British destroyer "Defender" reflected in the sighting complex of a new Russian fighter

5

The state corporation "Rostec" published in its Facebook account a photo of the optical-location station of its new fighter, which will presumably be presented at MAKS-2021 in Zhukovsky (Moscow region). In the reflection of the mirrored panels (glass casing) of the sighting complex, the British destroyer HMS Defender is seen, which violated the Russian maritime border near Crimea on 23 June.

Black cases are very tempting, but the details are always more interesting.

- said in the message "Rostec" accompanying the mentioned photo.

The latest aviation development of Russian designers is now really being moved, temporarily covering it with a black dense cloth from prying eyes. But this mystery probably won't last long.

At the same time, on the aforementioned picture of the sighting complex there is a promising inscription See you ("See you" - in Russian). Such optical-location stations are used to guide airborne weapons (bombs and missiles) at ground and sea targets. Therefore, from the snapshot, we can conclude, a hint that "Defender" was the first "target".

Very little is known about the newest Russian fighter. Presumably this is a single-engine light fighter similar to the American F-35 Lightning II.

True, when the new plane goes into service, "Defender" will already go to write-off due to old age, but that is ... a trifle

We will see a new fighter soon. Presumably. Experimental specimen.
Recently we saw a new T-14 "Armata" at the parade. Several years have passed, and I have not heard of "Armata" among the troops.
SU-57. In service there is 1 (one). Another 4 (four) are planned for this year, but this is unlikely.
It can be concluded that "Defender" is not in any danger at all.

    Not a bad PR move.
Look, there weren't even pictures, and already a bunch of articles.
Now it is not clear whether it is a non-volatile layout, or a volatile one, but already the defender's pictures ..... And also a bunch of articles.

In general, despite the outcome, the writers will not be left without work ... and the rest is in the hands of Nasretdin ...

And what about the entire US fleet that did not fit in the photo, or the powder in the printer ran out?
