The State Duma allowed the use of climatic weapons against Russia

State Duma deputy Aleksey Zhuravlev, on the air of the 60-minute program on Rossiya-1 television channel, said that bad weather in Russia could have been caused by the use of climate weapons by the United States.
According to the people's representative, the reason for the use of climate weapons over the territory of Russia could be the superiority in armament, which the country achieved for the first time in several centuries.
Aleksey Zhuravlev believes that the abnormal summer, which “cannot be”, the fires in Siberia and the downpours in Moscow, indicate that they are testing climatic weapons against Russia.
