Russia begins large-scale investments
Before the Russian the economy There are important tasks, one of which is to increase investment. They are necessary for the construction of hundreds of infrastructure facilities that would allow the regions to develop and solve many long-standing problems. However, the main question arises - where to find the funds? All planned 690 facilities require 8 trillion rubles.
One of the ideas that have been expressed in government circles is to request funds from large Russian companies in the amount of 500 billion rubles. But big business met such an offer "with hostility." A compromise is another solution: the funds will not be withdrawn, but the companies themselves will invest in government projects. In return, they will receive certain benefits. We are talking about those projects that will benefit these companies themselves. Perhaps this method will be able to attract more money than if a decision were made to withdraw funds.
In particular, Gazprom plans to increase investments by 210 billion rubles, Rosneft - by 50 billion. Other companies will also invest in infrastructure facilities, including Russian Railways and Aeroflot.
Aeroflot has some very interesting projects related to increasing transport accessibility of the regions. Currently, about 75% of flights are operated through Moscow. It is not only expensive, but also does not allow the development of airports in the regions. The situation must change. It is planned to create 4 hubs in the regions. It is already known that three of them will be in Sochi, Krasnoyarsk and St. Petersburg, and one more in the Urals (it is not yet known whether they will choose Yekaterinburg or Chelyabinsk for this). For this, Aeroflot buys additional aircraft - 100 Superjets and 50 MS-21.
