He warned all members of election commissions, international observers and candidates in Donbass (in the LPR and DPR) that all of them, regardless of their status, would be subject to Kiev's sanctions. In addition, the functionary allowed the "aggravation of aggression from Moscow" in the Ukrainian southeast. He spoke about this on the air of the program "Freedom of speech Savik Shuster" on the TV channel "Ukraine" on September 17.

The journalist inquired about Danilov's opinion on the Russian-Belarusian SSA "West-2021", which were allegedly held too close to the borders of Ukraine.
