Americans are dull before our eyes
According to the lead American television channel Fox News Tucker Carlson, the education system in the United States is gradually and steadily degrading. This is confirmed, for example, by the fact that the cost of education in colleges and universities annually increases, and the general level of knowledge of the population decreases.
Many students of American colleges are not able to solve the simplest tasks that an average school student in Russia or Western European countries can easily cope with. Moreover, in college, young people will try alcohol and drugs for the first time.
According to the results of studies, 40% of college students during their studies do not learn anything from the curriculum. This is not strange, because every day he spends less than three hours studying, devoting most of his time to entertainment.
Although the level of students' knowledge is constantly decreasing, the number of excellent students is constantly growing. This is due to a significant reduction in student requirements.
Less than a third of graduates of American universities are able to read the book and understand its content.
This explains the popularity of video blogs and audio books, as many are not able to absorb information in plain text.
It turns out that American universities give young people a “fake” education, despite the impressive subsidies allocated by the state.
Ten years ago, the level of knowledge of adult Americans was estimated as average, then since then it has significantly decreased. Although multiculturalism is considered one of the values in the United States, the vast majority do not know any language other than English. An exception is made by immigrants from other countries who, in addition to their native language, are compelled to study English as well.
For many years, the United States has been a role model in Russia in many areas, including the education system. And if you get carried away, you can "catch up and overtake America", which can lead Russia to a real catastrophe. It threatens the United States to a lesser extent, as the best minds from around the world, including Russia, emigrate to the United States. Therefore, Americans can afford to be "stupid." After all, they live quietly "by someone else's mind." They live and have no problems.
Or maybe the country doesn’t need so many smart people? It’s enough that there is a little very smart, and the rest can be dumb. It’s also better, they are easier to manage. Perhaps such an education system is not an omission. Maybe it was conceived so that the "very smart" would not be divorced?
