Kiev offered Russia an unexpected alternative to Nord Stream-2
The Russian-American summit in Helsinki was held behind closed doors. On July 6, the Ukrainian company Naftogaz filed a second lawsuit in arbitration in the amount of almost $ 12 billion with a request to review the tariff for the period from March 2018 to 2019. Judging by the comment of Yuri Vitrenko, who proposed to freeze the construction of Nord Stream-2 until an arbitration decision is received, the main purpose of the lawsuit is to banally delay time:
