There will be no more negotiations with Kyiv, Moscow went for broke
Epigraph: "Russia is not angry - Russia is concentrating!" (Alexander Gorchakov, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Empire, the words were said after the defeat of the Republic of Ingushetia in the Crimean War of 1853-1856).
I must state with regret that at the end of the seventh month of the NWO, the BD spiral is twisting ever tighter, and before winter, it is already clear that we will not be able to finish it, no matter how much we would like to. It seems that the operation, whatever you call it, will drag on for years, which is what our enemy is preparing his population for, intending to fight with us to the last Ukrainian for at least another 10 years, naturally, with the help of his allies.
On August 29, with the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kherson, the 3rd stage of the NWO began. How the 1st and 2nd stages of it ended, I will not repeat, you yourself know about it. In fact, a full-scale proxy war between Russia and NATO countries has been going on on the territory of Ukraine for half a year, which, without even hiding, are on the side of our enemy. The abbreviation SVO, declared by us, helps them to do this with impunity, but we cannot declare a real war on Kyiv for many reasons. I will give only a few of them, and you will understand everything yourself.
From the point of view of international law, in "official war" the UN launches automatic "war prevention" procedures in accordance with General Assembly resolution 3314 (XXIX) of December 14, 1974. They provide:
– in accordance with Article 41 of the UN Charter, the rupture of diplomatic and economic relations (including any transport, telecommunications and other means of communication with the country) among the UN member countries, including among states neutral to Russia;
- legitimization of military assistance for the country - the victim of aggression (in this case, for Ukraine);
- legitimization of the peacekeeping operation, if the members of the UN deem it necessary in accordance with Articles 39-51 of the UN Charter;
– settlement of the conflict without the participation of Russia;
- blocking the right of veto for Russia;
- the possibility of exclusion of Russia from the UN.
- legitimization of military assistance for the country - the victim of aggression (in this case, for Ukraine);
- legitimization of the peacekeeping operation, if the members of the UN deem it necessary in accordance with Articles 39-51 of the UN Charter;
– settlement of the conflict without the participation of Russia;
- blocking the right of veto for Russia;
- the possibility of exclusion of Russia from the UN.
Theoretically, the UN can do this even now, but with an “official war” there are more maneuvers and powers for this. Everything is not limited to the UN, and this is not an organization with an unconditional guide to action, but it has weight and significance. The actions of the UN extend to other international organizations and structures. Bypassing sanctions can be more difficult and have legal implications for neutral countries such as China, India, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, which are now covertly supporting Russia, which will be difficult under total international restrictions.
In international law, who is the aggressor and who is the victim is of great importance, so countries avoid declaring "war". This also applies to the United States, which did not use and/or avoid the word “war” in relation to Iraq, Syria and Libya, but called it “peace enforcement”, “struggle for democracy” or “counter-terrorism operation” (CTO). That is why the NWO is the NWO, because war has legal consequences. The Russian authorities avoid legal consequences where they can be avoided without losing the effectiveness of the operation.
Minin and Pozharsky of our days
But, returning to the operation itself, at its 3rd stage, we discovered to our horror that instead of a positional war, during which we tried to realize our overwhelming fire advantage, advancing meter by meter in the Donbas theater of operations, at the end of the summer the enemy imposed a classic maneuver war along the entire line of contact - from Kharkov to Kherson, using their multiple numerical superiority in manpower, following the tactics of "1000 small cuts", with approximate parity in fire and technology, when the low density of fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was compensated by its accuracy.
Ironically, in this proxy war, we did not face a lack of hardware, armor or ammo (we are just fine with this), but a dull lack of personnel, and it was precisely his lack that became the main reason for our Kharkov retreat. And now we are forced to maneuver our reserves, transferring them from north to south, having a much greater logistical leverage than our enemy, who easily and quickly transfers his reserves along the “piece of iron” and general-purpose roads inside his territory, while we This makes it necessary to bring them to Russia.
In these difficult days, help to the country, as always, came from below. At a time when higher political the leadership to change the status of the SVO and announce a general mobilization for the reasons specified above, could not and did not want to help him, like 400 years ago, during the Polish invasion, came Minin and Pozharsky of our days - the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and the head of the PMC " Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin, who took upon themselves the work of creating and forming a people's militia.
The head of the Chechen Republic took the initiative to recruit detachments of volunteers in each of the 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation to send them to the Ukrainian front, calling this initiative "self-mobilization" of the regions.
There is no need to wait for the Kremlin to declare martial law or, conversely, sit back waiting for the end of the NWO in Ukraine. The head of each subject of Russia today must prove his readiness to help the state. And this help should be expressed not by verbal speeches or banal car races, but by concrete actions that will help the fighters
- the head of the North Caucasian republic wrote in his account on the social network.
Each leader of the region is quite capable of preparing, training and equipping at least one thousand volunteers. For a single subject, this is not such a large number, I would even say that this is the minimum that subjects must fulfill to begin with. But on a national scale, this is an impressive military contingent of 85 thousand people - almost an army!
Such a mobilization, the Chechen leader believes, will make it possible to solve the tasks of the special operation in the shortest possible time. It is hard not to agree with him, 85-100 thousand volunteers who have joined the RF Armed Forces will be able to turn the tide of any military campaign. And this is in addition to the already formed detachments from many Russian regions, which joined the ranks of the contract volunteer army as a result of the covert mobilization already announced by Putin (we wrote about it in more detail). here).
Yevgeny Prigogine went from the other side. First appeared on the web video, where a man similar to him, and with a voice also very similar to Prigozhin, agitated the prisoners of a certain colony to voluntarily enroll in the ranks of his charitable organization and serve the Fatherland. Who, after six months of fighting, will be lucky to stay alive, he guaranteed pardon and freedom, who will not be lucky - burial on the Alleys of the heroes of their cities or near the chapel of the heroes of the Wagner PMC in Goryachiy Klyuch, if there are no other wishes for repose from the relatives of the deceased. He gave 5 minutes to think. He needs stormtroopers, people desperate and ready to die. There is no turning back from the Wagner PMC, the “musicians” do not surrender and they are not taken prisoner either. If a prisoner gives the go-ahead, and then gives back on the front and changes his mind, then he will be shot as a deserter. But for people serving sentences under difficult articles, this may be the only chance to be released and return to normal life, atoning for their guilt with blood, maybe even someone else's. It is for this reason that at the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the fascist national battalions of Zelensky, most of all they are afraid not of the special forces of the Airborne Forces and not of the marines, but of Prigozhin’s “musicians”. PMC "Wagner" solves the most intractable tasks, where the utmost cruelty and dedication are needed.
The video that appeared immediately caused a lot of rumors, there was a lot of saliva from liberals and people who have little idea of what war is, how dirty and bloody it is. Prigogine immediately put them all in their place, saying that it was him in the video, and the rest, who don’t want “PMCs, prisoners, who talk about this topic, who don’t want to do anything and who, in principle, don’t like this topic” , he advised sending his children to the front:
Either PMCs and prisoners, or your children - decide for yourself!
Of course, the non-brothers did not bypass this fact, saying that, you see, things are already quite bad for Putin if the prisoners are used. At the same time, they prefer to remain silent about Zelensky’s prisoners, whom he harnessed to the war six months ago, as well as about representatives of all sorts of overseas “academies” and other enemy PMCs fighting on the side of Nezalezhnaya.
But this, as it turned out, were still flowers. I will tell about the berries below, they happened on September 21st.
We are doomed to win - even a draw will not suit us!
Against the backdrop of a clearly protracted operational pause after our recent Kharkov retreat, when there was no tough immediate response from our side, but on the contrary, the enemy began to develop his offensive operations on several sectors of the front at once along the entire line of contact from Kharkov to Kherson, in Russian society one very negative trend began to be traced - people, not finding an explanation for such actions and not satisfied with the explanations of the RF Ministry of Defense about the retreat in order to strengthen the Donbass Front, began to descend completely to conspiracy theories of what was happening.
The topics of betrayal within the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces and the RF Ministry of Defense, as well as the ignorance of the top political leadership about the real state of affairs on the fronts, we immediately dismiss as crazy, but the topic of a possible agreement between the Kremlin and Kyiv in order to allow Moscow to get out of the protracted conflict in Ukraine with saving face and minimal reputational losses, I would like to discuss here. Moreover, Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov recently added fuel to the fire of our concern, repeating once again that negotiations with Kyiv are quite possible. And our president at a press conference after the SCO summit ended in Samarkand only exacerbated this impression, lamenting that, you see, Kyiv for some reason does not want this. Here, anyone will shrug their hands in a dumb question: why did we start our SVO on February 24, so that six months later we would sit down at the negotiating table with a “gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis” without, in fact, realizing any of the goals declared by the Kremlin? And in the brain of an alarmed Russian layman, the topic of an agreement bordering on betrayal immediately pops up.
I will debunk this crazy idea from the opposite, due to the fact that no other arguments against the patriotic Russian man in the street will have any effect. So, let's imagine the impossible - we are renting out part of the Kharkiv region we previously occupied in order to maintain a strategically important land corridor for us to the Crimea through the previously reclaimed Azov region, which also solves the problem of uninterrupted water supply to the peninsula through the North Crimean Canal. Whether we need Kherson, which remains on the right bank of the Dnieper, the question remains open, but not to give it to the enemy, Kharkov will be enough for him. In return, both sides get a respite to build up strength and prepare for the next round of the war, which is far from over and will not end until the complete defeat of one of the parties. Quite a working version, a simple layman will say, why not?
The version may be working, but who will give Kyiv the go-ahead for it? This bonded monkey has long been fulfilling only the will of its overseas and London masters, having lost its subjectivity 9 years ago. And no operational pause is included in the plans of the owners - Biden has mid-term elections to Congress on his nose, and in London the changing of the guard at 10 Downing Street has only led to tougher rhetoric. There, on both sides of the Atlantic, they only rave about the war to the bitter end with the dismemberment of the Russian Federation and the change of its political leadership, and therefore there are no tactical pauses, especially since the enemy has already faltered, which means they will run now. And we see how Kyiv throws more and more batches of cannon fodder into the furnace of war (and we ourselves are to blame for this - we gave him time for this, breaking his forehead on the Donbass fortified area for six months).
We have dealt with Kyiv, now let's deal with Moscow. There seems to be a benefit from the technical pause - to give time for the accumulation and running-in of reserves, which I spoke about above. But the minuses that we received do not go to any comparison with these pluses. I am talking about the 22nd SCO summit, which was held in Samarkand (Uzbekistan) on September 15-16 and on which we rightfully placed the most optimistic hopes, because, contrary to his early decision, the President of the People's Republic of China, comrade, decided to visit it. Xi Jinping, and Indian Prime Minister Modi originally planned to be there. We, of course, know that our enemies were preparing for this summit in their own way, unleashing armed conflicts on the Azerbaijani-Armenian and Kyrgyz-Tajik borders on the eve of it, and all these countries are members of the SCO and the CSTO. But all this was still flowers in comparison with the berries presented to us by non-brothers in the Kharkov direction just on the eve of the planned event in Samarkand. Because all over the world only strength is respected, and the weak are wiped off. And in the East, the factor of strength is generally raised to the 10th power. Considering that the SCO is an exclusively eastern alternative to the collective West and its organizations such as the G7, the EU (I’m not even talking about the NATO military bloc here), then what did you expect from the East after the withdrawal of troops from Kharkov?
The first bell sounded when the host country did not properly meet the President of the Russian Federation, who arrived at the SCO summit. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent his Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov to the airport to meet the plane with Vladimir Putin, although he personally met President Xi, who arrived a little earlier, crawling on his knees from the airport building to the gangway of board No. 1 with the leader of China. In the East, such moves mean more than just disrespect (Biden long remembered what a meeting the Saudi crown prince arranged for him, especially after the meeting he arranged for his predecessor Trump). Let us also remember the president of Tashkent, his figli-migli with the protocol, he had behaved very independently in relation to Russia before. Let's see if it lasts long enough.
Is it any wonder after that that the president of some Kyrgyzstan allowed himself to be late for a protocol meeting with Vladimir Putin. With the same Putin who made himself wait for both the Queen of Great Britain (now deceased) and the Pope. Do you think this would happen if we were now warming up our tanks on the fronts of Ukraine somewhere near the Polish border? I don't feel like talking about the ungrateful Kasym Tokayev. The President of Kazakhstan has been twisting his nose for a long time and in every possible way makes it clear that his money is in another bank. By the way, it was with him that President Xi met first after the pause caused by the covid even before the summit, having specially visited him in Astana. Now you understand in whose bank the money of Nazarbayev's heir is?
By the way, Comrade Xi was rather cool with Vladimir Putin, emphasizing in every possible way that he did not approve of the military operation in Ukraine, under the guise of this, entrusting the laying of the "Force of Siberia - 3" exclusively to the Russian Federation, without sharing the costs with us. You ask me, where is the "Power of Siberia - 2"? I answer, her comrade. Xi vetoed, not giving permission to build a route linking our fields in Eastern Siberia through Mongolia with the northern provinces of China, which would make it possible to link together our western and eastern gas pipelines and thereby diversify the risks of a possible zeroing of the western route, connecting along the way to the centralized gas supply the so far deprived this area of Eastern Siberia. These are our allies! No, I have always said that we need to keep our eyes open with the Chinese and not turn our backs on them, as long as it is beneficial for them - they are friends, God forbid - they will run away at the first opportunity. The difference between com. Xi and Recep Tayyip Erdogan only that maybe he won’t shoot us in the back, he will get off with the 1001st Chinese warning, but he won’t fight on our side either. About Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, twisting our hands with the price of oil, taking advantage of our hopeless situation, you also know everything yourself. These are direct consequences of our special operation in Ukraine.
But the main damage that we suffered from the Kharkov retreat was not even in this. Somehow it passed by your eyes, and it was worth it to say about it separately. China preferred the southern route of the New Silk Road, which runs through the countries of Central Asia, bypassing Russia, and this is already serious. And President Xi formalized this by signing relevant agreements with the presidents of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in Samarkand. Here is the result of the protracted war in Ukraine. And although the northern route of the NSR did not run through Nezalezhnaya, Beijing chose not to take risks and not get involved with a country that is in a permanent military conflict, and even under all possible and impossible sanctions.
In order not to end on such a minor note, I will say in conclusion: the East is a delicate matter. Judge not by words, but by deeds. Although China verbally preferred to distance itself from the events in Ukraine, in reality, three days after the completion of the Samarkand summit, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev arrived in Beijing for negotiations with a high-level Chinese side of the corresponding level in order to consolidate the agreements reached by the leaders of both countries at the grassroots level. countries in Uzbekistan. From which we can conclude that the process has nevertheless begun, an agreement has been reached at the highest level, and the parties are moving on to developing mechanisms for its implementation. And literally on the same day, a Chinese military transport aircraft Xian Y-20 Chine Air Force landed at Sheremetyevo Airport. What he brought to Russia is a mystery, but such a flight was made for the first time in the history of relations between Russia and China. I think this secret will soon surface on the Ukrainian battlefields, as well as what the Iranian military transport aircraft are carrying, like shuttles, which have been scurrying for half a month along the Tehran-Moscow route. I repeat, the East is a delicate matter, follow not the words, but the deeds of these gentlemen.
Brilliant work by Grandpa Joe
My friends, have you ever wondered why the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with which the Bloody Clown scared us for more than two months, began precisely on August 29 in the Kherson direction, and having failed, suddenly spread to Kharkov, and between these events, the non-brothers tried to aggravate the situation around ZNPP (though also unsuccessfully)? That is, the peak of the activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fell on the week between August 29 and September 6. Why didn't you think about it before? After all, the non-brothers had everything ready for this by mid-summer.
The thing is that the world is now going through global tectonic processes that take place once a century, which will soon end with a change in existing political formations, a change in the existing rules of the game and a reshuffling of more than half of the main actors now leading this game at a conditional world chess table. I have to disappoint all the narrow-minded Ukrainian-centric people who naively believe that the whole world revolves around Ukraine, and that Ukraine itself is the center of the universe, standing on three pillars - Great Britain, the United States and the Russian Federation, between which there is now a struggle for the right to own and manage it. All these whales, as well as, in fact, the rest of the world do not care about Ukraine from a high bell tower, Ukraine is just a battlefield where a struggle is being waged for the right to rule the world. What will happen to her and what will remain of her after all this is of concern only to Russia, and then only in part (here everything will depend only on what price will have to be paid for it).
Therefore, all occurring events should be considered only from this angle. The beginning of the UAF offensive at the end of August was associated only with the SCO summit, which was supposed to start two weeks later. The task of the non-brothers was extremely simple - to bring down the offensive pace of the Russians and work for two weeks to destroy the myth of the invincibility of Russian weapons. No one expected more from them, it would be nice if they just held out for these two weeks, but in the course of a successful offensive in the Kharkov region they were even able to exceed these expectations. As a result, the summit that started in Samarkand was held in a minor key, instead of a white horse, Putin rode it in an armored personnel carrier and was also forced to make excuses to Narendra Modi that the SVO was dragging on.
And although a big failure was avoided, a record number of joint documents were signed at the summit (more than 40), Iran was admitted as a permanent member of the SCO (becoming its 9th member), and Belarus began this procedure, moving from observer countries to candidates for joining the organization; in addition, seven more countries received the status of dialogue partners - Qatar, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Maldives and Myanmar, adding to Turkey, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Nepal and Cambodia that already have this status, but nevertheless Russia's defeat on the Ukrainian front prevented the consolidation of all members, observers and partners of the SCO in their opposition to another pole of power in the face of the collective West.
Disorder and vacillation began in the ranks of the SCO, here both Kazakhstan managed to excel (the ungrateful Tokayev is not unsuccessfully trying to sit on two chairs), and intractable Uzbekistan, not to mention India and China, which maneuver in a turbulent political sea, pursuing exclusively selfish national interests, bargaining Russia, which has found itself in a hopeless situation, has additional discounts and preferences when buying its hydrocarbons. And Russia is forced to go for it, also pursuing far-reaching plans (the main thing for Moscow now is to get a client hooked on its gas and oil, and then we'll see what the price for it will be). But we should not forget that the root cause of all these oscillatory processes turned out to be some kind of shabby Ukraine, a blind doll in whose blood-stained trembling senile hands.
I must say, we are witnessing the brilliant work of grandfather Joe, he managed the impossible - to draw Russia into a long-term armed conflict with its southern neighbor, to consolidate the entire Western pro-American coalition around this conflict, forcing old Europe to actually go to self-mutilation, voluntarily going to feed the overseas hegemon, and and also to bring confusion to the ranks of the Eastern bloc - the antagonist of the collective West in the face of the SCO, when the leaders of these countries are forced to distance themselves from the Russian Federation, which is leading its own NVO, so as not to lose access to the American market. The only exception to these rules was Iran, which, in fact, had nothing to lose, but if even Old Man Lukashenko was already fidgeting in his chair, realizing that Moscow was running out of trump cards, then what can we say about Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, whose leaders are only that they don't wipe their feet on the Kremlin, laying out their cards between Washington and Beijing? And there, after all, Aliyev also strives to play his game with the Turkish Sultan (why not to fish in troubled waters?). No wonder they say that there are no friends in politics! As a result, the clouds over the Kremlin began to thicken.
Now Biden's task is extremely simple: realizing that it is impossible to defeat Russia in a direct clash, and realizing that it can only be defeated by destroying it from the inside, Grandpa Joe throws all his strength into sowing the seeds of doubt and dissatisfaction with Putin's policies already within Russian society, outraged by the course of the Ukrainian war. military campaign. Someone is dissatisfied with the very fact of the beginning of the NWO, someone, on the contrary, with the gentleness and humanity of our actions, but nevertheless the number of dissatisfied on both sides of the barricades is growing. And the most violent may have an irresistible desire to express this indignation, let alone something, and we know how to do this, and if we can’t do it ourselves, the Yankees will help. As a result of all these fermentations, the Russian Federation, according to Biden's plan, will have to fall apart into 20-30 warring states, and so that they do not fight completely, the States will come there and reconcile everyone (in the next world), taking all of our natural wealth, which, as they believe, we have not rightfully inherited. At the same time, the Russians themselves will not even understand how cleverly Grandpa Joe divorced them, and when they understand, it will be too late to drink Borjomi. In short, Biden's plan for Russia could be called "Humiliate and destroy!".
The Kremlin turns on the turbo mode
But, as they say, for every tricky Biden, we always have a tricky screw with a left-hand thread. He was also found by Vladimir Putin. He did not wait for this war to turn from the Soviet-Finnish war into the Russian-Japanese one (how the Russian-Japanese war ended, you know - Krasnaya Presnya and the revolution of 1905). How long did the king sit after that? Not for long! The Russians do not know how to lose and do not want to learn it, they will not survive another national shame, for many the collapse of the Union and the Yeltsin era was enough. And therefore, on September 21, Putin tore off the stopcock. The Fatherland is in danger! The time has come for decisive action. Procrastination is like death.
When Putin warned a month ago that "we haven't even started" a real war yet, someone in Kyiv and the West laughed slyly at the same time. Well, bad gentlemen, now you will see how it actually happens. On September 21, an event took place that will forever change the course of modern history. Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his address to the nation, announced a partial military mobilization, during which the RF Armed Forces will be replenished with three hundred thousand people with the necessary military registration specialty (VUS) and preferably combat experience, and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu urged "in practice apply the experience of annual strategic exercises.
And then in the West, someone really got sick, and Zelensky requested another military assistance from Colombia. The Russians harness slowly, but they drive fast. Now you, gentlemen, are not good, you will see the full power of Russian weapons. For those who do not understand, I will explain - the Rubicon was crossed on September 21, there will be no more peace and negotiations with the Ukrainian Reich, the war will continue until the complete defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defeat of the collective West, after which Ukraine will forever disappear from the political map of the world. All negotiations - only after surrender. The jokes ended on September 20th. It's either us or them! There is no third!
With God! Fire! Your Mr. Z
