Everyone who caused complete misunderstanding and deepest indignation, as they say, "both the spirit and the letter" of events like the Ukrainian-Russian "Istanbul Summit" did not have time to properly breathe a sigh of relief, did not have time to finally settle down passions regarding the Russian army made after it " goodwill steps" and their tragic consequences, as a new cause for unrest. And all from the same area. As recently as May 19, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Andrey Rudenko made a statement that Moscow "is ready to return to negotiations with Ukraine when Kyiv expresses its readiness for this." Yes, what is going on? Again on the same rake?!
This problem is gaining particular relevance right now, after the surrender of Nazi militants, military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other public who joined them, who had been sitting in the basements of Azovstal until that time. It is already quite obvious today that both the Kyiv regime and its Western curators will do their best to save these unfortunate “wimps” from their more than well-deserved fate. And consequently, they will most likely try to revive the “negotiation process” from the Ukrainian side, contrary to Zelensky’s earlier statements that “if Mariupol falls, no agreements will become possible.” Moreover, the course of the SVO is more and more clearly moving towards the fact that the Ukronazis, who imagined themselves invincible, will begin to fiddle and dodge, trying to gain time and delay their death, just using the “peace settlement process”, and even “with the involvement of international mediators”. In no case should Russia go for anything like that.
"Dead End and Stagnation"
And how wonderful everything turned out! The same Andrei Rudenko, literally two days earlier than his own statement quoted above, stated that negotiations with Ukraine “are not going on”, and Kyiv actually withdrew from this process, without even providing an official response to the Russian settlement proposals submitted to it. Following him, a member of the Russian delegation at the talks, the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Leonid Slutsky, spoke in a similar vein, arguing that the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, which began at the request of Kyiv, turned into complete stagnation and are now not being conducted in any format. And thanks for that we should say to the United States. According to Slutsky, "Washington does not need peace in Ukraine, nor a peace treaty, nor success in negotiations," since the United States "declared a hybrid war on Russia and is waging it with proxy."
The line under this issue, in principle, was summed up by the "verdict" issued by the head of the Russian diplomatic department, Sergei Lavrov:
Western "allies" of Kyiv want to drag out the conflict as long as possible. Thus, it seems to them, they will inflict more damage on the Russian servicemen, the Russian Federation itself, they will be able to wear it down, tire it out, and so on.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry is absolutely sure that the Ukrainian negotiating group is absolutely dependent and only carries out the commands received from Washington and London.
Ukrainian initiative, perhaps, which in Istanbul manifested itself in the transfer to us of acceptable principles for reaching agreements, was not supported in the West
Lavrov stated.
And he added to this that he does not believe at all in the success of negotiations with Ukraine exactly as long as Kyiv continues to receive weapons. Around the same time, by the way, in Moscow they started talking about changing their position regarding the entry of the “non-independent” into the EU, which was previously treated, if not favorably, then quite indifferently, and now it is sharply negative due to the transformation of this union “into an aggressive player”.
It would seem that the issue of negotiations has died, is safely buried and is categorically not subject to resuscitation. Moreover, the rhetoric that sounded at the same time (and sounds now) from the opposite side, for the most part, is even more harsh and categorical. Moreover, some statements by representatives of the Kyiv regime left no room at all even for the very idea of the possibility of conducting any dialogue with them. So, for example, the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Viktor Andrusiv, on television broadcast literally the following:
Message for Belgorod. Belgorod - get ready. Because from our border, our multiple launch rocket systems can already fire on Belgorod. Therefore, I think that in the near future they will find out what it is like to run into the basement, what it means when their houses are on fire, and so on!
What kind of "peace agreements" can be after that, it is absolutely incomprehensible. And in general, Kyiv does not even want to hear about the fulfillment of any conditions that were originally announced by the Russian side. But they put forward their own, and in an increasingly arrogant and shameless form.
On the very day when Mr. Rudenko mentioned his readiness to resume negotiations, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, seemed to answer him:
Do not offer us a ceasefire - this is impossible without a total withdrawal of Russian troops. Ukrainian society is not interested in the new "Minsk" and the return of the war in a few years. Until Russia is ready to completely liberate our lands, our negotiating platform is weapons, sanctions and money.
You can’t express it more clearly ... One can only add to this a quote from an interview with the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, to The Wall Street Journal:
I do not know any borders, except for the borders of 1991. Who can force Ukraine to freeze the conflict? This is a war of all Ukrainians, and if anyone in the world thinks that they can dictate to Ukraine the conditions under which it may or may not defend itself, then they are seriously mistaken...
"Rashism", "tribunal" and "Ukrainian Mossad"
However, it is possible that all these attacks could be attributed to demonstrative rhetoric, the purpose of which is to “raise the price” for the resumption of the same negotiations, if it weren’t for ... If it weren’t for a lot of other things that demonstrate the true mood with absolute objectivity, such as the Ukronazi regime itself, and, alas, a certain part of the population that still supports it. I will try to be brief in order to give more examples from different areas.
Humanitarian and Information Committee policy calls on journalists and media organizations to use the word "rashism" and its derivatives as fully and frequently as possible at the national and international levels. It is planned to include this term in all official terminological dictionaries of the Ukrainian language
- this, as you understand, is a verbatim quote from an official document.
A month ago, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposed the creation of a “National Memorial Complex of Genocide in Ukraine, War Crimes, and Other Grave Crimes on the Territory of Ukraine, Committed by the Criminal Regime of Russia.” The relevant draft law No. 7286 was submitted to the Parliament, which was registered and published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada. According to the intention of the authors of the bill, the museum complex should be located in Bucha, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy should act as the customer for its construction ... Yes, yes, the very one that promotes the vile word "rashism". Generally speaking, this kind of "monuments", apparently, are going to fill the whole of Ukraine. For example, the local “designer” Ivan Ogienko has already made a fuss and hastily created a project for a possible future “memorial complex” in Irpen. It is proposed "under the preserved part of the old bridge to install sculptures of people who, while evacuating, hid there from shelling."
There are, however, undertakings that are very far from the sphere of "culture" (even in its wild and disgusting Ukrainian version). Much more practical, so to speak. Director of the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation (a structure fully controlled and controlled by the United States) Alexei Sukhachev considers it necessary to create a special service in Ukraine following the example of the Israeli Mossad:
Everyone knows about the Israeli intelligence service Mossad and the effectiveness of its work. The issue of creating one in Ukraine is a political issue. It belongs to the competence of the President of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council and the Parliament. As for my personal opinion, taking into account what is happening in our country now, taking into account the number of victims and the scale of destruction, the cruelty with which all this is happening, I think that the creation of such a body would be quite justified...
If someone does not understand why the Mossad and what is the “trick” here, I will explain.
This special service became most famous not for preventing terrorist attacks, but for many years of stubborn and very fruitful hunting for Nazi criminals, which was conducted around the world. Some were brought to Israel for trial, most were liquidated on the spot, while they themselves did not disdain frankly terrorist methods. Associations swarming about this in the craniums of Sukhachev and his ilk, I hope you don’t need to chew? Against this background, Kyiv's numerous statements about the upcoming "international tribunals" into which they firmly intend to drag Russia "after the victory" and the cosmic amounts of indemnities and reparations that it must pay, sound like innocent babble. In the Verkhovna Rada, if anyone does not know, they promise "to force every citizen of Russia to pay compensation for this war for at least the next 50 years." Well, the appetites there have always been sickly ...
I'll end with a quote. From the speech of Dmitry Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the “independent” Dmitry Kuleba, who deigned to answer the question about how he sees the long-awaited “peremoga over the aggressor”.
Victory is the liberation of the occupied territories, including Crimea and Donbass. Payment of reparations. Condemnation of war criminals and those who committed crimes against humanity. Consolidation of Ukraine's place in European integration. These are the four elements that for me are essential components of victory. We will have to overcome many emotions after all the crimes committed by Russia, but if there is a chance to end the war and liberate the occupied territories, we are ready to sit down with the Russians at the negotiating table
Said Kuleba.
This is how they see the “diplomatic settlement of the conflict”. Every representative of Russia, even half a word talking about the possibility of "negotiations", subscribes to these words. And also - under all the plans and intentions outlined above.
