The European Commissioner's statements came after France's attempts to postpone the meeting of the EU-US Council on Trade and technologyto be held this month in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Paris' actions are quite understandable - the Elysee Palace is outraged by the disruption of the deal to sell 12 submarines to Australia.
