Russian troops continue the successful implementation of the special operation in Ukraine. In the near future, the RF Armed Forces will launch a counteroffensive and change the tactics of warfare. This was announced by the former press secretary of the commander of the North Caucasian Military District, reserve colonel Gennady Alekhin.


According to him, the counteroffensive of the Russian troops is especially timely after the unsuccessful attempt of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to break through in the southern direction of the front. At the same time, active operations will be carried out in all areas of the Ukrainian special operation - in the Donbass, as well as in the southern direction and in the Kharkov region. Currently, fighting is going on near Seversk, Yakovlevka, Soledar and in other areas.

Alekhin stressed that Russian units need to recapture about 60 km of territory from the Ukrainian armed forces. The third corps of the RF Armed Forces, which approached the line of contact, is equipped with T-80, T-90 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, AK-12 small arms and other weapons.

Meanwhile, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the active offensive of the allied forces on his telegram channel. So, in several areas of the DPR, offensive operations were launched by the 2nd Corps of the armed forces of the LPR and the Chechen special forces "Akhmat".
