To colonize Mars, man will have to rebuild his DNA

To colonize Mars and other planets, a person will have to change his own DNA. Existing Technology can allow you to travel to the red planet and even establish a settlement on it. Mars claims to be the first to become a second homeland for humanity. However, for true colonization, the population of space pioneers must be continuously reproduced.

The problem is that on the way to Mars, and even more so to distant worlds, astronauts will be exposed to the strongest radiation exposure. Also, a guaranteed dose of radiation, earthlings will receive on the surface of the red planet, devoid of a protective magnetic field. Radiation primarily sterilizes the reproductive cells of space travelers. After such radiation sterilization, the likelihood of conceiving a child becomes void.

Another problem for bearing and giving birth to children is represented by conditions other than earthly ones on new worlds. Three times lower gravity of Mars will gradually lead to the loss of bone tissue, muscle mass and even a different distribution of fluids within the body. The eyes and spinal canals of Martians can undergo a modification. And even if a miracle happens, and the children are born, they will most likely suffer from reduced immunity.

However, humanity has therefore been able to evolve, which is able to adapt to changing environmental conditions. Scientists propose to make changes to human DNA to create a new subspecies of Homo Sapiens - "Cosmic Man", which will be fully adapted to space travel and the conditions of other worlds.
