Soon, the production of the latest Tu-160M2 will begin here, and the flight of the modernized Tu-160M ​​was just necessary for testing the latest equipment and systems.

It is expected that the modern version of the bomber will fly into the air next year, and by 2027 our VKS will receive 10 of these machines.

The Tu-160 "White Swan" to this day remains the largest military supersonic aircraft with a variable geometry wing, which has over 40 world records. And it is no accident that the new version of the missile carrier has already been nicknamed the “Black Swan”. After all, this particular aircraft can quickly and unexpectedly change the course of world history.
