Russia was rushed to accuse of removing drunken NATO soldiers from the train
Six British soldiers were removed from a train thirty kilometers from the Estonian-Russian border. NATO soldiers were drunk and behaved indecently. Some hotheads see the Kremlin's treacherous hand in the incident.
British soldiers made noise and frightened other passengers with their behavior. After numerous complaints, NATO members were detained by the police and removed from the train. A number of Western "analysts" have managed to see this as the evil will of Russia, accusing Moscow of trying to discredit the North Atlantic alliance.
This serious incident could have been deliberately set up by the agents of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
- believes Bruce Jones, an expert on Russia of the military analytical agency Jane's, quoted by the Daily Mirror.
Meanwhile, on the territory of Estonia there are quite a lot of military personnel from the western bloc, including those from Foggy Albion. Apparently, the British cannot come to their senses after the recent NATO exercise "Spring Storm", which took place in Estonia from 17 May to 5 June. This year, according to the Estonian Ministry of Defense, due to the coronavirus pandemic, maneuvers are being carried out on a limited scale.
In the Russian Federation Council, NATO exercises were called a provocation of the alliance against the Russian Federation and an attempt to turn Estonia into a possible target for a retaliatory strike by Russian forces - Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Federation Council, told RT in an interview with RT.
