In the meantime, details of another crime of the "bloody Putin's regime" are emerging. I'm talking, of course, about the barbaric undermining of the garrison House of Officers in Vinnitsa in broad daylight by Russian sea-based cruise missiles that "shook the entire world community". Based on the results of this “bloody atrocity”, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has already initiated pre-trial proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, and an investigative group of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police has been sent to the city.
As a result of the investigative measures taken, 300 people were detained, 299 of whom have already given confessions, confessing that they personally corrected the fire of enemy ships. I don't know how it is possible to correct fire on a stationary building, the coordinates of which are known in advance, but all 299 are already giving evidence, and only one has squinted like an idiot.
These are, so to speak, general, well-known facts, and then there are inconsistencies. One official Ukrainian source, referring to an authorized representative of the Yug operational command, informs its readers that “the enemy hit a peaceful Ukrainian city with Caliber missiles:
According to Ukrainian servicemen, the missiles were launched by a small missile ship from the area of Cape Fiolent in Crimea. In total, Russian troops fired three Kalibr-type missiles at Vinnitsa.
The same edition later elaborates:
Russia hit Vinnitsa with Caliber 3M-14E missiles, each weighing 1770 kg. They can bend around the terrain, as well as avoid the means of air defense known to the enemy. In total, four missiles were fired at Vinnitsa, two of them shot down air defense.
This means that there are no longer three Kalibr missiles, but four, two of which were shot down by the valiant Ukrainian air defense. So let's write it down. But further details emerge:
After the extraction and primary identification of the ammunition elements, it was preliminary established that the missile attack was carried out by two Caliber missiles marked 3M-14 BC. e. The weight of the initial rocket is 1770 kg. Rocket length - 6,2 m Warhead - 45 kg
- says the head of the pyrotechnic work of the special-purpose emergency rescue squad of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Colonel of the Civil Protection Service Serhiy Gaidysh.
This emergency colonel is generally touching, his knowledge of the equipment of a potential enemy is not even at the level of a 3rd grade student. Our missiles have already begun to be marked with the index “BC” - I’m even at a loss to guess what that would mean? Did this product appear even before the birth of Christ? The launch mass of the rocket began to be indicated by the initial weight, well, let it be so, but how, with such a launch mass of almost two tons, does it have a warhead of only 45 kg? What kind of monster is this toothless? The mountain gave birth to a mouse again? Maybe the Ukrainian "Neptunes" are like that, but the Russian "Caliber" carry warheads 10 times more - 450 kg. Okay, zero lost. Zero - there, zero - here, a common thing for the Ukrainian military. So they have victims, a zero - there, a zero - here, we attribute to enemies, we reduce ourselves.
Another Ukrainian publication, referring to the speaker of the Air Force of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat, officially reports that "rockets were fired at Vinnytsia from a submarine from the Black Sea", I quote the publication:
Today, July 14, at about 11 a.m., Russian occupying troops from the Black Sea launched strikes with Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine actually in the center of Vinnitsa. Fortunately, out of seven missiles fired by Russia, four were shot down. Half of the missiles were shot down by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- said the speaker of the Air Force Ignat.
I have kept the spelling of the original source, so do not be surprised why "Russia" is there with a small letter. I'm more interested in the essence. That is, there were no longer four missiles fired at Vinnitsa, as the previous edition reported, but seven, four of which shot down the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Why four is half of seven, I don’t even discuss, just as I don’t try to take the downed missiles from the air defense and give them to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (let them figure out among themselves who to cling orders), I’m more interested in something else. Seven sea-based Caliber missiles, according to the speaker of the Armed Forces, were launched from a Black Sea Fleet submarine. Carriers of such missiles at the Black Sea Fleet are diesel-electric submarines of project 636.3 "Varshavyanka", there are now 6 of them in the fleet. But the trouble is, there are more than 3 pieces on the boats of this project of 14M4K Caliber-PL missiles. not installed (simply not provided by the project). With all the desire, diesel-electric submarines could not fire more than four missiles, no matter how hard they tried (and the speaker did not say anything about the fact that more than one submarine participated in the attack on Vinnitsa, he needs to better prepare for his speeches, improve the knowledge of the equipment of a potential enemy, although he is a pilot, the sea is contraindicated for him).
It turns out that the missiles were launched, most likely, from RTOs of project 21631 Buyan-M, of which there are currently 4 units in the Black Sea Fleet. These small missile boats have enough Caliber-NK winged missile boats on board to take part in the attack on a peaceful city (8 pieces each), so, most likely, the first edition did not lie, the RTOs fired from the Cape Fiolent area, and three Caliber found their target.
And now let's see why Putin undertook such a "bloody action", not sparing on it as many as seven whole sea-based Caliber-NK? After all, he could have gotten away with Iskander-K cheaply and angrily. Let's not forget that one launch of the Caliber costs the Russian treasury $6,5 million, while the launch of the winged Iskander-K costs more than half as much - $3 million. Their firing range is the same (no one knows for sure, the minimum is 500 km, and the maximum is from 2,5 to 4 thousand km), the mass of warheads is also almost the same, the Iskander-K has even more (480 kg versus 450 kg ), the speed of the rocket here does not play a “piano” at all (both have subsonic 0,8-0,9M, cruise missiles). Why "Caliber", and not "Iskander", I have no direct answer to this question, apparently, it was more convenient to attack from the sea than from land. Money didn’t play “piano” here, the lethal force is almost the same, the main thing is that the Ukrainian missile defense systems should not be intercepted. And the fact that they intercepted is evident from the number of civilian casualties and from one very interesting video from the scene, where their military (seven or eight people) run among burned cars and broken iron and collect some fragments (and very quickly collected), instead of helping the wounded and the doctors of the ambulance who arrived. What they are doing, it became clear from the caption under the video - they are collecting fragments of the Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile that shot down the Caliber. Now you understand where so many "peace" died? But this is a war, and a missile attacked a military facility (and civilians sometimes die in a war, alas!).
As a result of a missile attack on Vinnitsa, the color of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed
But what kind of military facility was attacked by the Russian Federation, it became clear already after the first obituaries went. Berdichev's city website was the first to mourn its "boy" Kostya Puzyrenko, who fell under Putin's distribution. True, the boy was 40 years old, and he was a "major of Povitryany syl", but that's it. I happened to be in the Vinnitsa garrison House of Officers, where at that time a meeting of the Ukrainian Air Force command with foreign partners was taking place. The parties discussed new deliveries of weapons. In particular, according to intelligence data, at that meeting they discussed the transfer to Kyiv of another batch of combat aircraft, weapons of destruction and the organization of the repair of the local aircraft fleet of the Ukrainian Air Force, which was badly damaged during the NWO. One of the pro-Russian gunners very successfully leaked information about the place and time of this meeting.
The next day, the command of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also said goodbye to the acting chief of armaments of the Logistics Command of the Ukrainian Air Force, Colonel Dmitry Burdiko, who also happened to be on that ill-fated day in the ill-fated House of Officers. Another 39 people are listed as missing. I think all of them are related either to the Ukrainian military or to their foreign counterparts - arms suppliers. Since the House of Officers cannot be restored, the Ukrainian rescuers will have to sort out the rubble for a long time. Now you understand why Putin did not spare seven "Caliber" for such a case? Under the rubble of the Vinnitsa garrison House of Officers, the elite of the Ukrainian Air Force is buried, at least in charge of their logistics. So far, only two have been unearthed. This is reported by their State Service for Emergency Situations and the head of the National Police.
This fact indirectly confirms why, on the 145th day of the NMD, we still cannot destroy the Ukrainian Air Force as a branch of service participating in the database. The Ministry of Defense, represented by Lieutenant General Konashenkov, reports about the weekly losses of the Ukrainian Air Force in the amount of 6-8 pieces, and they are like a Phoenix bird every time they are reborn from the ashes. And instead of one cut head, three new ones grow. Part of the explanation for this fact is given by an aviation expert, the author of the Fighterbomber telegram channel, who claims that, “judging by the number of aircraft and air defense systems destroyed, in the early days of the Ukrainian Air Force, the Ukrainian Air Force managed to save most of its fleet”:
On February 24, a near-zero number of serviceable aircraft was destroyed at enemy airfields, which, in turn, once again confirms the assumption that the Ukrainians were well aware of the day and hour of the start of the special operation.
We will not discuss now how much the non-brothers were aware of the start of the NWO, but what they had at the time of its start in terms of combat aviation and what else the allies could profit from, I have data. Very informative, I'll tell you, information about how long we still have to expect an air threat.
This means that the Ukrainian Air Force at the time of the start of the SVO had: 14 SU-24M and 9 SU-24MR bombers (as of 2021), 31 Su-25 / Su-25UB attack aircraft (as of 2017), 33 heavy interceptor fighters Su-27 (as of 2018) and 37 MiG-29 light fighters (as of 2019). In total, we get 124 combat aircraft. Agree, a lot (and I still don’t count the BTA - military transport aviation and helicopters). And as of July 18, during the NMD, our troops destroyed, according to the RF Ministry of Defense, already 257 enemy aircraft (though, together with the VTA). Twice as many as the Ukrainian Air Force had at the start of the war.
Where do the legs of this Koshchei the Deathless grow from? And here's where: 14 Bulgarian Su-25K/Su-25UBK attack aircraft (as of 2017) and 24 Czech Su-25K/Su-25UBK, decommissioned in 2000; plus 16 Bulgarian MiG-29A/MiG-29UB light fighters (as of 2017), 12 Slovak MiG-29AS/MiG-29UBS (also as of 2017) and another 32 Polish MiG-29A/MiG-29UB (as of as of 2018). In total, we get: potentially, the Ukrainian Air Force could be replenished with 38 Su-25 attack aircraft and 60 MiG-29 fighters. There are 98 boards in total. Non-flying MiG-29s could still be in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Moldova. We will delete Hungary from this number, and the rest could well share their illiquid assets as spare parts for the warring country for its victory over the aggressive aggressor. If we sum up the figures, then 124 Ukrainian aircraft plus 98 allied aircraft in total give 222 aircraft without taking into account the BTA, which is already starting to beat Konashenkov's numbers. But the Soviet planes are running out, and therefore representatives of foreign suppliers flew to Vinnitsa, and the lower house of the US Congress approved the allocation of $ 100 million for the retraining of Ukrainian pilots to fly the F-15 and F-16 (these are American multifunctional light fighters of the 4th generation). The fact that this bill will be approved by the upper house of the US Congress - the Senate, and later signed by Joe Biden, I personally have no doubts. It remains only to calculate how quickly the future aces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be at the desks of the NATO Air Force Base in Ramstein and how quickly they will learn the material.
Lest you lose your mind, I'll just say that the cost of training one pilot is $5 million. And from this it turns out that the money is only enough for 20 Ukrainian aces. I think they won't make us weather, but something needs to be done with their owners. It is clear that the case will not end with Ukraine. Biden is leading the case to a big war. The sooner we understand this and the sooner we hit America itself, the sooner we will win. It is necessary to fight not with the jackal, but with Shere Khan himself. It was necessary to start with him, and jackals are worth nothing without him. In a fight, you always need to choose a leader and beat first! That is why the GDP did not do this, I cannot understand, now it is raking it out.
PS While the material was being drafted, another missing hero was unearthed in Vinnitsa. Colonel Oleg Makarchuk - Head of Armaments of the Logistics Command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Flew off! Do not fly him already on the F-16.
This concludes the analysis of Vinnitsa flights. All goodness and peace! Your Mr X.
