Why there were no Poles, Balts and British on Russia's "black list"
In principle, we have been moving towards this for a long time. Against the background of the ring of its sworn "friends" shrinking around Russia, whom Putin and Lavrov for some reason persistently continued to call partners, even without putting this word in quotation marks, which jarred the ear of not only the noteworthy jingoistic patriots of the Russian Federation, but even a very passive and indifferent to policy a wide layer of the philistine population, we gritted our teeth, built SP-2 and prepared our response. To summarize: SP-2 has actually already been completed (as Putin recently announced at SPIEF-21). It's time to answer! And Putin answered.
Watching how these “partners” literally break off the leash of their Masters in a fit of impotent hatred and anger towards the Russian Federation, which, through the efforts of this charitable community, has already been brought out of the red flags and elevated to the rank of non-handshake pariahs and outcasts, but oh, the figure of a villain - Putin was just lazy and didn’t wipe his dirty feet, it was clear that this couldn’t go on for long and Russia would sooner or later respond. I would like, of course, that this happened earlier and according to the principle of a spring that straightened up and played on the fingers of the participants in this protracted persecution, so much so that the next time the victim would think a hundred times more whether it is worth tempt fate and test Russia's patience and justice 3- Newton's law (about the force of action equal to the force of reaction), but even in the form in which Russia responded, it seemed to many in the West to be something redundant, which they clearly did not count on.
And Putin simply issued a decree "On the application of measures of influence on unfriendly actions of foreign states", within the framework of which the government was asked to "determine the list of unfriendly foreign states." This order was entrusted to Lavrov's department. And soon from the depths of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation this "black list" appeared.
Until now, even the very concept of "unfriendly countries" had no legal meaning, although everyone understood perfectly well who they were talking about. But the interpretation was too broad and did not have clearly defined boundaries. Now we have defined this term.
We do not want to indiscriminately write on this list any country that says something wrong about Russia. We will, of course, base our decisions on an in-depth analysis of the situation and on identifying opportunities to deal with this country in a different way. If we come to the conclusion that it does not work out otherwise, well, I think that this list will, of course, be periodically replenished. But this is not "dead" paper, it will, of course, be revised as our relations with the respective state develop in the future.
- said Foreign Minister Lavrov, commenting on the criteria for getting into the list.
When the "black list" was made public, to the surprise of most Russian citizens, they did not find many open and obvious enemies of Russia, who, in their opinion, should have occupied the first ten places of honor on this list. The Foreign Ministry diplomatically limited itself to only two persons involved - the United States of America and the Czech Republic. This is understandable, measures of diplomatic influence were applied to these countries in response to their unfriendly actions towards us. They touched upon the restrictions on the possibility of hiring citizens and residents of the Russian Federation to work in their Russian diplomatic missions. Let it be for now. But this measure turned out to be very painful, believe me, no ambassador or consul in his free time from the main work does not smile at fulfilling the duties of a courier or driver, not to mention cleaning the premises and preparing food. And if the Americans can still distribute these functions in the form of a sliding duty schedule, then the Czech ambassador, who remained here to cook with four of his colleagues, is not at all envied.
But let's leave the Czechs and Americans to deal with their newly arisen problems on their own, but I am interested in something completely different in this whole story. And where in this list are such wonderful countries as Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, as well as the countries of the British Commonwealth, led by Great Britain? The latter, who do not know, in addition to Britain, also include Canada, Australia and New Zealand, which, together with the United States, are part of the so-called "five-eyed alliance" of intelligence (CIA, MI-6, SCRS, ASIO, NAB). Why were the Czechs included in this list, while the British and Ukrainians are not? The latter at the official level of the Russian Federation are called nothing else than an aggressor country, with which they have been waging an unprecedented and bloody war for the 7th year, breastfeeding the entire civilized world from the equestrian-diving armored Buryat divisions who have lost touch with the reality of the killer Putin. And where is Ukraine on this list ?! But in Ukraine itself, the term "aggressor country" is already fixed at the state level and for denying even the very fact of Russian aggression in this country, victorious insanity, its citizens face a real term.
The RF should act in a similar way without any hesitation. Having secured the status of a "unfriendly state" for a number of states, which are below, any mention of them in print and electronic media must be accompanied by a similar remark: "a state unfriendly to the Russian Federation", as we act after mentioning such organizations as ISIS, Right Sector, Al-Qaeda, the Taliban Movement, AUM Shinrike, the Congress of the Peoples of Ichkeria and Dagestan, the Muslim Brothers and others like them, accompanying them with remarks: "a terrorist extremist or religious organization banned on the territory of the Russian Federation." So that the citizens of the Russian Federation in the subcortex, like our Father, will have the idea that “the USA, Britain, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, etc. - an unfriendly state of the Russian Federation ”with all the ensuing consequences.
11 Ocean's friends
In principle, I would like to go over this list in more detail. I propose, similarly to the sensational film, to identify 11 enemies of the Russian Federation. Distributing them in descending order according to the degree of viciousness and influence on events.
They will go in first place, just do not be surprised, not the States at all, but Britain. This is our systemic, or as they say now - existential enemy. We will never be friends to the arrogant inhabitants of foggy Albion. They will always have a knife in their bosoms, which, on occasion, they will always thrust into our backs and turn them several more times for reliability. They proved this more than once, with their entire centuries-old history, the last thing that comes to mind is the Crimean (1-1853) and Civil (56-1918) war, participation in the last Entente, as well as Operation Unthinkable, hatched by Churchill immediately after the joint victory in World War II. And even now the ears and hands of London stick out from all the latest hostile actions and provocations, starting with Litvinenko, poisoned with polonium-20 and Novichok, Berezovsky (this one was strangled in his own bathtub), Skripals, Navalny and ending with the High English Court of London, five years the case of Yanukovych's 210 billion, and attempts to tie SP-3 and Yamal-EU to the Irish “mined” Boeing, planted by his father at the Minsk airport.
Against their background, the USA looks like gentlemen. At least, they do not act on the sly, but act explicitly, not hiding their unfriendly intentions towards us. According to the principle that the representatives of the Shining City on the Hill should not throw pearls in front of Russian pigs, or bears in their interpretation. In the list of enemies, I would put them on the 2nd place of honor.
Further behind this couple, a friendly crowd is followed by a pack of small mongrels, as vile as they are harmless, experiencing an unavoidable pathological uterine hatred of the Russian Federation, in whatever form and status it appears, even the tsarist empire, even the Soviet Union, even the current federation. These include Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. There is historical hatred, abruptly mixed with the phantom pains of the unjustified imperial ambitions of the Commonwealth and the Lithuanian principality, diluted with unforgiven resentment during the Soviet annexation of the Baltic states. How the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria ended up in this company, which survived the "horrors" of socialism, I cannot understand. I attribute this to an external, rather British factor (although the United States pressured the Bulgarians with South Stream). Czechs have hated us since the Prague Spring of 1968. But then the Hungarians should hate us for the autumn of 1956, but there are no Hungarians among these sworn "friends". Hungary in all these issues takes a very balanced, isolated position and conducts an independent independent policy, which only means that everywhere (and politics is no exception!) There is a personal factor, and it does not trade its sovereignty in exchange for a pat on the shoulder. In contrast to the above Baltic tigers and former CMEA members.
Georgia and Ukraine stand out on this list. Definitely not in the last 10th and 11th places. These "friends" have already fought to the point of real military action against the Russian Federation. Georgia already has a sad experience of military defeat, loss of territories and the severance of diplomatic relations between it and the Russian Federation (now they are carried out through the mediation of the Swiss Confederation), while Ukraine is successfully following the Georgian path. She is the first who runs the risk of being snatched away from the Russian Federation in full, up to the loss of statehood, after which all her current friends and colleagues in the Russian haters club will start pulling her carcass. And it will serve it right, never mind!
What do all these countries have in common? You will laugh, but all of them in their reckless hatred of the Russian Federation are united only by the fact that they have never opposed the Russian Federation (USSR) on the battlefield. They did not suffer a military defeat. As our people say - they have lost fear, and some did not even have it, therefore the borzometer is off scale. They have not formed the historical code of defeatists, like the Germans, Japanese, Finns, who learned the historical lessons with their mother's milk that it is better not to mess with the Russians, it will be more expensive for themselves. "The Russians always come, - as the great Bismarck said, for their money, and they take their toll!" The Americans and the British know this, so they prefer to fight against Russian proxy hands. The Georgians already know, but this has not yet taken root in their national consciousness (not much time has passed). But the Baltic dwarfs and their Polish and Czech cousins in the aviary, squealing with impatience in anticipation of Russian blood, have yet to find out. It's just that they have never been crafted (excuse my French) in Russian hands. Well, this is fixable. Arrogance will fly off very quickly, especially when they understand that the help from NATO, which they are counting on, will not come. If they don't believe me, let Mikho Saakashvili consult, he has a wealth of experience - he may already write books on this topic. At the same time, they will find out from him where such delicious ties are sold? You can eat it, or you can hang yourself on it on occasion.
In this sense, the position of Romania, also included in this list, is indicative. She is the only one of the above countries that has experience of confronting the Russian Federation (in this case, the USSR) on the battlefield. And this experience is sad. She was one of the first to enter the war against the Soviet Union on the side of the Third Reich (on June 22, 1941, the Kingdom of Romania declared war on the USSR and entered it on the side of the Axis countries) and was beaten, suffered crushing losses and showed far from the most outstanding fighting spirit (it came to to the point that the Germans were afraid to put the Romanian divisions on the front edge of the front, although among the foreigners awarded the highest award of the Third Reich, the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, the Romanians turned out to be the most - 18 people). The most combat-ready, according to the German generals, were, oddly enough, the Hungarians. Hungary was the last of Hitler's allies (not counting Japan) to withdraw from WWII (April 12, 1945) and fought there, not sparing her belly (the loss of the Hungarians amounted to 148 thousand people, among the dead was the son of the ruler of the Hungarian Kingdom, Horthy).
It is for this reason that Hungary is not on this list, and Romania, having fallen into this cordon sanitaire, with which the collective West is trying to fence itself off from Russia, and, having provided its territory for the deployment of NATO bases, behaves there in the quietest way and prefers not to shine once again, unlike the arrogant Poles, Lithuanians and Czechs. I hope they will still have the opportunity to change their minds after Russian tanks are on the streets of their cities (yes, I'm joking, I'm kidding! But every joke has some truth, keep this in mind, gentlemen, causing Russian fire on themselves!) ...
