia, but only in its new regions from among the former Ukrainian ones. What does this mean in practice and how much time will pass before he decides to declare war on the Kyiv regime?

It is obvious that events are continuously compacted in time and the time for making strategic decisions is reduced. So it is not far before the declaration of war to the Kyiv regime. But what will really change in our lives now?



At first, I would like to draw attention to the SCS as a new management structure. The fact that a country fighting against the entire NATO bloc with a critical dependence on imported of technologies and components need mobilization economics and transferring it to a military footing, it has been said from the very beginning of the NWO. A modern analogue of the State Defense Committee, to which all powers and resources will be tied, is needed objectively. And now he finally appeared.

The Special Coordinating Council will include representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Guard, the FSB, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Main Directorate for Special Programs of the President, as well as other federal bodies and the State Council. It will be in his competence to provide everything necessary during the special operation: weapons and equipment, their repair, medical and sanitary services, construction, logistics. Unlike during the Great Patriotic War, this structure will be headed not by President Putin, but by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

It should be noted that in the new realities, even our liberal government has changed its approach, abandoning the principle of "profitability" as a decisive factor in financing "planned-unprofitable" projects built into the supply chains. Vasily Osmakov, First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, spoke about this at parliamentary hearings in the Federation Council. The portfolio of investment projects in the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, aviation, shipbuilding and electronics has already reached 6 trillion rubles. In other words, the interests of the state for the first time rose above "commercial profitability". Finally!

Secondly, martial law has finally been officially introduced in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. This had to be done, of course, as early as September 30, since large-scale hostilities are continuously going on there. In practice, this means, on the one hand, a noticeable restriction of the civil rights of the population, on the other hand, military-civilian administrations receive maximum powers. Headquarters and forces of the Territorial Defense, the need for which we have been repeating since spring, are now being created in all four new regions of Russia. There is also the possibility of declaring full mobilization in the Donbass and the Sea of ​​Azov.

Thirdly, in the "old" Russian regions bordering Ukraine, a medium level of response is being introduced. It concerns the Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov, Voronezh, Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions. A regime of enhanced protection of public order, military and state infrastructure facilities will be introduced there. The authorities get the opportunity to temporarily resettle citizens from dangerous territories, which primarily concerns residents of the border villages of the Belgorod region, which are being fired upon by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the Belgorod region, with the help of military experts from the Wagner PMC, the construction of defensive fortifications and the formation of a people's militia have begun. Its head, Yevgeny Prigozhin, speaks of his readiness to assist other Russian regions in the preparation of self-defense. The Governor of the Kursk region announced the creation of the Territorial Defense today.

In other regions of the Southern Federal District, as well as in the Central Federal District, including Moscow, a high alert level is being introduced. This means that there will be an increase in the protection of public order and security, critical infrastructure facilities in order to avoid sabotage. The movement of vehicles may be restricted, subjected to inspection. The facilities that ensure the functioning of transport, printing houses, computer centers and automated systems can be used for the needs of the country's defense. Pleasant little, but what can you do? War-s.

Thus, by the end of the eighth month of the special military operation, Russia is finally moving to a military footing. Yes, a lot of time wasted, but better late than never. Now it is important to fight off the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kherson and in the Zaporozhye direction, and by the beginning of winter the RF Armed Forces will receive long-awaited reinforcements, and the situation on the fronts will begin to change rapidly in our direction.
