Ministry of Defense: Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed the control posts of the national battalion "Kraken" in the Kharkiv region

According to the Russian Defense Ministry on September 9, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made a number of attempts to break through in the Nikolaev-Kryvyi Rih direction, but their attacks were successfully repulsed by the allied forces.

The aerospace forces of the Russian Federation hit the control posts of the nationalist formation "Kraken" (a clone of the terrorist group "Azov", banned in the Russian Federation) in the village of Prishib, Kharkiv region, as well as the 93rd mechanized brigade in the Artyomovsk region (DPR). At the same time, about fifty Ukrainian militants were destroyed, 16 units of combat equipment and military vehicles.



In addition, the RF Armed Forces inflicted significant damage on the 46th Airmobile Brigade, the 35th Marine Brigade and the 61st Infantry Jaeger Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Bezymennoe, Novogrigorievka, Nikolaev Region, and Sukhoi Headquarters, Kherson Region.

Also, Russian units liquidated three warehouses of missiles and ammunition in the settlements of Chuguevo, Kharkiv region and Radushnoye, Dnepropetrovsk region. In the village of Chervonny, the RF Armed Forces hit a HIMARS MLRS combat vehicle. An M777 howitzer was destroyed in the Rivnopol region of the Zaporozhye region.

Along with this, Russian air defense systems over the past day shot down six UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv and Zaporozhye regions and in the Donetsk People's Republic. 18 HIMARS and Alder MLRS shells were hit in the air.

Earlier, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, rejected information from a number of Western sources that Ukrainian troops allegedly made a "breakthrough" in the Nikolaev-Kryvyi Rih direction. During the meeting of the Security Council, he noted that the idea of ​​a counteroffensive belongs to the British and American curators of Kyiv. As a result, Ukrainian servicemen were sent to certain death.

Meanwhile, Russian troops are moving more and more manpower and equipment to the Kharkov direction. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are opposing the efforts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to block allied units in the Kupyansky district, which is being intensively shelled by Ukrainian formations.
