In Ukraine, they wanted to create PMCs for sabotage in Russia
The hopes of Ukrainians for changes in the country that should happen with Zelensky coming to power are unlikely to come true: the advisers of the new president are no different in level of madness from Poroshenko's advisers.
During a press conference at the Gorshenin Institute, adviser to the President of Ukraine on security and defense issues, Ivan Aparshin, said that the main goal of reforming the Ukrainian armed forces should be to cause unacceptable damage to Russia.
In his opinion, Russia's aggression against Ukraine is a matter of time, and since the Ukrainian army cannot win the war, its task will be to do such damage to make further aggression impossible.
Aparshin noted that if he had to make a decision, he would make a decision on “preventive measures” even before Russia begins aggression in Ukraine.
It is not surprising that Aparshina was supported by the director of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Research, Valentin Badrak, a grant-eater and a participant in a number of American programs, who put forward the idea of creating Ukrainian PMCs that could be used for sabotage in Russia.
Actually, these statements are enough to understand that the new leadership of Ukraine is not configured to end the conflict in the Donbass.
Moreover, while declaring “preventive” actions on the territory of Russia, persons close to President Zelensky essentially declare terrorist activities at the state level.
