"Sarmat" and "Zircon" as a response to the US preventive global strike

В previous In the text, I presented the first “toy” of Putin, with which he blackmails Biden, today I will tell you about two more. The second most lethal, it was after her that Biden began to back down and, believe me, you would have done the same in his place, because there is no reception against scrap, and Putin is in the hands of scrap today! You will also understand that all the arguments of our homegrown military observers, who are trying to level this product and belittle its destructive power, are not even worth a damn (Putin himself debunks their words, but I will not get ahead of myself, everything is in order).

Grandpa Joe's Mental Improvement Medicine #2: "Sarmatian"

Since I have already begun to write in the 1st part about the Sarmat ICBM, then it is necessary to explain what kind of animal it is and what is its advantage over the Voyevoda. Ever since the United States unilaterally withdrew from the 2001 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty signed by Brezhnev and Nixon in 1972 and began to quietly move its missile defense bases to the borders of the Russian Federation, an inevitable and clear threat has hung over Russia to lose parity in nuclear confrontation with the United States. If anyone has forgotten, then we owe the 70-year peace on our planet to him - the balance of power between the USSR and the USA in land, sea and air-based strategic nuclear weapons. And if the States retained some advantage in the last two components, then the USSR, and later the Russian Federation, as its successor, more than compensated for it with their superiority in ground-based nuclear deterrence. And it was on them that Bush Jr. encroached, withdrew from the ABM Treaty - on our silo-based intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs). And most importantly, you won’t dig in - the States, surrounding us with their missile defense bases, don’t threaten anyone, it’s just that their anti-missiles, having the ability to shoot down our ICBMs on accelerating trajectories even at the start, neutralize all the advantage of the Russian Federation in ground-based nuclear deterrence, thereby breaking the existing parity on nuclear carriers through the knee and allowing the United States to dictate its terms to the Russian Federation from a position of strength.

And soon, from the banks of the Hudson, we heard poorly concealed threats about a possible preventive global nuclear strike and that the Russian Federation is a de-regional power, a gas station in Europe, which should already shut up and know its place. And we did just that during the unforgettable EBN - we shut up and faithfully licked the Yankees ass, knowing our place. So what? How did it end? Plans to deploy new missile defense systems in Europe (in Romania and Poland) and in Southeast Asia (in Korea and Japan), as well as re-equipping existing NATO bases in Germany and Spain with new high-yield nuclear warheads with the possibility of delivering them to their destination Allied aviation. And no one could interfere with these plans. America dictated its terms by the right of the strong, who defeated his opponent in the Cold War! The Russian Federation could only helplessly blather in the UN Security Council and wring its hands in sorrow. Nobody wanted to listen to her. The deadline has been set for 2020. And he was getting closer. Putin had very little time. Now it becomes clear to you why he did not want to get involved in the events in Ukraine - there were sorely lacking resources for a radical re-equipment of the RF Armed Forces, it was extremely imprudent to disperse them for combat operations in Ukraine, which the United States so dreamed of (they took Crimea, leveled threat from the south and enough!).

How did Putin solve this problem? asymmetrical as always. At the same time, it is cheap (based on old Soviet developments) and very angry. The solution to this problem is called "Sarmat". This is a promising Russian 5th generation silo-based strategic missile system with a heavy multi-stage liquid-propellant intercontinental ballistic missile, which is designed to replace the famous and terrifying Voevoda ICBM. The rocket got upgraded engines from its predecessor and the ability to use its mine launchers (due to their high cost, it was foolish to refuse them, the designers entered the new rocket into their dimensions). For its mass production, the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant was chosen, which made it possible to completely abandon the services of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex - Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and the Yuzhmash plant. Due to a slight reduction in the mass of the product while maintaining the power of boosters and striking elements of the BC, the developers managed to halve the time it took it to exit the mine to a ballistic trajectory, which made it inaccessible to destruction by enemy missile defense systems on booster trajectories. Thus, the problem with US anti-missiles was solved radically. This problem no longer exists.

During the development of the Sarmat ICBM, the concept of "orbital bombardment", implemented in 1962 in the Soviet R-36orb rocket, was revived. This is an effective means of overcoming enemy missile defense, which allows attacking targets on US territory along a variety of trajectories, including through the South Pole, bypassing deployed missile defense systems, and requiring the United States to create a “circular missile defense system”, which is significantly more expensive than the GBI anti-missiles currently deployed in Alaska ( Ground-Based Interceptor) on the standard (shortest) flight path of Russian silo-based ICBMs. In addition, on approaching the target, the Sarmat splits into 10-15 warheads, each of which has its own unpredictable flight path, which makes it possible for them to bypass the air defense systems of a potential enemy.

Speaking about the performance characteristics of the Sarmat ICBM, Putin stressed that with a weight of over 200 tons, it will have a shorter accelerating section compared to the Voyevoda due to a more powerful set of engines that give the ICBM more acceleration. The range of the new heavy missile, the number and power of warheads, according to the president, is greater than that of the famous "Satan". He said in particular:

Sarmat will be equipped with a wide range of high-yield nuclear weapons, including hypersonic ones, and state-of-the-art anti-missile defense systems. High protection characteristics of launchers and high energy capabilities will ensure the use of this complex in any environment. Voevoda has a range of 11 thousand km, the new system has practically no range restrictions.

These are the words of the president. From myself, I can only say that the first test launch of the newest liquid-propellant heavy ICBM Sarmat is scheduled for this year (the test site near Krasnoyarsk has been waiting for it for half a year).

Grandpa Joe's Mental Improvement Medicine #3: Zircon

But the "Sarmat" is only waiting in the troops, and the "Zircons" are already there. This is the same present that made Grandpa Joe sleepless and had an irresistible desire to negotiate with the “killer” Putin. This hypersonic anti-ship missile, in fact, buries all the naval positioning systems of the United States forces on its balance sheet, their national pride and the fear of all coastal weak states - aircraft carrier strike groups in the amount of 11 units. The Zircon, like an awl through butter, pierces through the entire famous American Aegis sea-based missile defense system available on the aircraft carrier escort ships and puts a final fat cross on aircraft carriers as a class of ships. Product developer NPO Mashinostroeniya (one more reason to thank Herbert Efremov and his team).

This missile is designed to replace the P-700 Granit heavy anti-ship missile. The fundamental difference of the missile is its significantly higher flight speed compared to both other Russian anti-ship missiles and anti-ship missiles in service with other states, which is especially important because we can destroy them outside the range of their anti-ship missiles. In principle, not much is known about the rocket from Russian sources. From the performance characteristics, only the estimated length of the missile (8-9,5 m) and the weight of its warhead (300-400 kg) are known. Putin himself, speaking in front of the Federal Assembly in 2019, highlighted its speed (about Mach 9) and range (more than 1000 km). In addition, he drew the attention of our potential adversaries that Zircon can destroy both sea and land targets. As launchers for it, the same UKKS 3S-14 (universal shipborne rifle complex) is used as for the subsonic winged Kalibr and for the supersonic P-800 Onyx anti-ship missiles.

As carriers for it, all available and under construction BNK (large surface ships) of the far sea zone can be used - from the Admiral Nakhimov and Peter the Great TARKR to frigates and corvettes of projects 22350, 11356R, 20385 and 20386. From the submarine "Zircons" will be equipped with all SSBNs of the 3rd and 4th generation of projects 949A "Antey" and 885M "Ash-M", as well as promising SSBNs of the 5th generation "Husky". Also, they can theoretically be equipped with all our RTOs and diesel-electric submarines equipped for Caliber. And let the potential enemy guess what the meeting with these "kids" threatens him with. It is possible that the “baby” will snap at the “Zircon”, and then all the passengers of these enemy vessels will have a non-zero opportunity to make an unplanned excursion to the seabed for a personal acquaintance with the inhabitants of the local underwater fauna. Missiles can be used both from the surface and from the underwater position. Moreover, since 2019, work has been underway to "land" the sea "Zircon".

Separately, I would like to say a few words in defense of the product. Here I have already heard from some especially advanced comrades who consider themselves aces in the naval theme that the Zircon is a conventional anti-ship missile, an evolution of the ones we already have in service, it just flies a little faster and hits a little further. There is nothing special to be proud of, they say, the old Soviet developments. In general, prehistoric garbage of the Soviet era. Well, Putin is not at all a sharpie, trying to deceive the light of the eyes of their grandfather, the naive Biden. Below I will provide data from American sources that track all our movements in this direction. Do you even believe them?

The 3M22 Zircon is a hypersonic cruise missile currently being tested in Russia. A scramjet is a hypersonic version of a ramjet engine in which combustion takes place in a supersonic air stream. These hypersonic missiles can change their flight path both in course and in pitch, so it is difficult for air defense systems to identify and eliminate missiles of this type.

To make it clear, I will explain what is the point here. Our new two-stage hypersonic missile "Zircon" is really an evolution of the single-stage supersonic anti-ship missile "Oniks" already in service. "Onyx" is equipped with a solid propellant rocket engine (RDTT), located in the combustion chamber of a ramjet engine, which brings it to supersonic. Solid propellant rocket engines, the developers of Zircon, really used it for acceleration as the 1st stage, accelerating the rocket to Mach 3. And then the 2nd stage is turned on, for which the designers used a ramjet, which is launched at speeds above Mach 3, which, in fact, brings the rocket to hypersound. The rocket flies on the march section at an altitude of 30-40 km, where air resistance is low, such a flight altitude can significantly increase the range and speed of the rocket. The speed characteristics of the "Zircon" of the order of 10,2 thousand km / h make it inaccessible to the existing enemy missile defense systems. It is almost impossible to defend against such a missile, as well as to detect its launch in a timely manner.

The genius of our designers was that they were able to use the advantages of a ramjet engine, which, unlike a conventional liquid-fuel rocket (which, in addition to the liquid fuel itself, also carries an oxidizer for its combustion), does not need an oxidizer. The ramjet acts as an oxidizer in the air itself, which, under high pressure at a speed of Mach 3, enters the engine combustion chamber, which limits the rocket flight ceiling to a suborbital altitude, where the oxygen content in the air is sufficient to sustain combustion. But the whole trouble is that in the dense layers of the atmosphere the object heats up to unthinkable temperatures (about 2,5 thousand degrees Celsius), ordinary material is not able to withstand such temperatures. The developers had to find an unusual, carbon-carbon composite (while it is classified). Naturally, all these are still Soviet developments used in the Buran space shuttles, which overheated upon return, falling into the dense layers of the atmosphere at speeds over Mach 25.

And although the HPVGs are conceptually simple, their actual implementation has been limited by serious technical problems. Hypersonic flight in the atmosphere causes enormous resistance, the temperature in the engine can be much higher than in the surrounding air. Sustaining combustion in a supersonic flow presents additional challenges because the fuel must be injected, mixed, ignited and burned in milliseconds. Although scramjet technology was developed back in the 1950s, it is only today that our scientists have been able to advance in this direction, when their American counterparts are only picking their noses.

Soviet missiles reached hypersonic speeds back in the 70s of the last century. But this was achieved by the fact that the car was accelerated either by a ballistic missile or by a carrier aircraft. For example, such as the MiG-31, capable of flying at a speed of 3 thousand km / h (and our Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles use this circumstance, in fact, these are the same Iskander-Ms only air-based, the platform for which and the MiG-31K serves, accelerating them to a speed of Mach 2,5, and then the “Dagger” is already flying itself due to the solid propellant rocket engine, bringing this speed to Mach 10-12). In contrast, the Zircon launches and flies independently in hypersound, using a liquid-propellant ramjet as the 2nd stage. After all, such an engine also required a special fuel, for which the developers used bicillin obtained from vacuum gas oil using hydrogenation processes. This is a technological breakthrough, and it should be noted. "Zircon" is qualitatively different from all Putin's hypersonic toys that he has illuminated before (both "Avangard" and "Dagger" use the inertia of an external carrier to reach hypersound, while "Zircon" does it on its own).

And such a missile has been entering mass production since January 2022 to meet the needs of the fleet (work on air and ground-based Zircons is also already underway). During the reporting period since 2012, 9 test launches have been carried out. All are successful. So, on October 4, 2021, Zircons successfully fired from both surface and underwater positions (from a depth of 40 m) SSGN of the 4th generation of project 885M Yasen-M. The launches were made from the missile submarine K-560 Severodvinsk at night from the White Sea against mock sea targets in the Barents Sea. The targets were hit successfully, the ammunition worked properly, according to the specified parameters.

Since the targets can be not only sea, but also ground, and the launches were made covertly from neutral waters, the entire coastal infrastructure of our potential enemy in the declared radius of the missile’s impact felt very uncomfortable as a result. After that, old Biden lost the remnants of sleep, and the insidious villain Putin activated the “Revision of the results of the Cold War” button. Who here still does not understand that only from a position of strength can we dictate our conditions to the enemy (they do not understand otherwise). What Uncle Vova did already in November 2021, having first connected Lavrov’s department for this. And old Biden had to reckon with this fact if he did not want to see Shoigu instead of Lavrov at the negotiations. This is the reason for his haste with meetings and submissive humility in the face of all our "arrogant" demands. And he will also fulfill them, to your deepest surprise, and this whole masquerade with Ukraine serves only to divert the attention of his own plebs, so that he does not kick old Joe hard when he finds that under the guise of this pandemonium with the evacuation of embassies and whipping up hysteria in In the media, he leaked all of Eastern Europe to Putin, along with the very Ukraine, Georgia and the Baltic states to boot.

And to make Grandpa Joe think better, on December 24 of the past year, the villain Putin from the board of the Admiral Gorshkov frigate also fired volleys of Zircons at mock sea targets in the Barents Sea. The tests, as Putin said, "were successful and flawless." All targets are hit. A week earlier, on December 16, the same frigate of the Admiral's series of project 22350 from the White Sea with the Zircon hit a ground target - a coastal target at the Chizha training ground in the Arkhangelsk region, located at a distance of 450 km from the missile launch site. Thus, Vladimir Putin congratulated his American counterpart on the upcoming Catholic Christmas, doing it with special "cynicism". But the new year does not bode well for Grandpa Joe either. But more on that next time. Sensing weakness, Putin will not let go of his victim until he shakes out of him the guarantees of the security of his own country. And this is how any ruler who cares about the well-being and prosperity of his homeland should act.

Who thinks that Putin spends too much money on guns, saving on their oil? Take my word for it, without guns you won’t even have butter, everything will be taken away by the kindest soul Grandpa Joe. The people who do not want to feed their own army will feed someone else's. Who does not believe, look at Europe, she can’t even go to the toilet without the permission of Grandpa Joe. I am already silent about Ukraine - they no longer know where to patch up their lace underpants, which they were given to visit the Vienna Opera. So far we have only reached the Polish toilets, there is no money for the opera.

In the last part, I hope to put an end to this protracted military-diplomatic saga. There you will find out how it all began (some such event served as the starting point for this Russian demarche, unprecedented in its impudence), and also, I hope, you will find out how it all ends. Not saying goodbye.

Perhaps these "aces" were simply trying to draw attention to the real problems with target designation, so that this and other wonderful (without irony) Russian missiles could hit the target moving in space at a considerable speed. Not that there is nothing to be proud of. hi

It is a pity that not declared 1000+ km. That would be more impressive.
And so, yes, well done designers.

I have another question: is it possible to win a war with missiles alone?

If anyone has forgotten, then we owe the 70-year peace on our planet to him - the balance of power between the USSR and the USA in strategic nuclear weapons of land, sea and air base.

The author is not entirely accurate. The balance of power between the USSR and the USA came in the mid-60s. Prior to this, there was no balance at all. So the balance provides the world a little more than half a century.

The environment reminded me of the movie with Charlie Chaplin "On the Shoulder!". The protagonist brought 13 prisoners, and when asked by the officer how he managed to do this, he answered "I surrounded them."

How can one base surround Russia? How can this missile defense system intercept launching ICBMs if its range is 400 km? So far, no one has been able to break nuclear parity, and it is unlikely that anyone will be able to in the near future.

as well as re-equipping existing NATO bases in Germany and Spain with new high-yield nuclear warheads with the possibility of delivering them to their destination by allied aircraft.

The author is not aware, but even before that, even during the Cold War, NATO allies could deliver American nuclear bombs on their aircraft.

During the development of the Sarmat ICBM, the concept of "orbital bombardment", implemented in 1962 in the Soviet R-36orb rocket, was revived.

ICBM "Sarmat" has not yet been put into service, and Baden can't sleep anymore? It looks like the author is in the bedroom of the American president.

this is an effective means of overcoming enemy missile defense, which allows attacking objects on US territory along a variety of trajectories, including through the South Pole, bypassing deployed missile defense systems, and requiring the United States to create a “circular missile defense system”, which is significantly more expensive than the GBI anti-missiles currently deployed in Alaska ( Ground-Based Interceptor) on the standard (shortest) flight path of Russian silo-based ICBMs.

Firstly, with what fright through Alaska is the standard (shortest) flight path of Russian silo-based ICBMs? The author would look at the map.
Secondly, there are 40 launchers, at best they will be able to intercept 20 warheads, and that is unlikely, since there will be many decoys. The Russian R-36M is capable of carrying up to 10 warheads.

Soviet missiles reached hypersonic speeds back in the 70s of the last century.

The author is wrong. Soviet missiles reached hypersonic speed in the late 40s. The Royal R2 has a speed of 2175 m/s.

After that, old Biden lost the remnants of sleep, and the insidious villain Putin activated the “Revision of the results of the Cold War” button.

Dadada ... As in a joke, the West will now re-show the results of the Cold War.

Take my word for it, without guns you won’t even have butter, everything will be taken away by the kindest soul Grandpa Joe. The people who do not want to feed their own army will feed someone else's.

I do not believe in the word!
During the World War, grandfather Roosevelt helped the USSR with the Lend-Lease program, and did not take it away. And about 30 years ago, grandfather Bush sent to the descendants of the winners legs, popularly called "Bush's legs."

For this, "grandfather Bush sent chicken legs to the descendants of the winners," the United States (Western Europeans) took away East Germany and all of Eastern Europe from the USSR.

So - the United States (Western Europeans) took away resources and territories from the Slavs in the most brazen way.

But the goal of the Western European superethnos has always been to destroy the Slavic superethnos.
Therefore, the confrontation has been going on for 5000 years.
Some superethnos in Europe must perish and be destroyed by another.

You just weren't interested in the question. Lend-Lease was basically free. According to the agreement, all materials, machinery, equipment, food, medicines used up, spent or lost during the war were not subject to payment from the word at all. A total of $11,3 billion was delivered. Industrial equipment, transport, vessels and ships left after the war and suitable for peaceful use are subject to either return or payment after the war. Part of the ships and vehicles were returned, for the rest they asked for 1,3 billion dollars (counting 2,6). The USSR offered 200 million. Negotiations were not shaky not roll until the early 70s. In the seventies, they agreed on 722 million dollars (7% of the delivered) and the USSR made the first (and last) payment in the amount of 48 million dollars (0,4% of the delivered), but then the United States introduced the Jackson-Vanik amendments and the USSR refused to pay. These 0,4% is all that the USSR paid for (and not a gram of gold). The remaining $674 million was paid by the Russian Federation. In total, the USSR + RF paid for 722 million dollars (7% of the delivered) out of 11,3 billion. Moreover, this is without taking into account inflation, if it is taken into account, less than 1% of the set was paid.

Lend-lease (from English lend - to lend and lease [liːs] - to rent,

Russia got only 4% of this Lend-Lease, the rest was destroyed by the Germans in the process of transportation.

The Americans billed the USSR an astronomical bill - 2,8 billion dollars, at that time it was a crazy amount. When, at the request of Stalin, all the commissions were counted, they agreed on 720 million dollars.

Russia did not pay for this? By the way, for other countries, the terms of lend-lease were much more attractive.

The author loves comparing politics to maps. They say we will lay out our cards and the Americans will go nuts.
And then they raise their hands.

I would compare politics to chess. When sitting down at the board, hoping that you will put your opponent in a child's checkmate in three moves is most often stupid. Hoping that you can checkmate without exchanging pieces and "eating" the opponent's pawns is most often stupid.
The United States did not give a reason to consider itself a weak player. Therefore, we must tune in to a difficult match, and not for an easy walk. Even with good weapons. Moreover, using these weapons against the United States does not at all mean victory.
We should not be afraid of a war with Ukraine, but a war with the United States. Because even if we defeat the USA, Great Britain, Japan, etc., the remaining forces may not be enough for Turkey or Poland.

The weapon, on the other hand, makes it possible to remove the opponent's pawns / pieces from the chessboard without the risk of getting a quick checkmate for this.

Firstly, the public expulsion of the United States from Syria will show other countries, such as Germany, that the hegemon is no longer the same. And you can already get out from under its influence (occupation, in fact). This will change the balance of power in the world. If the US persists, then they will no longer have the same strong support from the vassals that they had before. Secondly, Washington will understand that it is necessary to accept Moscow's proposal so that everything is limited to Syria.

The ultimate goal is not to allow the Western Europeans to destroy us, both physically and mentally, as their ancestors destroyed the aboriginal population of Z. Europe, when they appeared there from S. Africa about 5000 years ago, as after some time they destroyed the Slavs in the territory that is now East Germany .
Therefore, it is necessary to crush them, they recognize only force.
There will only be one left.
        Or Western Europeans or Slavs.

        We've already been pinned down.
They are already in Ukraine, the cradle of the Russian people.
All Slavic states, except for Serbia and Russia with Belarus, became allies of the Western Europeans, not realizing that only Russia stands as an obstacle to their destruction.
If there is no Russia, there will be no them either. No matter how they lick the heels of the Western Europeans, whom they recognized as their masters.
The fate of the Slavs of East Germany awaits them, where they were destroyed by Western Europeans and this land is called the "Slavic cemetery".

And look at Poland and Croatia. There, the Western Europeans turned the Slavs into enemies of other Slavs, replacing the Polish and Croatian nobility with people of their own blood and mentality. The consciousness of the lower classes by this Western European elite was then reformatted into a hostile one - for the Poles against the Russians, and for the Croats against the Serbs.

Before our eyes, exactly the same reformatting of the consciousness of the already Russian people by blood is taking place in Ukraine. Russians are being made enemies for Russians at an accelerated pace.

After the Second World War, the USSR did not just get East Germany, the Eastern European states, the Balkans as its zone of influence in Europe, and the neutral status of Austria and Finland was determined.

It was precisely along the western borders of these modern Eastern European states that the line of settlement of our ancestors approximately passed before the arrival of the ancestors of the present Western European superethnos in Western Europe.

        What do we have now?
Western Europeans violated these borders and seized, subjugated virtually the entire Slavic Eastern Europe, the Balkans and have already come to us, to our home. They came to Russia.

        We have nowhere to retreat.
They are already in Ukraine, they are already on our, Russian soil, they are already banditting directly in OUR house.

Well, what can I say? I read this militaristic epic with interest)). I sympathize with the author's patriotic pathos. It is succinctly stated, with the involvement of facts and performance characteristics (TTX) of weapons. But all this is somehow a stretch ... It will take up combat duty in 2024 ..., it will be put into service in ... the eleventh year. What now? Yes, "you like it, as you like it, but it will not be enough"! How to really start fighting? And is it necessary? If we sum up the multiple opinions of experts from both sides of the alleged conflict, then the victory of Russian weapons over superior enemy forces - well, it never seems obvious. All these super-duper hypersounds may be able to deprive NATO generals of sleep in the future, but, at the moment, their number and power are clearly not sufficient for this. Of course, the General Staff will not tell us what they have in their “stash”, but what we know from the press cannot give rise to confidence in invulnerability from the inevitable response. Like: we gave them - they did not catch up with us! Here Putin is clearly not like a madman who exposes his people to such a distribution. Obviously there is only one! If you measure on the map from the Ukrainian city of Shostka to Moscow, you get 510 km. With a rocket flight speed of MAX 7 (this is 8391 km / h), the flight time will take less than four minutes! Yes, it's still not a reality, but THIS is the main problem! The upcoming NATO hypersound. Not Syria, not Venezuela! I know that many here are aware of this situation, and Lavrov spoke about it, but the center of the discussion has simply shifted somewhere to the side. This problem needs to be addressed urgently! What is the use of general reasoning: where will they strike back? who will strike? what happens to who then?
Is this what weapons are for? American historians write that in the Wild West, where everyone had "trunks", 600 people were killed in a few decades. And in a civilized and "unarmed" Chicago - 900 people in just six months. The presence of weapons should deter, not provoke, their use. It is clear that this is ideal, and not in reality, but the scale is different. Nuclear warheads, megatons, kilotons... Doomsday weapons are ill-suited to regional conflicts. Topcor occasionally publishes articles with alarmist content. Well, the same Marzhetsky, let's say. And rightly so. The truth is somewhere in the middle. Where there are pros, there must be cons. For balance. So that from the patriotic frenzy in the goiter the breath does not steal ... But it's all true - the lyrics! But how will events develop?
It seems to me that opposition should not be obvious, but secretive. Kind of like guerrilla warfare. With intimidation (precisely INTERMINATION!) of the use of certain actions against computer networks, financial and military structures, gas and electricity supply systems. And there will always be partisans (as Comrade Saakov said: Not from our area!) There are a lot of extremists in the current crazy world. The same Iranians - after all, they intimidated the Americans with threats of sabotage on tankers. And the fact that it will be (Hailly Likely) Russia is not sewn to the point. And "personal" measures of influence? It is possible that there is some kind of "gentleman's" agreement not to touch the politicians on both sides, but, from my point of view, a war of nerves is better than a war of missiles! They are afraid of "Novichok" - so why make excuses? They won't believe! And they did an advertisement for him! Further, almost according to the classics: Ah, it's not difficult to scare me! .. I myself am glad to be "scared"! And the notorious "Havana Syndrome"? There are plenty of horror stories in the world. To a crooked tree - a crooked ax! Our "partners" staged 1000 assassination attempts on Castro, tortured Milosevic, shot hypothetical terrorists without trial or investigation using UAVs, and blew up Iranian military missiles. Against such gentlemen - all measures are good. Personal terror - it sounds ominous and unsympathetic, but on the other hand ... What are they? Challenge to a duel?
Of course, for serious statesmen, all this is childish. But there is something in this ... And in Russia, by the way, there are quite determined guys who are just waiting for an order. I won't name them, but everyone already knows them very well! Here is Vovik Zelensky - he had a conflict with Kadyrov, and now he is silent in a rag. Fears! Or, for example, the Israeli Mossad, which does not forgive the enemies of Israel, but methodically eliminates them. So what? Were they convicted of these special operations? Kicked out of the UN? Of course, in newspapers and the Internet they will not describe the successes of the masters of the cloak and dagger, but they certainly are.
But I persistently return to my main thesis. Russia is not yet in a position to slam his fist menacingly on the table - and everyone would be frightened. Countermeasures should not be rude and obvious - running into retaliatory trouble. For sanctions. They should lie in the field of military-technical means, but definitely not an obvious fight. I repeat, but only electronic warfare, cyber warfare, covert operations - everything is waiting in the wings and application. This reserve, alas, is not used. I don’t want, in connection with such ideas, to look bloodthirsty, but an overseas elephant intoxicated with its greatness (and it has problems with the psyche) can trample everyone around. And enemies and friends, by the way! And as they often write now - this is an existential problem! I apologize for the pathos.
Everyone expects an asymmetric response from Putin. And what? Could it be that he will answer - and we will find out about this only some time later? In the meantime, will we scribble angry philippics, moan that everything is gone and Russia has gone crazy? Can you just hold off and wait?

... So far we have only reached the Polish toilets, there is no money for the opera

the article simply captures with its patriotism and naivety. Everything is rightly said about the Sarmatians, about the zircons. And we do not need AWACS aircraft. But all medals have two sides, and the author still admires the medal without turning it over to the other side. Dear author, how will you aim our mighty zircons at sea targets ?. Along the shore - everything is clear here, he does not know how to run. And ships at a threatened moment go at maximum speed at a speed of 50-60 km / h (26-30) knots. And calculate how long the order will run to another place if the zircons attack it from a distance of 900 km. You can't get any closer, carriers of zircons will be destroyed by AUG aircraft. Who will detect targets? Who will direct missiles at the AUG? At such speeds, it is very difficult to maneuver and change the flight path only in small amounts. we don’t need AWACS aircraft "Well, well. Brilliant! That is, it is clear that you, as a military expert, are not at all, but you have the courage to talk on this topic with aplomb, puffing out your cheeks. The second question. Do you know how many famous people we have calibers? There are no zircons yet, and tests were carried out at a distance of no more than 450 km from open sources. With such a range, we will not scare the AUG zircons. We can use a dagger, but we can count them on the fingers. And answer, how many cruise missiles does the NATO bloc have, ready for If you don't know, ask, there are not 10, not 20 thousand, but much more.
There is no Sarmat yet, and when he completely replaces the Voevoda, it will still be a very long time to wait. All of the reasons you listed for Grandpa Biden losing sleep are simply irrelevant. If you want to continue a topic that might scare grandpa, talk about Poseidon. This is a truly terrible weapon, from which there is no defense. True, it is not there yet either, and grandfather will have time to calmly die of old age until it is put into operation with us.
Do not hide the article far away, it can be useful in schools for grades 9-11. There you can pour noodles on your ears calmly, no one will shake it off. And here try to think and not write your nonsense. We are not at a party meeting, and you are not a political officer.

So what's wrong? 78 trips, about 20 ships, this is about 1400 trips. 85 lost, that is, about 6% of the cargo lost out of about 22% delivered under Lend-Lease through the Arctic, that is, somewhere around 1,3% of Lend-Lease deliveries in all directions.

              Land Lease was free?

Once again, under the terms of the agreement, weapons, ammunition, food, medicines, clothing, etc. were not subject to payment (that is, they were free, for nothing). used up or lost during the war. That is, for example, there was no need to pay for American aviation gasoline, which amounted to 1/3 of all aviation fuel consumed during the Second World War of the Red Army Air Force, it was supplied free of charge.
Equipment (for example, the United States supplied 4 sets of oil refineries), machine tools, merchant ships, etc. The USSR had to return (without paying a cent for rent) or keep it and pay after the war. In the USSR, he retained many positions from this category, for example, American-built Liberty-type ships received under Lend-Lease, Sevastopol (nee De Witt Clinton) and Sovetskaya Gavan (nee Samuel A. Worcester) participated in the delivery of troops and weapons to Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
The answer to your question about the free lend-lease is this: 93% of the supplies were free, 7% agreed to pay. But the USSR did not pay for these 7%, it was already paid by the Russian Federation. Since there was no recalculation for inflation, they actually paid less than 1% of the amount delivered. In fact, lend-lease for the USSR was free.

              Your statement:

first of all, not for everything
secondly, not a gram of gold was not involved in the calculations

Well, let's start with the fact that it was Putin who started this canoe in December last year, with his ultimatums.
He also began to drive troops to the border with Ukraine since the autumn of last year.
He also started pedaling on his favorite gas theme. And in the autumn.

Those. forcing the situation began with the Russian Federation.
And already when, at the beginning of this year, the Russian Federation drove a considerable armada to the border with Ukraine, as well as to Belarus, the West began to suspect something was amiss.

        Note that only recently

Joseph Biden said the day before that, if necessary, the United States would send additional military contingents of 1 to 5 soldiers to Eastern Europe and the Baltic countries, with the possibility of increasing this number to 50.

But the Russian Federation is engaged in escalating the situation with autumn last year.

But here the point is different.
The Russian Federation simply cannot live in isolation from the rest of the world, allied only with China.
Hand on heart, agree, but it's true.
But why there are so many "enemies" around the Russian Federation - you need to ask the wise president of this country, who (perhaps without noticing it himself) expresses so much arrogance towards other countries that one wants to stay away from such a "partner".

Sorry, but this is exactly what it looks like.

And from the side, as you know, more visible.

Good article, easy to read. Apparently the author wrote it "on the rise." But there are inaccuracies and errors. Somehow:

deployment ... in Germany and Spain with new nuclear charges increased power with the possibility of delivering them to their destination also by Allied aviation.

Vladimir, with all due respect, in Europe they place nuclear warheads V61-12 with power adjustable from 0,3 -1,5 - 10,0 - 50,0 kT. They did not increase their power. Increased accuracy due to satellite guidance, KVO up to 10m. All hope is for the F-35 to break through to the object and launch from D to 120 km.

Due to a small weight reduction products with the saved power of accelerating blocks and striking elements of the BC, the developers managed to halve the time it takes to exit the mine to a ballistic trajectory, which made it inaccessible for destruction by enemy missile defense systems on accelerating trajectories.

In general, an incorrect expression: the product in a mortar, with the help of a PAD is thrown out of the silo ... OUT in time is the same as it was with the R-36M, because dviglos - liquid ... Specifically:
    1. The R-28 has upgraded engines from the R-36M (RD-264 steel RS-99) with the same thrust. The ICBM also throws out the PAD at 20-30m, then the LRE ... therefore, the R-28 does not have any "accelerated" OUT. This is not a solid-propellant rocket engine at the Pin, which is fooling like crazy! Here everything is "decorative and dignified", according to the WEIGHT characteristics of the product (208,3 tons of wet weight)
    2. And the impossibility of its destruction at the OUT is provided by the AZIMUT of the launch - through the Pamir-Gobi-Himalayas - the southern direction; or through the joint venture - along the shortest path to the States, where the Ams do not have missile defense systems.
    3. And the Yankees are going to determine their "enemy missile defense systems" into space ... And they are working hard on it.

the problem with US anti-missiles was solved radically. This problem no longer exists.

Doesn't exist yet. But the Amy is already sculpting the missile defense space frontier.

So, on October 4, 2021, the Zircons successfully fired from both the surface and underwater position (from a depth of 40 m) SSGN of the 4th generation project 885M "Ash-M". The launches were made from the missile submarine K-560 "Severodvinsk"

K-560 "Severodvinsk" does not belong to the "M" project 885. We have "Kazan" - emka, but it has not fired 3M22 yet ... But, we hope that everything is ahead!

I would very much like the Russian Federation to prevent the Maidan in Ukraine in due time, as it was done in Belarus. Then there wouldn't be all these problems.
Or did everything right in 2014.

And so it turns out this situation:

The Russian Federation seems to be not against ordinary Ukrainians, but against the "junta".
But with this same junta can do nothing. For almost 8 years now.
At the same time, a piece of Ukraine snatched, while there was a moment. But it seems like she didn’t snatch, but she defended her own (LDNR).
And now these people seem to be their own, but it seems to be the devil-he-knows-whose.

Such is the tactics of the Russian Federation to protect its own is clearly depicted in the following anecdote:

The father of Ilya Muromets comes to his son all beaten.

    - Let's go dad to the showdown.

    - Your father. (punches him in the jaw)
    - Don't you understand who I am?
    - I know, I know, you are the defender of all Russia from all evil spirits.
    - And who is this?
    - It's your father, old shit. (again in his jaw)
    - Do you... Do you know who I am?
    - Yes, yes, you are the strongest Russian man.
    - And who is this?
    - This is your father, the son of a gray mare. (kicks his father in the jaw).
Dad gets up, dusts himself off.

And without China in Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Putin will not be able to place "place rockets" or otherwise poke the nose of the amers. From now on, analyze all the words of the text; for example, "in the near future" is omitted.

I paid attention to the words about time. Yes, but there is nothing to analyze. You didn't write anything about the rest of the time. And I, although a predictor, but do not read minds.

Unfortunately, not much. You write just about the near future. Literally until now, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine are afraid to attack the Donbass.
A little later (if nothing is done) they will go to kill Russians in the Donbass.
In the future, they will move to the Crimea and the Don. It is pointless to rely on their prudence.
And if they also receive NATO support (and they will receive it), then they will have to fight with the armed forces of several NATO countries.

Good intentions lead to hell (c).

CNN: US plans to accelerate development of hypersonic weapons

They are in a hurry. And if they are in a hurry, it means they are very worried that others have it and they don’t. We need to present something urgently to us, but they don’t have this, which I would like to present, hence throwing and tantrums. Well, we will wait for our answer, but I think it will be such that 90% of people do not even suspect)))

Author, you made such a formidable warrior out of grandfather Joe, well, at least put your hands up and "surrender Rus" ... Of course, I agree that RUSSIA should have high-class strong weapons, there is no way without it. But I also see that RUSSIA is being surrendered without a war and is being surrendered by the same Putin bureaucrats, such as Lavrov, Peskov, Tolstoy, Zakharova, and similar associates in the UN and other countries where our embassies are located. These Putin's polite "too polite" diplomats in defense of RUSSIA cannot even blurt out a word, they are afraid to offend stinky fart Joe. Isn't it time for Putin to tell his cowardly sixes that they could respond like peasants to same-sex gays from the EU and the USA? And then I don’t even turn on the TV, I don’t want to watch and anger myself once again, at the next statement of some moron like a disheveled Johnson or a prostitute ... and Psaki ... Putin, slow down. With your cheap politics, you have already brought so much harm to RUSSIA that you will soon be put on the same line as Gorbachev and Yeltsin.
