Russian electronic system of country management is just around the corner

17

In the modern world, the outcome of a military campaign is decided not by the number of missiles and other weapons, but by competent planning. Eloquent proof of this is our successful operation in Syria and the failure of the Americans in Afghanistan.

A colossal contribution to the coordinated and effective actions of the Russian troops is made by a computing center, which operates on the basis of one of the most powerful supercomputers in the world. The Ministry of Defense machine does not participate in open civilian ratings, but according to some data, it ranks fifth in the world in terms of its computing abilities.

As of 2016, the capacity of our supercomputer was 16 petaflops, and the volume of stored information was 236 petabytes. At the same time, Sergei Shoigu even then stated that the productivity of the machine in the future could be increased by one and a half times. However, even without the aforementioned "upgrade", our supercomputer even then surpassed most of its foreign counterparts, including the Pentagon's computing center.

The main task of military supercomputers is the continuous processing of gigantic amounts of information and the planning of operations based on it. However, for missions to be successful, the data received for processing must be of high quality. In this regard, the Russian automated command and control system has succeeded, supplying the computing center with information collected at the strategic, operational-tactical and tactical levels simultaneously.

It is worth noting that a supercomputer-based computing center is by no means a huge box of boards or a room with servers. This is a geo-distributed network, designed in such a way that even the physical loss of a part of it will not affect the performance of the entire system.

By and large, we have already created an autonomous electronic system of planned control in our country, although for now its functionality is limited to military tasks. However, if you remember that everything is the most advanced and technological traditionally comes into our lives from the military sphere, then the "civilian" version of the above-mentioned system is not far off.

What do you mean? belay It's a pity Botvinnik didn't live. I sleep straight and see how the entire staff of the Federation Council, the State Duma and with them two and a half million officials have come to the labor exchange in united rows and columns ...

The other day I watched the news, some governor was at a reception at the "most". He brought with him visual material, there were about six folders in A2 format. Everything with big pictures, huge graphs and the same letters. It was impossible to unfold on the table.
In light of the advancing "supercomputers" in power, at the governor's level, theoretically, there should have been a screen, a laptop and a joystick. The resource allows.

The first place in the world is occupied by the Japanese supercomputer Fugaku on single-chip Fujitsu A64FX systems (the result of the High Performance Linpack (HPL) test is 442 petaflops). At the same time, there are no fewer officials in Japan than in Russia.

while Japan is in 27th place in terms of GDP per capita with an indicator of 42248 dollars, and Russia - at 48th with an indicator of 27930 dollars.
Why should we take the worst options for governing the country, if degradation is evident (corruption, embezzlement, arrogance, hypocrisy) ... Which of these millions of Russian officials works directly with citizens? Some do not see them for years, communicating (holding meetings) only with their subordinates.

... an autonomous electronic system of planned control has been created, although so far its functionality is limited to military tasks.

Can it be easier to transfer the country to a military track and connect it to an already existing system? Money can be saved, immeasurably.

The guy is great. And the Super computer is great.
We are waiting for help, according to Rogozin, saying that it’s not good without the executions of corrupt officials in the military-industrial complex ...

And 0.58 is an interesting piece of how it works ...

The Central Bank will introduce digital rubles early next year. Everything will become transparent. It will be possible to steal only with the highest permission.
By the way, and the salaries of our officials - this is theft with the highest permissiveness.

This is not so important, it will be more interesting when the paper is finally withdrawn from circulation.
But there will still be dollars, hryvnias, yuan, the Chechen nakhar may start up, in general, subsistence farming is still far, far away.

the fact that the Pentagon's "supercomputer" is supposedly weaker does not mean that their capabilities for collecting information, analyzing and controlling are not an order of magnitude higher. This is their main feature and here one computer is not enough. It needs to be fed with data, and this is data from satellites, data from air and electronic reconnaissance and data from units. I'm afraid that we have a thin trickle from satellites of several megabytes in JPEG format, perhaps good data from radars, which electronic reconnaissance gives difficult to imagine, but you can only get a pipe call from the troops or, at best, something specific, but a couple of hours later ... The receiver was built but there is nothing to receive. It is necessary to develop an automated transfer of detected targets (and this is the main task of this entire system), where each enemy tank will instantly become a point on the general map. And this is where the main danger lies, because if you penetrate into this network, you can do a lot ...

Soon they will begin to digitize people and track everyone in real time.
For this, it will be necessary to “chip” each person from birth.
A scale for assessing behavior, ability to work, reliability, etc. will appear.
This will require state “selection” of people with the help of genetic engineering, and parents will have the opportunity to order future robots according to their wishes - appearance, physical characteristics, mental abilities, and so on.
Natural selection will replace the computer and those who own it.

If you have a smartphone, bank, credit and medical card, then you are almost digitized. And having a social security number and a "personal account" are already transparent.

The thoughtlessness under which a corrupt or subversive plot is now disguised will remain a convenient cover under the most sophisticated management system.
Decisions are made, as before, by a specific person. What can we say about the elementary unprofessionalism of the authorities

If a geo-distributed Russian super-uppin computer is running Windows, then you can be sure it runs ON PENTAGON! laughing
It is not difficult to be convinced of this, at least once by going to the "closed" Russian military Internet, full of viruses. laughing

The so-called Russian electronic country management system is a distributed neural network that analyzes events and comments on the network, identifying "socially explosive" regions. This system is part of the REPRESSIVE APPARATUS and serves to suppress the dissatisfied. The system pays special attention to conflicts on interethnic grounds.
