Khodakovsky: Offensive is possible only by a contract, not a mobilized army

16

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have stepped up, testing the strength of the allied forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the republics of Donbass. The Ukrainian military plans to increase efforts and advance in a number of areas where their potential allows us to count on tactical success. Alexander Khodakovsky, commander of the Vostok battalion of the NM DPR, wrote about this on July 19 on his Telegram channel.

There is no borderline that divides defeats into tangible and harmless ones - any defeat has negative consequences, whether it is a lost city, or a “backbone” in an open field. Any situation where you were punched in the teeth has a negative impact, and there are only two options: to wipe yourself off and shove what happened under the cloth, or get angry and compensate for the loss ... if there is, to whom

- noted the authoritative commander.

The military leader and public figure decided to go through the "front-line mathematics". He drew attention, guided by practice, that from the "combat category" only about 30% of the personnel are capable of assault operations. Khodakovsky stressed that we are not talking about mobilized, but only about regular military, moreover, this applies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and the NM of the DPR / LPR, i.e. everyone. At the same time, 70% of such military personnel are able to stay on the defensive. That is why the Azovstal enterprise in Mariupol was stormed by about 800 fighters, and there were twice as many defenders - 1600.

That is why it is so difficult for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the NM of the DPR/LPR to overcome the resistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, even with a colossal superiority in terms of firepower. Ukrainian troops are more numerous and mostly "sit out" in defense, i.e. they have the ability to use the potential of 70% of the personnel, and the forces of the allies are limited to 30%. According to Khodakovsky, the Allied forces can continue the offensive only with the concentration of troops in a certain area, while "bleeding" the rest, holding the defense on them. But the conduct of active offensive operations implies "increased losses." As a result, the stipulated 30% is "exhausted" and their replenishment is required, which must be taken somewhere.

As for mobilization, it has no practical meaning. He pointed out, given his experience, that all “forcibly mobilized”, and this is true not only for Ukraine and the Donbass republics, but for Russia and any other countries too, if such decisions are made there, are practically useless on the battlefield. Such soldiers and officers are devoid of motivation.

The mobilized can hardly cope with the defense, and even more so it is not necessary to count on them in the offensive. Therefore, as a practical person, I say that it is naive to believe that mobilization will significantly speed up the process of advancement. What to do then? Fight. Recruit on a contract basis, recruit volunteers and form normal units, gradually introducing them to work, get used to the situation for a long time, change methods where necessary, and most importantly - do not hysteria and not shake the situation: he took up the tug ...

- summed up Khodakovsky.

The Red Army of 1945, raising the banner over the reystag and listening about the inability of the mobilized army to advance: "Well, yes, well, yes, let's go for fuck")))

Yes, historical parallels suggest themselves. And the enemy was worse then.
But Khodakovsky is also right in many respects. Russia is still fighting with its "left foot", which is why the results are so modest. The goal is not to be defeated.

Victory is not only about raising the flag over the Reichstag. It is necessary to weaken our enemies economically so that in the next 50-80 years they will be busy clearing up their internal economic problems, or even better, turn to the winners for help in solving them, and only the winner, out of compassion for the population, will determine the amount and conditions of assistance.
Therefore, Putin is in no hurry.
War is a cruel and very cynical event.

you did not carefully read Khodakovsky along the way. Soldiers must be motivated to fight. Of those forcibly driven, only a few are drawn into combat work truly fanatically. The rest of the mass is trying to play the fool. In Soviet times, people had more motivation to fight the Nazis, and more people had this same motivation.
If you want, I'll tell you a story: When I was little, in the village where I lived, an uncle lived, everyone called him Hitler. I didn’t really cross paths with him, but I saw and why he was called that, somehow it happened like that, I didn’t know. And a few years ago, my acquaintance from my native village, a journalist, told me a story about this very Hitler (well, grandfather, of course) This grandfather died, and he died under interesting circumstances: since there are many empty houses in the village, he insured his house against fire and repaired the neighbor's and burned his own. Grandfather was bitten by the insurance company, well, his heart could not stand it, and he died. Well, this girl, a journalist, unearthed in this story some moments in the life of this uncle. In general, in the fall of 41 he was mobilized to the front. He immediately, even when trying to issue subpoenas, began to declare that this was not his war and that he did not want to fight and would not, that he would surrender at the first opportunity. In general, this is what happened and he spent the entire war in captivity and then after his release, on the basis of surrendering voluntarily into captivity, he received five years in the camps, and he sat in a camp 20 km from his native village and left three years later. He was nicknamed Hitler because he surrendered as a prisoner. Therefore, an unmotivated public can throw out such pretzels, even in Soviet Stalinist times ...

Vague suspicions begin to torment me .. Before the Victory, it’s still like cancer before Kyiv, and there are more and more such authoritative commanders in the media space. What is this? An attempt to stake out a place in the politics of the post-war LDNR. Wanguyu This authoritative commander after the war will become just an authority. It would be necessary for the command of the RF Armed Forces to stop such antics. Let the General Staff of the Russian Federation fight and not teach sad Although the first step has been taken, the equalization of the rights of the military personnel of the LDNR and the RF Armed Forces.

Victory is not needed in Kyiv. Victory is needed elsewhere. It's such a cover. Which we are not told about. But you can guess.

"This authoritative commander" earned his authority not by remotely couch commenting on an expert, but by direct participation in hostilities. And who, if not veterans, on the basis of personal experience, express their opinion about their effectiveness.

Bullshit, in my opinion. If the mobilization reserve is prepared properly, and not for show, then it is an equal force. You don’t need to follow an example - the Army of Israel .. You don’t need to copy, but you can improve it ... Secondly, it’s time for rulers to learn to trust their people .... Rhetoric

You forgot to add a very important factor here - mob reserve motivation!

Quite right, the training of a fighter in the US and other NATO armies is orders of magnitude better and, accordingly, the fighters are more prepared to perform tasks. We only have special troops and landing troops satisfactorily trained, others are completely unsuccessful ... Therefore, they have nothing to do on the battlefield ... The commander with combat experience speaks correctly ... No matter how you look, this is a systemic problem of the RF Armed Forces, it all depends on the head, these are the troops...

NATO countries - set as their goal the destruction of the Russian Federation as a state entity, and the taking over of its natural resources. And the Russians have no motivation to fight on the territory of Ukraine for the survival of their country?

Just do not forget that not all residents of Russia consider it their country, or rather, it is their own when they demand something from it, but when the country demands it from them, they send it further. This category of "citizens" has grown over the past 30 years, fortunately not as much as in Ukraine.

Khodakovsky has too much time left for an interview, for the reason that the small, tired, contract army of Russia in Ukraine advances at a pace in a narrow corridor of its capabilities, allowing the enemy to recover, counterattack, commit sabotage in the rear, shell Russian territory and Donetsk and territories liberated from the Ukrainian nationalists, giving the ukrams the opportunity to rearm, to transfer reinforcements. And who will compensate for the losses of our troops, if not continuous mobilization from the DPR and LPR? It is these "contract soldiers" who are successfully fighting, it is they who have long needed help and support. And what's wrong with starting mobilization in Russia today, and sending people to the front a few months later, already prepared, at least to secondary sectors? What is wrong with this, except for five minutes of "shame", for example, Peskov, who will have to publicly admit that Russia is solving a fateful issue in Ukraine, is at war with almost the entire NATO bloc, and has already begun to prepare for a possible invasion of Polish troops in Western Ukraine, a significant addition to its military grouping of battalion-scale capabilities.

This opinion is more than debatable. A mobilized army gains experience over time and becomes a veteran. The Red Army that took Berlin was a mobilized army.

With such unemployment, as in Russia, you can create an army of several million. Naturally, with such an army, there will be no one to work in factories, for the army, because these factories do not exist at all. Where are these purchases of tanks, aircraft and missiles that the West was supposed to sell to Russia if there are no factories. Even if they begin to take prisoners, and also send millions of people from West to East in order to create weapons of the last day, it will also fail due to the fact that there are no those places in the Urals and where to hell. The economies of the new light said we are smarter and we don't need people either. Even if 30 million folds its hooves, there will be more food products that will cost less and there will be more money to sail the seas. People who understand this business will be able to order submarine aircraft carriers. In self-deception mode, nothing will come out in a circle.
