US 2 August will exit from the INF Treaty, on the START-3 line

2
The US administration does not intend to limit itself to leaving the DRMSD and will continue to systematically destroy the world security architecture that was created with such difficulty.

In any case, such a conclusion is prompted by a statement by the adviser to the President of the United States on national security, John Bolton, made at the student conference of the conservative foundation Young America in Washington.

During the speech, Bolton reminded those present that the INF Treaty will be officially terminated this Friday, August 2, when the United States withdraws from the treaty.

Further, the American adviser notified those present that, despite the absence of a final decision by the US administration, the Russian-American Treaty on Measures to Further Reduce and Limit Strategic Offensive Arms (START-3), which expires in February 2021, is most likely will not be extended.

According to Bolton, the United States believes that the Cold War is over and it is time to renounce bilateral treaties, and for further arms control, move to treaties where China will be one of the parties.

However, listening to the rantings of the presidential adviser about the good intentions of the United States, one should not forget that this is the same person who has repeatedly said that every morning he starts with the question: “Whatever agreement is inconvenient for the United States to terminate today?”

The time has come to renounce bilateral treaties, and for further arms control move to treaties where China will be one of the parties.

China has already commented on this in the spirit of the fact that it is a bargain between the Russian Federation and the USA, and China is not interested in such self-restrictions.
