"This is a breakthrough": in the Donbass agreed on a complete truce

Morozova clarified that we are talking about the formula "all for all." According to her, in the territory controlled by Kiev, 101 people are being held, and the DPR requests them. At the same time, in the DPR itself there are 50 people that Kiev needs.
Morozova added that it would take more than a month to “clean up” the mentioned residents of the DPR. That is why the Ukrainian side called a deadline of six weeks.
In addition, as it became known, the trilateral contact group (TKG) on the settlement in the southeast of Ukraine agreed on an unlimited ceasefire (ceasefire) in the Donbass. This was announced by the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman Martin Saydik July 17, 2019, after the end of the meeting in Minsk.
