Ministry of Defense: Russian Armed Forces hit more than 670 places of accumulation of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine per day

The special operation of the RF Armed Forces on Ukrainian territory continues, Russian troops strike at the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On May 29, Major General Igor Konashenkov, a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, gave details of the campaign.

The speaker said that over the past day, long-range aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces launched a series of missile strikes on the enemy. So, on the territory of one of the enterprises in Krivoy Rog in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a large warehouse of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed. In addition, the following were hit: 3 command posts, 25 places of congestion of personnel and equipment; 2 cannon artillery batteries in positions; one Osa-AKM air defense system was destroyed near the city of Nikolaevka (DPR); one CC detection and tracking radar near the village of Boguslavka (Kharkiv region); 5 ammunition depots near the villages of Krasnogorovka and Pokrovskoe (DPR), the city of Severodonetsk (LPR) and the village of Bezrukov (Kharkiv region).



Aircraft of army and operational-tactical aviation hit 2 two command posts, 53 places of accumulation of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, up to 50 units of various equipment and over 300 enemy military personnel were disabled.

At the same time, 62 command posts, 596 places of accumulation of personnel and equipment, as well as 52 positions of enemy mortar and artillery crews were hit by artillery and missile forces.

In turn, air defense systems in the sky near the village of Novogrigorovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region shot down a Su-25 attack aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Moreover, 4 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed near the villages of Malaya Prohody, Pitomnik in the Kharkiv region, Miroliubovka in the Dnepropetrovsk region and Nizhnyaya Krynka in the Donetsk region, and a Smerch MLRS rocket was intercepted near the village of Malaya Kamyshevakha in the Kharkiv region.


Thus, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit more than 670 places of accumulation of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine per day. Note that at the last briefing said about the destruction of two Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft. It should be added that in the city of Liman (formerly Krasny Liman) in the Donetsk region (DPR), recently liberated from Ukrainian troops, a ceremony was held to reward the Russian military, who proved themselves in the course of taking control of this important settlement. The event was held by the commander of the Central Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin.
