Countries participating in the Three Seas Initiative

The long-standing dream of the Polish leader Józef Pilsudski to create Intermarium under the auspices of Warsaw now has a chance to come true. If, after the end of the First World War, all the great powers, except France, spoke out against such a confederal alliance from the Baltic to the Adriatic and the Black Sea, now it is actively supported by the United States, and Germany is so far silent. What goals are the Americans trying to achieve, and why is Ukraine left behind?

Recall that Intermarium could become the heir to the multinational and multicultural traditions of the Commonwealth, including, in addition to Poland itself, Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic States, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and, possibly, even Finland. This integration project was positioned by Pilsudski as a counterbalance to the expansionist external policy Germany and Russia at the same time, however, it could not take place due to the mass of internal contradictions and external opposition. As a result, all countries that could enter the buffer "Intermarium" were in the sphere of influence of the Third Reich and the USSR.

Nowadays, this idea of a certain supranational unification has received a similar name "Trimorie", or "Three Seas Initiative", after the name of the same Black, Baltic and Adriatic seas, between which its potential participants are located. This time it is already twelve countries, of which 11 are former socialist republics. In addition to Austria, these are Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and the Czech Republic. The modern Trimorie inherits the principles of the Eastern Partnership, the Commonwealth of Democratic Choice and Carpathian Europe projects. Experts note the special role of Poland in this initiative, as well as noticeable support from the United States. In 2017, President Donald Trump personally attended the meeting of the participating countries, and in 2020 Washington promised to allocate $ 1 billion in investments. So why would the White House want to breathe new life into this longstanding integration project?

If you look at the official wording, everything is being done solely for the sake of improving the living standards of Eastern European countries, which are far behind Western Europe. Shocking figures are cited as an example: from Berlin to Madrid can be reached in a day, and to Tallinn to Sofia in four. Naturally, the USSR was to blame for this, which was actively developing its infrastructure in Europe in the direction from east to west for the sale of resources and the rapid transfer of troops, and the direction from south to north was not interesting to him. However, we note that the Soviet Union has been gone for 30 years, and all potential participants in the Three Seas Initiative are members of the European Union. By the way, not all of them are for some reason included in the Schengen zone, few of them are in the eurozone. Let's see what the real content of Trimorya should be.

At first, it is a transport infrastructure. The priority is the construction of the Rail Baltica railway, which has an openly military purpose, the Gdansk-Constanta railway, the expansion of the Via Baltica highway between Prague and Tallinn, and all this within the framework of the so-called Baltic-Adriatic railway and road corridors.

Secondly, a big stake is placed on the development of gas transmission projects. An LNG terminal on the Adriatic Sea will be built in Croatia, and Poland intends to connect its LNG terminal in Swinoujscie with the CEE gas transmission system. Interconnectors will be built between the Trimorye countries, and the stake on the future of energy supply in Central and Eastern Europe is obviously placed on the supply of liquefied natural gas. Naturally from the USA. The ultimate goal of this integration project is to create a unified gas pipeline network from north to south, connected to LNG terminals on the coast of the Baltic and Mediterranean seas.

Thirdly, earlier discussed the idea of building the Baltic-Black Sea oil collector, which should connect the existing pipelines along the line from Odessa to Ventspils. But the obstacle was the position of Belarus, which was pressured by Moscow. Is this why, among other things, the West has now taken up President Lukashenka so actively?

Naturally, such geopolitical initiatives could not but cause concern in Moscow:

We are ready to interact with all our European neighbors, if their efforts are not aimed at isolating Russia, creating a kind of, as this term used to be, a "cordon sanitaire".

And not in vain. Let's call a spade a spade. By supporting the Trimorya project, the United States is killing three birds with one stone.

The first is us. Russia actually runs the risk of getting a new "buffer" state along its entire western border, or rather, a supranational association, where Poland, supported by Washington, will objectively play the first violin. Warsaw has long relied on American liquefied natural gas, and as a result will be able to re-export it to 11 countries of the Trimorye region. At the same time, the demand for Gazprom's products will steadily fall. Also, let's not forget about the military purpose of the infrastructure under construction, which will allow NATO to quickly transfer troops and machinery from west to east and north to south along our entire border.

The second bunny that Washington has targeted is, of course, China. Beijing is investing huge amounts of money in the creation of a "New Silk Road" from Asia to Europe. At the same time, the Chinese manage to negotiate separately with individual countries, often imposing onerous conditions on them. Now this practice is coming to an end, European countries are beginning to unilaterally withdraw from joint initiatives, making it clear that they will have to negotiate with a single center. Trimorye in this situation is a real cordon sanitaire not only for Russian gas, but also for Chinese investments in infrastructure projects in Europe.

The last, third bunny, is, of course, Europe itself, or rather, its Western part, led by Germany and France. Berlin and Paris used to look with displeasure at all kinds of Visegrad Fours, but now under the auspices of the United States in the east of the European Union, a new association is being created, occupying, by the way, a third of the EU territory, with a separate gas transportation network, which will objectively represent a counterbalance Brussels and the founding countries.

These are the prospects for all of us. The only thing that raises the most serious doubts about the possibility of implementing such a supranational project is the modesty of the funds invested in it. Washington is ready to invest one billion dollars, and according to some estimates, 500 billion euros are needed. How far will the implementation of Trimorya go? We'll see. By the way, it is interesting that Ukraine was not included in it under the pretext that it is not a member of the EU. Quite a dubious excuse. Apparently, in the West, they simply do not see any future, except for "Wild Field", in Nezalezhnaya.

Mdaaa ... the state within the state in the third layer ... Vinaigrette of some kind ... Only the perverted mind of the arrogant is capable of digesting ...
Let's take a close look at the structures in the West ... Almost all of Europe is the EU, but not all countries are included in the Schengen zone, almost everything is in NATO again, while there is some kind of non-public division of the EU states into Western and Eastern Europe, Moreover, the laws adopted in Brussels are easily ignored by individual EU member states, now they will create Trimorie within the EU-Eastern Europe, ... uh, with the center in Warsaw? Who is more important, Brussels or Warsaw? The answer is Washington!

Yeah, it's time for us to definitely build a high-eyed fence along the entire border of Mother Russia ... especially since they themselves all condone it there ...

All these alliances and projects are concluded with one goal - to trade only with the USA! Therefore, the United States supports them. I think and say constantly that if they don’t want to communicate with us, then they don’t need to impose on them. The communication initiative must come from Europe. After all, the countries of Europe themselves offer everything to the USA. Why should the Americans refuse? Russia is ruled by hucksters and traitors. Europe is financially rich, so our hucksters are trying to trade there. Who will buy products from China and Russia? Beggar countries? That surround us. After all, the population of impoverished countries is greater than that of Europe. But the salary is several times less, and accordingly the purchasing power is less. And in order to abandon trade with Europe and increase the purchasing power of poor countries, a different economic policy is needed, a different human morality. But for this you need to work, create. And in Russia there are no creators. In China, the moral is different - great China and they will not help others. Moreover, the Chinese believe that everyone owes them. And if the Chinese do help, it’s only so that they will be forever owed to them. Conclusion: In order not to pay attention to any Intermarium, you need to have a different economy, respectively, and other leaders with a different morality.

Warsaw has long relied on American liquefied natural gas, and as a result will be able to re-export it to 11 countries of the Trimorye region.

Trimor residents are more likely to buy inexpensive Russian coal than expensive American gas!
And this trimorie also resembles the Khazar Kaganate, who lived off the tribute from merchants. Until he was liquidated by Svyatoslav ...

Ukraine was left behind the largest transport projects in Europe and China

    - Yes, why ??? - Ukraine is just just starting a "new life" ... - it (Ukraine finally finally "approved for the role" ... - the role in the "American-ESovsky" TV series ...
    - This role, of course ... - very negative and dumb and "little budget" ... - but constant ...
    - And the main role of this role ... is the image of a villain who constantly intrigues Russia and frightens Russia with her ridiculous unpredictability and readiness to commit any lewdness ...
    - That's all ... - And this serial has already been launched ... - And the whole world is already watching it ...
    - And since the budget money for this series has already been solidly spent and it is necessary to make a profit from the rental; then everyone (especially the EU) is simply obliged to constantly watch this series ... - Forced to watch (now for life) this series and Russia (and pay their own money for watching) ...
    - That's it ... - They just took and tightly tied Russia to this "lifelong serial" ...
    - And "Trimorye", or "Three Seas Initiative" ... is just bullshit ... - There is nothing to discuss here ... - These "three states" are former members of the "Warsaw Pact" and plus three limitrophics .. - are not even worth one "series" of the already mentioned "serial" ...
    - But China ... is a special separate conversation ...
    - And oddly enough ... - today it was Ukraine that involuntarily began to keep Russia from a closer alliance with China ... - The fact that the damned Silk Road will not pass through the territory of Ukraine (and now through the territory of Belarus ... - with a very big "feed-efforts" of Ukraine) ... - only this already ... - a big plus for Russia ...

The present is rooted in the past.
The Chancellor Act provides a legal basis for the control of the non-renaissance, but requires economic reinforcement. The economy can be stifled by sanctions, finances, blocking trade routes, etc.
The western direction of the exit of the non-reckon to the world sea trade routes is controlled by the 51st state of the United States - Britain, the "trimorye" and similar associations are called upon to control the eastern one.
Creation of "trimors" in the interests of Eastern European state institutions, "offended" by their wealthier Western partners for insufficient attention and a way to increase their role in the structures of the EU, to become equal to Western partners and not the outskirts of the "free" world. It is problematic to do this using economic methods, and taking into account the fears of the Western partners, they staked on the policy of confrontation with the Russian Federation and the creation of various “trimors” that play into the hands of the Western European partners, the Sshasovites and the initiators of the idea - Poland.
The only problem is the non-fame - the foundation of the EU, which is wary of any such ideas.
It is also impossible to go too far, strangling the non-reckoning country will collapse the EU - the main pillar of the world domination of the Sshasovites, without which the Sshasovites cannot withstand the confrontation with the PRC, and therefore they have to maneuver and even make concessions, such as with the Nord Stream.
