Ukraine is preparing another provocation against Russia at the UN

The Ukrainian authorities, instead of tackling the urgent problems of a country that is growing like a snowball and can bury Ukraine as a state, are engaged in air shaking in relation to those territories that have no relation to Ukraine for a long time.

The Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Vladimir Yelchenko, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, said that Ukraine was preparing to submit to the UN General Assembly a draft resolution on the “militarization of Crimea” that Russia is conducting.

The Ukrainian Permanent Representative claims that the military exercises that Russia conducts on the territory of the peninsula allegedly testify to its aggressive policy in relation to Ukraine and other countries of the Black Sea basin.

The Ukrainian side also believes that Russia is increasing the militarization of the Sea of Azov, which affects maritime trade and undermines stability in the region.

Based on these two statements, contrary to common sense, Ukraine will introduce a draft resolution “demanding that Russia not further militarize the territory of Ukraine and adjacent regions”.

Without waiting for Ukraine to introduce the promised resolution, it is now possible to predict that the efficiency will be equal to absolute zero.

First, Russia acts on its territory as it sees fit.

Secondly, of all the countries of the Black Sea basin, only Ukraine is afraid of this.

Thirdly, if anyone carries out the militarization of the Sea of Azov, then this is Ukraine: it’s enough to recall the recent demonstratively aggressive passage through the Kerch Strait of a group of warships of the Ukrainian Navy as part of the Korets tugboat and the Donbass floating rifle base.

Fourth, Russia still has a veto.
