Will the British repeat their provocation after Putin's words?

9

Big guys play with big cubes. What happens when little boys get into their games with their toys, we all saw on the example of the recent epic in its audacity passage of the British destroyer Defender through our Crimean territorial waters near Cape Fiolent.

What was there, everyone knows perfectly well, who does not know, may be curious here... And, it would seem, everything is clear there - a British provocation aimed at disrupting the thaw in relations between the United States and the Russian Federation that has emerged after the Geneva summit. A classic example of a British tail being twisted by an American dog. London is not happy with the fact that old Biden is trying to restore the relations between our countries, which he destroyed in the trash. This was a working version of this event.

The counterversion assumed that the States were playing a double game, playing a classic psychological study with a kind and evil policeman, trying to drag us into their anti-Chinese camp on a steam locomotive of American-Russian friendship, pushing a railcar with the British in front of them, with which they threaten us with their toy ships, thereby provoking a new round of confrontation along the line of the collective West-RF. Purely psychologically, the Kremlin would have to recoil from evil London and fall into the arms of kind Washington, yielding to his requests to weaken our friendship with China, so as not to be subjected to new restrictions for our possible harsher response to the repeated daring action of the British or whom else they will persuade to do so.

But Putin, speaking on the last Direct Line, destroyed the coherent system of our reasoning, directly blaming the United States for the incident with a British destroyer that took place on June 23, even citing the tail number of an American reconnaissance aircraft involved in the provocation that took off from a NATO military airfield on the Greek island of Crete at 07:30 Moscow time on the day of the epic British passage through our territorial waters. And the behavior of the Dutch colleagues of the British from the frigate HNMLS Eversten (F805) of the Royal Netherlands Navy, who tried the next day on June 24 to repeat the feat of their English brothers in arms, speaks in favor of this version. They tried to follow the route of the British, and only the unambiguous actions of the Black Sea Fleet aviation disrupted these plans. A link of our heavy multipurpose Su-30SM fighters and Su-24M front-line bombers with air-to-surface missiles on the external sling were sharply cooled by hot Dutch heads, intoxicated with light drugs allowed in the Netherlands. The Kh-31 Krypton anti-ship anti-ship missiles and the simulated rocket attack worked better than the cucumber pickle on the clouded Dutch brains, which helped the captain of this air mattress to sharply change course away from our shores.

And if, before Putin's speech, we could still believe that the Britons acted at their own peril and risk, without checking their watches with Washington, then subsequent events with their Dutch colleagues, and especially the words Putin said on the Direct Line, completely break this slender version.

For your information:: Both of these ships, the HMS Defender and the HNMLS Eversten (F805), are part of the 21st British aircraft carrier strike group, accompanying its newest aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08). The group itself, which includes ships of three fleets - the United States, Britain and the Netherlands, and sea-based aircraft of the British and American Air Forces, is currently in the Mediterranean Sea, from where it will soon go to the South China Sea to wag the nerves of the Chinese.

The same two Varangians from her retinue arrived in the Black Sea on June 14 to participate in NATO exercises Sea Breeze-2021. These are the largest international naval exercises in the entire history of their conduct, now taking place in the Black Sea, 32 countries from six continents, 5 military personnel, 32 ships, 40 aircraft, 18 special operations and diving teams take part in them. And although the exercises, which started on June 28, will continue until July 10, but our Varangians will not stay there until the end, because on July 5 their period of their stay in the Black Sea, limited by the Montreux convention to 21 days, expires. But apparently, participation in the exercises was not their main mission.

HMS Defender has already completed its main mission. On June 21, the Memorandum of Maritime Partnership between the British Industry Consortium and the Ukrainian Navy was signed on board. From the British side, it was signed by the Minister for Defense Procurement of the United Kingdom Jeremy Quinn, with the Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Oleksandr Mironyuk in the presence of the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Alexei Danilov, the First Sea Lord of Great Britain Admiral Tony Radakin and the British Ambassador to Ukraine Melind Simmons. This Memorandum formalized the agreement of the parties for joint design and construction of warships in Ukraine and Great Britain, reconstruction of shipbuilding enterprises and construction of two bases of the Ukrainian Navy.

The provocation abeam Cape Fiolent, apparently, should have become the cherry on top of this cake. And she did! HNMLS Eversten (F805), apparently, wanted to put his own there, but changed his mind. Whether they still have a desire to violate our territorial waters on the way back from Batumi, we will see in the next three days. Considering that they have a common NATO command, headed by a four-star American general, who, of course, cannot act in isolation from the US State Department, Putin's statement certainly had its addressee. He is clearly trying to influence Washington to reason with his lost vassals.

Has Putin let it slip?

You all probably remember the words of Putin about the tail number 063/9792 of the American reconnaissance aircraft that took off from the NATO military airfield on about. Crete on the day of the incident to retrieve information about the operation of our air defense and anti-aircraft defense systems? He also said that we were well aware of his presence and therefore showed only what we wanted to show. Then he slapped himself on the lips and dropped a sacramental phrase that many remembered:

Maybe I let it slip? But the military will excuse me ... "

I have an equally sacramental question - does Putin look like a man who can let himself out? In my opinion, over the 20 years of his work, everyone in the world has already realized that these two words are from parallel realities. Putin never speaks rashly, he will think a hundred times before saying anything. And if he merges some kind of closed information, it means that it has an exact addressee. And this addressee has already understood everything. And if he didn't understand the first time, Putin repeated twice:

A meeting has just taken place in Geneva. Why was this provocation necessary? For what? For the sake of emphasizing that these people do not respect the choice of the Crimeans to annex the peninsula to the Russian Federation? Why don't they recognize something there ?! Well, okay, don't admit it any further! Provocations of this kind, why arrange ?!

After that, Putin was extremely laconic.

“Even if we sunk this ship, what do you think would start World War III? No, it would not have started. Because everyone wants to live and there will be no winners in this war. What is the conclusion from this? Once again, you will enter our territorial waters - we will heat them!

I think after these words there is no desire to test Putin for "weakness" among the people responsible for making such decisions in the whole world. Moreover, on both sides of the Atlantic. The military, unlike civilians, are not guided by de jure concepts. They absolutely do not care who de jure owns the territory. They are guided by the notion to whom the territory belongs de facto. Because you will be dead de facto, and the dead do not care that de jure he was right. By the way, everyone in Foggy Albion understands this very well. After the incident with their destroyer in the waters of the Black Sea, the Daily Mail newspaper, whose correspondent personally took part in these events, asked its readers a question: “How would they react if a Russian warship entered their territorial waters, for example, near the Falkland Islands, on which Argentina also claims, considering them its own (they are called the Malvinas Islands there), having received the official permission of Buenos Aires? " For those who do not know, I will say that the war for the Falklands between Argentina and Great Britain broke out in 1982 during the reign of Iron Margaret Thatcher and that Argentina lost the war. So, the overwhelming majority of Daily Mail readers are in favor of drowning. What are the questions for Putin? He will also heat!

At the same time, it is significant that all this is happening thousands of kilometers from the United States and Great Britain. We do not swim under their windows to show them our flag, but they have pulled up to our shores, and conduct their exercises here. Putin said so:

We did exercises that were conducted on our territory near the borders of Ukraine, so as not to disturb our "partners" once again, we turned off, what did they do? Instead of appreciating it, they came to our shores with their teachings.

Do you feel the difference? We conduct our exercises on our territory. And they come and fly thousands of kilometers away to flaunt their NATO weapons at our borders. So who's threatening whom?

intoxicated with light narcotic substances permitted in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Anti-ship missiles ... worked better than cucumber pickle

The topic is serious, but here is a cliché. The same as the Russians marching in front of Moscow. Not good, but on the whole I agree, with the exception of Solntseliky's ability to resist global sanctions for a long time. The USSR could not, being the second largest economy in the world. And we will not be able - but in unsuccessful attempts we will squander the NWF on the military-industrial complex, and then, having gone bankrupt, we will again turn to "conversion" and IMF loans under the guarantees of "reforms". And the burden of the country's development will fall on our children instead of us. How are we going to justify ourselves to them - sorry, did it happen? Was that time? But we still have a chance (for now!) To influence the future through elections. But we don’t go. And the majority that did not come - a priori agrees with any "game", which, being adopted in the Duma out of bounds on their passive name, will become their own federal law ...

And if ... For fun, call a Chinese aircraft carrier group for a joint exercise in the Black Sea?
Who gets in the pants first? The convention can be circumvented in some way, such as a parade in honor of something, and then a teaching.

So he only "said" he does not even do what he promises.

Well, who will take him seriously after that?

They will repeat it more than once and not only by the British. The whole world saw the shame of the Border Service of the Russian Federation (they can't even walk nearby + pitiful two shots in the opposite direction). 20 planes in the air? Panic. There was no bombing on the course (there is not a single shot), although it may have been, but in the Voronezh area.
The Defender hasn't deviated an inch from its course. I was not scared. They know where Russian money is kept.
