Ukrainian politician: Zelensky is getting an epiphany regarding the European Union
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has repeatedly reproached the European Union for dragging out the "issue of membership." After the deal between Washington and Berlin on the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline, he "saw the light" even more. Now the "father of the nation" began to open their eyes not only to the prospects of joining the EU, but also to what is happening in the economy your country.
Zelenskiy thought about revising the association agreement and relations with the EU if the Europeans refuse to increase quotas on imports of some goods from Ukraine. This was announced on the air of the Ukrainian TV channel "NASH" by the owner of this media platform, Yevgeny Muraev.
Because we have essentially exposed our own market, killed our exporters and domestic producers. In exchange for what we are told: "someday, through the difficult path of reforms, you may become Europeans." No dates are given. Zelensky began to see clearly. He already says bluntly: "tell me when?" And there is no answer

Muraev added that the EU is not capable of "feeding" Ukraine. If Ukraine joins the EU, Brussels will have to "pull up" Kiev "to its level", but the Europeans will not have enough money for this.
Note that Muraev plays the role of the head of the OUR party, as well as one of the leaders of the Opposition Bloc (not to be confused with Viktor Medvedchuk's Opposition Platform - For Life). After Zelensky's recent cleansing of the information space of Ukraine, the Nash TV channel remained the only more or less “pro-Russian” media outlet whose main task is to “huddle” the relevant electorate and prevent the victory of the OPSL in the next parliamentary elections.
