According to a survey by the “Public Opinion Fund” conducted on August 4-5 in 207 settlements in 73 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, Putin's rating fell to the lowest level since 2013. Now it is only 45%, against almost 77% of his election results in March. A minus 32% in 4 months is an anti-record that even Trump could envy. Moreover, Putin received a record minus 30% in just a week after announcing an increase in his retirement age. 90% of Russians, according to polls, do not support such a decision.


Confidence in Putin also declined. So, to the question: “Do you trust or do not trust V. Putin?”, Only 24% of the respondents chose the answer “definitely trust” in August, while in March this year there were 43%. At the same time, the option “definitely do not trust” was chosen by 17% of respondents, while from 2015 to May 2018 this indicator did not rise above 10%.



It is impossible to say that such a situation does not concern the Kremlin at all. Anti-record 45% support, despite the fact that Putin's rating from the end of 2016 to June 2018, in general, did not fall below 60%, makes you think. Especially against the background of the successful Mundial and other blessed nonsense in the country. It is understood that the trigger was the unpopular Pension Reform, rising prices and higher VAT. In addition, a very significant part of Russians do not like the undefined status of Donbass, and the suspended situation in Syria. But even with these factors, minus 32% is too much!

How this happened, and what mechanisms were involved for this, I will discuss in this article. I must say right away that Putin made such an unpopular pension reform deliberately. It was no longer possible to drag on with her, so as not to pass this time bomb to his possible successor. Therefore, Putin deliberately sacrificed his rating right now, (it’s understandable why he didn’t do this before the election), so that on his authority, even if he halves the rating, he could solve this problem that could be buried by any next government of the Russian Federation. Although, according to Putin, one could still stretch 5-8 years, (and any temporary worker would do so), but then a possible successor to the GDP could not solve this problem without risk to maintain the stability of the state. Therefore, Putin did what he did, and here I fully support him.

What I can not say about the VAT increase and the placement of proceeds from the sale of Amerian treasure funds on deposits in American banks. If, who does not know, the Russian Federation for 2,5 months (from March to May) reduced its investment in American securities from 96,1 billion dollars. up to 14,9 billion dollars and this is wonderful, but why was it necessary to invest them again in American banks? How will we get them out of there in case of the announcement of the next sanctions to us ?! About the increase in taxes for business, in general, I am silent - why kill a dairy cow, which gives, at least thin, but milk? Easier to increase profitability economics and budget revenues due to the devaluation of the national currency, thus encouraging exporters (increasing the competitiveness of their products by lowering their cost, thereby increasing its profitability), and stimulating import substitution. And you should not be afraid of devaluation, the main thing is to contain inflation. Because devaluation is a tax on the rich, and inflation is a tax on the poor. What percentage of the rich and poor we have, I hope you know. That is why Putin is fighting not with devaluation, but with inflation, and has almost overcome it - inflation in Russia is now the lowest in its entire recent history since 1991! But I have no answer to these questions, so I will leave them outside the scope of this article.

But what happened to Putin's rating, and most importantly, how it was done and by whom, I would discuss. An indicative point that I would like to draw your attention to here is the market reaction to information on the sanctions planned by the United States. How so - there are no sanctions yet, there is only information about them, and the ruble has already “caught” its 2-year minimum? About the rating of Putin, which fell to the bottom of a well 5 years ago, I already said above. There is a clear panic that someone artificially warms up by playing for an increase (on the slang of exchange speculators, this is called “work out a bull diver”, “bulls” play for an increase, “bears” for a decrease). But who is this someone? Where does this campaign come from? And the fact that this campaign is to heat up mass discontent policies GDP is clearly artificial and externally staged, I have no doubt.

But in order for you to clarify this, we will have to return a couple of years ago - to the elections in America. You all know very well that in the United States at the moment there is a bipartisan political system. And although there are really more parties there, the main struggle for the vote of voters in America has been going on between the Republicans and the Democrats for more than two hundred years. However, in the last political cycle, the previously unshakable balance of power came into motion. Now the struggle has unfolded not between parties, but between currents within the parties themselves - globalists against isolationists. All liberals (the Democrats led by Madame Clinton) and some of the Republican conservatives (the so-called "neocons" - the neoconservative imperialists), who, together with the Democrats, advocated a unipolar world led by the United States, joined the ranks of globalists. The other part of the conservative Republican Party (the so-called “paleocons” - the paleoconservatives) went into the ranks of isolationists professing the principles of economic protectionism, creating a self-sufficient fortress-America, ready to give up unipolar leadership for some time and become one of the centers of the multipolar world . Therefore, it is quite obvious why the Kremlin put it on them, and not on the Democrats. Thus, the Republican Party split into two wings, the left - the "neocons" (globalists) and the right - the "paleocons" (isolationists), which were joined recently and appeared in 2009, and gained the frenzied popularity of the "Tea Party" ("Tea Party movement "). Among modern Republican isolationists, one can name the former candidate for the 41st President of America, Ron Paul and his son Rand Paul, Patrick Buchanan, Jesse Halms, Kurt Weldon, Paul Wyrich, etc. (Now remember, who recently came to Moscow with a letter from Trump to Putin? That's right, that same Rand Paul, a Republican senator. Trump does not send anyone to Moscow to Putin!). As a result, the primaries became the only Republican candidate Donald Trump, and the neocons who lost the primaries had to rely on his Democrat opponent Madame Clinton, who professed the principles of world domination, forced unification of the world and global colonization in the interests of hegemon. Who is our hegemon - you know. Is it any wonder that the Kremlin did not put on her, but on Donald, our beloved Trump ?! This is surprising only for the progressive paranoid schizophrenic Hillary K. (I don’t write the name, you all know it!). Who won the 2016 election as a result, you also know. Moreover, he won against all expectations!

You will laugh, but Trump’s victory in the election, although it is attributed to us, has his very real fathers. And they are not Russian at all and are not sitting on the salary of the Kremlin. English, hiding under the guise of Cambridge Analytics (google who is hiding behind this name - you’ll really be stunned! There are half of Russian Jews, but ... with English passports) . And, having spent only 15 million on this, he put all his opponents on the ass! The program, which is Cambridge Analytics’s own development and know-how, adsorbed “big dates” (large amounts of information) from social networks (in particular from Facebook) through paid testing, precisely classifying the audience by place of residence, political preferences, gender, age, skin color, nationality, even in the movie that the user watches and animal feed, which he prefers for his pets, and through neuro-linguistic programming, influenced their decision-making during the electoral ampanii in the interests of his client. Used for this and teaser advertising, and contextual, and targeting, and retargeting, up to an e-mail mailing for selected databases, in short, specialists in digital marketing (digital marketing) worked! And everything is within the law! Facebook was only blamed for unloading the personal data of its users, but there were no complaints against the “analysts” themselves - they acted in the interests of their Customers.

All of these are USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribunes, Los Angeles Times, CNN, NBC (I name only the most influential and powerful of them) belong to the liberals (democrats and neocons) and naturally voiced their point of view, only Fox News spoke for the conservatives (but what could he alone?). Therefore, in this unequal war, Trump had no choice but to go on Twitter and from there already shy away from them. And then Cambridge Analytics, who had previously worked for his rival in the presidential race, Ted Cruise, who lost to Trump the republican primaries, came to the rescue. And how much after this, Trump's opponents no longer poured dirt on him, mixing him with shit, their fate was a foregone conclusion - in the battle of technology the more perfect wins. The rating is garbage, someone Petro Poroshenko lives with a garbage rating of 5% of disappearing percentages, asymptotically tending to zero, he can only dream of Putin's 45, and nothing - he’s even going for a new term. I don’t understand another thing. For example, it’s difficult to influence the behavior of all these paid trolls that have flooded the Internet, all of these “ideological network hamsters,” for money and without dirt on the “Putin criminal regime”. Here it is necessary either to completely block the Internet, which is impossible by definition, or to establish a massive counter-propaganda, to which, apparently, the Kremlin’s hands are not yet reaching. (Although America’s experience could have taught! Madame also underestimated the role of the Internet in shaping voters ’preferences). But why do they themselves give them a bigger mouthpiece, I can’t understand ?! This is beyond my comprehension! Moreover, they themselves also pay for it from the budget of the Russian Federation. Indeed, all these “lights of democracy”, such as Echo of Moscow, RBC, Rain, Medusa and other similar heralds of freedom, are financed from the state budget of the Russian Federation. And they’ll have a sales funnel (coverage radius) more! We did not live to see the elections! The Russian Federation, it seems, is rapturously walking along the alien, already fallen, rake. In my opinion, in vain!
