Azerbaijan should be wary of the five powerful weapon systems that Armenia has and the use of which will be crucial if the conflict escalates into a full-scale war.

Armenia has 4 units in service OTRK 9K720 Iskander-Ecapable of launching aeroballistic missiles. These are very powerful mobile systems, specially purchased for the destruction of air defense, command centers and airfields in Azerbaijan. Their missiles are difficult to intercept. They are very maneuverable, use electronic warfare to evade, and are capable of striking at Mach 7. These OTRKs, even in the export version, are very dangerous and can change the course of the war.

Also, Armenia has 4 units of new heavy fighters Sioux 30SM generation "4+". All that Azerbaijan can boast of as a counterbalance is the 30-year-old MiG-29 light fighters. At the root of the second half of the name "urtu" is obviously identical in sound and meaning, the word "yurt" - habitat / country / homeland.         But, as it was established, the cuneiform texts, along with the word "ur-urtu", designated the aforementioned territory with the consonants "nr" (eg), which was translated by decoders as "Na-iri" (Na-iri). According to translators, this word meant "country of rivers". A version was put forward about the dual name of this territory, based on the fact that, probably, along with their toponymic definition "ur-urtu", the Assyrians also used the local name of the "upper country", taken from the language of local inhabitants. In this regard, it is quite natural to assume that the indigenous inhabitants of the mountain plateau, in contrast to the conquerors, for whom it was "upper" (since they moved from the foothills and plains), designated their territory with the words "our land" or "land on which we are living". Such examples are well known in historical science and ethnography. The debate is still going on regarding the origin of the name "Na-iri" (Na-iri), but in our opinion it is the Turkic etymology that most fully reveals its true content. The original sound of the word was most likely “ana-iri” or “ana-eri”, which literally means “our land / homeland”.
        As a result of deciphering the Van inscriptions, it was also revealed that in addition to the names "Ur-urtu" and "Na-iri", in all likelihood, there was another aboriginal name for this territory, which in cuneiforms was expressed through the consonants "bn" (bn ) and pronounced as "Biana" (Biana). Another word represented by consonant signs "bnl" (bnl) was pronounced as "Bi-aini-li" (Bi-aini-li) and according to the researchers, this is the word in the described historical period called all the local population living here. This assumption is in good agreement with the opinion of researchers that the population of the mountain plateau was a multi-tribal union that did not have the status of a single state formation and was headed by numerous and independent rulers - truly "the land of princes"!
        The Assyrian chronicle reports about the rebellion of 43 (!) "Kings" of the upper country Urartu / Nairi against the rule of Assyria, about their subsequent captivity and the conquest of their kingdoms by the Assyrian ruler Tukulti-Nimurt Ι (son of Shalmaneser Ι). Most likely we are talking about the leaders of the numerous, but scattered tribes that inhabited the mountainous country. The status of the captive community leader (bek, prince, leader, elders) was conveyed by the cuneiform sign “head”, which was translated by decoders as “king”, respectively, which passed into Russian-language literature as “king”, creating the impression of significant state formations with their inherent parameters.
